Purpose: This holiday is desirable to spend on the street, in the fresh air. This event is very popular not only among boys, but girls also want to compete. Description: This sport develops such physical qualities as: speed, coordination and agility, but of course, special endurance is also developed.

2. TIME AND VENUE

4. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS
Students who have a doctor's permit for physical education take part in the competition. Team composition: 8 people.
5. PROGRAM OF THE TOURNAMENT
Opening of the competition. Competitions are held according to the rules of the game in mini "Football". Games are played in a round robin system. The game lasts for 10 minutes - 2 halves, a break of 3 minutes.
6. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
The winner is determined by the lowest number of points scored.
7. AWARDING
Teams - winners are awarded with certificates and prizes.

Competition program

The participant teams line up at the stadium in 3 lines to the sounds of a sports march.
Teacher: welcomes the participants of the competition, wishes them success and “May the strongest win!”. Represents the referee team, which consists of high school students. The draw is held and the teams go to the warm-up, at the whistle of the referee the match begins. Two matches are held at the stadium at once, 5 classes play on one half, 6 classes on the other. Then the blitz is a tournament between the winners.


During breaks, music is played and dance groups perform. The guys discuss, work out their tactical actions.
Change platforms and continue the game.

Having played all the games, the teacher sums up the results, the teams of winners and prize-winners are awarded.
The best player of the meeting who scored more goals is also awarded.

2. Place and time of the event.

Mini-football competitions are held at the sports ground of secondary school No. 4 in Syktyvkar.

3. Competitors.

Teams of 5 classes in the team are allowed to participate in the tournament: 3 field players, 1 goalkeeper, substitutions are allowed.

4. Conducting system.

The tournament is held according to the Olympic system. Refereeing is carried out according to the rules of mini-football. The game consists of 2 halves of 5 minutes, a break between halves of 2 minutes.

5. Determining the winners and rewarding.

The winner is determined by the winning games. In case of equality of points scored by two or more teams on additional indicators.

For the first place a certificate of 1 degree is awarded, for the second 2 degrees, for the third 3 degrees, for the fourth place a certificate for participation is awarded. A diploma is also awarded to the recognized best striker.

6. Responsible for conducting.

1.Goals and objectives.

2. Time and place of the event.

Competition starts at 15:00.

4. Participants of the competition.

Teams of boys of 5th grades, boys of 9-10-11 grades are allowed to participate in the competition. The team consists of 10 people.

5.Competition program.

Competitions and classification of teams are held according to the official mini-football rules. Game duration: 2 halves of 10 minutes. Competitions among 5th grades are held according to the "circular system". Competitions among grades 9-11 will be held in subgroups, teams that take 1-2 places in their subgroup go to the final. Teams that take 1st place in their subgroup advance to the final group with an extra point. The final group plays in a round robin system.

6. Procedure for determining the winners.

The winning teams are determined by the amount of points scored, for the victory is given -

3 points, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss. In the event of a draw in the game, an extra time of 5 minutes is assigned. In the event of a tie between two or more teams, the following criteria are taken into account; games among themselves, i.e. personal meetings; on goals scored and conceded between these teams; on goals scored and conceded with all teams. For the non-appearance of the team for the game, a defeat of 0: 3 is put, for the second non-appearance, the team is removed from the competition.

The purpose of the mini-football tournament(hereinafter referred to as the tournament) is the formation of a mass interest among schoolchildren of the Udmurt Republic in systematic physical education and sports, as well as the popularization and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

Main goals:

  • creation of conditions for the wide involvement of schoolchildren in mass sports and recreation activities in cities and regions of the Udmurt Republic;
  • organization of healthy leisure for children;
  • support children's aspirations for a healthy lifestyle.

1. Event organizers

The general management of the preparation and conduct of the competition is entrusted to the Organizing Council (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Council). Direct implementation is entrusted to the curators of cities and regions with the involvement of city (district) committees (departments) for physical culture and sports.

2. Competitors

Competitions are held among teams of 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th grades, participants of the Youth Children's Educational Center.

3. Dates and venue

Competitions are held in 3 stages:

Stage 1school, September 2018.

Venue: sports halls of educational institutions of cities/districts.

Stage 2city/district, October 2018.

Teams that took 1st place in each parallel of the school stage take part.

Stage 3Republican, April 2019 Information about the date and venue of the national stage will be announced later.

It will be attended by the winning teams that took 1st place in parallel in city / district competitions (6 teams from the city / district). Venue: Izhevsk.

4. Condition of the competition

The team consists only from boys 6 people, including 5 players of the main team - 4 field players, 1 goalkeeper and 1 substitute. Teams are formed from students of the same class, combined teams are not allowed to compete.

Small classes play at the city/district level. Small-scale classes do not take part in the republican stage.

In specialized football classes, the team must consist of 3 field players, 1 goalkeeper and 1 substitute.

Competitions are held according to the rules of the mini-football game. The duration of the match among parallels 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 classes 2 halves of 7 minutes.

The size of the football field is not less than the size of a basketball court, the height of the gate is 2 m, the width of the gate is 3 m. The team must be dressed in sports suits and T-shirts of the same color with numbers, sneakers. Playing in boots (spike shoes) is prohibited! For the use of obscene language by players, coaching staff or their fans during the game, the team is removed from participation in the tournament and loses all points scored. The presence of fans is at the request of the team. Parents and fans are not allowed on the football field during the game.

Curators are required to accompany delegations and resolve organizational issues at the venue of the tournament!

All controversial points are discussed strictly in the headquarters room, and not on the football field!

A team that violates the rules of the tournament is eliminated during the game and loses all points scored in this competition.

5. Summing up

Teams in each parallel, who took I, II, III place in the tournament at the republican level, are awarded with a challenge cup and certificates.
