Dmitry Kudinov football player with his wife. Dmitry Kudinov: Heavy balls, forcing physical exercises - all this is our children's football. "my kids don't even say 'damn'"

In the recent past, the defender of Dynamo Tbilisi, the Georgian national team, and now the coach of the Ilyinskoye sports school Dmitry Kudinov- about the problems of youth football in Russia: selection, "overgrown", lost talents...

These problems have always been there. I have a special folder - clippings, articles about youth football. So, Boris Paichadze Back in 1960, he wrote (reads): "Ask any coach of the team of masters, and he will answer: all troubles begin with children's football, which is lame on both legs." Fifty years have passed! Conditions are improving, coaches are being changed, whatever they do does not help. Why? I have an answer, my point of view. Whether I'm right or not, parents and readers decide the way. Everyone says: football ennobles a person, makes him better ... But in fact, in my opinion, football in our country, on the contrary, destroys a person, instills inferiority complexes, infects children with star disease. Let parents write to you, whose children, who played football in children's sports schools became drug addicts and alcoholics. From the age of five, the child played football, and at 17 he suddenly became a drug addict. Why? Because the school pushed him to it. System.

SELECTION

"EACH FRUIT HAS ITS TIME"

- We start breeding too early - from the age of five. And immediately work on the result. That's the whole problem. At the age of five, guys are recruited, at ten they are the best in Russia. But why is there no one left at the exit of this team? Why does a child train from the age of five, becomes the best at 10–12, but is not at graduation? Because children simply spoil, up to 17 years of age, eating all this. They just don't live up to adult football. They are devoured by the system, coaches. And those guys who, perhaps, are a little less talented, but who still have the desire to play, survive.

I believe that before the age of 14 it is generally impossible to engage in selection. Here is the article Cruyff: "With us (he means Ajax), up to 14 years old, children grow up completely free. Nobody forbids them to play football for their own pleasure. None of them make specialists in their roles. They are not enslaved by the consciousness of will and responsibility professional player. They just come to the club like home to chat and enjoy the game. This is the secret of Ajax. First of all, raise Ajaxids, and then send the best of them to professional football."

And with us - from the age of five: the boy runs fast, scored a goal - in the attack. The boy takes the ball well, makes a tackle - in defense. The boy is tall, catches the ball well - into the goal. But the child's body is only being formed - the transitional age is from 12 to 15 years. And after the transitional age is still youthful - up to seventeen. And each stage has its own functions. If you immediately give a load, then you can plant your heart and joints. I personally would not let children under 14-15 hit their heads, because the brain must be formed.

We immediately drive the most talented people to boarding schools - already at the age of eight. And where are they then, these talented ones? Slutsky writes about children who end up in boarding schools: “At the age of 12, they are left to their own devices. They live surrounded by peers and several educators of retirement age. This means that their formation is influenced by the street and behavior patterns adopted in their environment. As a result, in addition to low education we get low culture.By the age of 16-17 we get an uneducated young man, who every day works with loads in a two-time mode, who can no longer play football, because this football, you yourself understand where it sits.

This is my opinion too. We are constantly rejuvenating in football. After the war, organized football came at the age of 14, twenty years later - already at 12, after another twenty years - at the age of 10, and now they come at five. I swear, after some time they will recruit at the age of three, because there is a stereotype: the sooner you come, the better. The more you pay the coach, the more likely the boy will become a star.

It is wrong and even harmful. Every fruit has its time. It is impossible to overload, it is impossible to kill desire in a child. He will play for two or three years and say: I don’t want to! No, come on, because there's a lot of money there. And the child needs at least a little to feel what life is ...

GAME FOR RESULT

"I SAW HOW FATHERS HATE THEIR CHILDREN..."

- They say that conditions are needed to educate footballers. But in Spartak, Lokomotiv, Dynamo there were always conditions. And now there is. For some reason the stars don't grow. Children do not reach their potential.

Why? Yes, because everyone works for the result. Without dividing where is adult football, and where is children's. If in an adult professional football games not for the result cannot be in principle (except for pre-season training camps), then in the children's, on the contrary, training should be at the head. We have both here and there - bribery of judges, set-ups, screams of coaches, fan fights ...

I've seen fathers hate their kids for a draw. Just ready to tear them apart. And if they won, they would probably give the car as a gift ...

Coaches too... We have no problems with coaching staff. The problem is that they are all the same. Not good and not bad - the same. Everyone is nervous, everyone is worried, everyone is cursing. There is no coach who would quietly, calmly watch the game. I’m working on myself as much as I can, and then a volcano boils inside me, because ambitions, emotions ... But then the coach begins to swear, to fight. And all around are enemies, and he is ready to tear everyone. In children's football, this should be strictly prohibited!

Why is this happening? Because the coach has one thing in his head - the result. The result makes you behave like this. Yes, when the team wins, the parents are happy, the children are happy, the management is happy - and the coach is calm. However, even when he wins... God forbid, the boy, with a score of 5:0, will make a mistake, but the coach is irritated and nervous. He will still throw out emotions on the kid. How do you think it will affect the child? The boy made a mistake, and he is cursed, although the score is 5:0...

Such a person should not be allowed near children. Or should it be retrained. After all, the main task of a coach in children's football is to do no harm. Do not force, do not interfere, but only prompt. Let the child himself come to what you are right.

The talk that children's coaches don't earn anything, so they don't get anything, is nonsense. If he had higher earnings, nothing would have changed. On the contrary, the more money, the more you need to work for the result. Haven't received before big money and played better football. Now they are making millions. It has no effect.

NUANCES OF THE GAME

"GOOD THAT GARRINCH DID NOT GO TO THE MOSCOW SCHOOL"

- According to the regulations, children at the age of 10 should play on a large field. What potential should a child have to run a hundred meters back and forth at that age? Plus two halves of 30 minutes. For the result. What technique can we talk about when they have to run so much?!

Children under 14 must play on the small field. The smaller the field, the more the child will touch the ball and enjoy the game. And if he hits and can not finish to the gate, then what's the point? If only one player from the whole team takes a corner into the penalty area? The rest just can't get it...

Why don't we have defenders in football? Because goalkeepers take the ball and just carry it forward. And the stronger the better. How can defenders grow if they don't get the ball?

Therefore, when we release, everything is the same. And no one to choose. The principle of playing for the result dictates the formation of the line-up: a healthy goalkeeper, a healthy central defender, a healthy midfielder and a fast forward - light, small, so that he will be thrown, and he might run away ...

Heavy balls, forcing physical exercises - all this is our children's football. No one wins one on one...

Good that Garrincha at the age of five he did not get into any Moscow school! There he would have been taught to run “correctly” and would have been forced to play one or two touches from the age of five. And they would have been taken to a large field in ten years ...

"OVERGROWTHS"

"IN OUR COUNTRY THEY DON'T LIKE THE DECEMBER"

“I think it's just our problem. There is no such thing abroad. The problem with our system.

It would seem, what if one boy was born in January, and the other in December? Why should January have an advantage over December if they both love football equally?

And because the game is for the result. The coach needs a healthy and fast, not small and weak. And a year at that age decides a lot. And what if this January one is an accelerator? Then physiologically - all three or four years of difference. I didn't believe it, but it's been proven by science: three or four years is the difference between an accelerat born in January and an ordinary boy born in December. Both externally and physiologically. And according to the passport, only eleven months.

It turns out that here the coach is a hostage of the system. He is forced to take healthy accelerators.

Look at today's youth teams... I have articles, I noted everything. All collections with dates of birth... Denis Cheryshev- December, therefore Talalaev and did not take him. At Kolya Savicheva the national team was - 80% were born in January-February.

What for? To give a result. Consciously form teams of such people. Specially. So that the advantage is greater while they are young. For example, the team of 15-year-olds - there 80% - January-February, 16-year-olds - 65%, 17-year-olds - 40%. And it turns out that in ten years they are the best in the world, they beat everyone 5:0. At the age of 12 - already 1:0, 2:0. At 14 they play in a draw. At 15-16 they are already losing. And it only gets worse and worse...

I followed Kokorin for five years. When I saw it for the first time, the guy just made me fall in love with him. All the thugs at the youth level, was the best. Movement, I watched - it's something ... And now a little more - and that's it, it's over. Will become like Samedov and Shishkin. Dzagoev has almost disappeared. Next in line - Kokorin, Smolov...

Our system makes the guys open up not at the age of twenty, but when they are not yet ready for copper pipes, star disease ...

Why do we have the “second year syndrome”, but not abroad? Because the guy splashed out the first year on emotions, signed the contract - and that's it, he calmed down. Where Shishkin, where Yakovlev?

We even have a special limit. And there is no competition. Healthy competition is a must. Here Shchennikov he showed up in CSKA, but he has no competitors. How can he progress? How can you win the world championship with Yakovlev, who sits on the bench in Spartak? This is a bluff. The backbone will still be from those guys who have already appeared. Dziuba most likely not, but the same Akinfeev, Shchennikov, Parshivlyuk, Kanunnikov, Ionov, Dzagoev...

A couple of new names may appear, but on the example of the same Kokorina... They are all already exhausted, exhausted by football. Oversaturated with trips abroad, computers, girls. They already have everything.
They have nothing to strive for.

MONEY - "AGREEMENTS"

"THEN THE COACH GOES TO NEGOTIATE..."

- Bring money to the coach to put the child in the squad - there is such a moment in children's football. I think even in teams. Flash through an agent ... But it all depends on the cleanliness of the coach.

How big is the level of "contracts"? It happens that children cry that the "dummy" are playing, that refereeing is abnormal. My opinion is that this applies more to major league. And in children's football - only when there is direct competition. Then the coach goes to negotiate. Bottle of champagne, vodka, whiskey. The team often does not know about it. Only the spine. The central defender knows, the goalkeeper... The referee knows.

OUTPUT

"LET FURSENKO SAY: UNTIL 14 YEARS NO RESULTS!"

- If the system itself does not require a result, then the coach and parents will not be nervous, the children will be liberated. It will not be necessary to redo the documents, nor to poke money into the coaches. The coach will be what he should be - a loving, knowledgeable psychologist, teacher. And not a single person in his team will worry that he is December and therefore not a damn thing will come of him ...

I understand very well that this moment this is a utopia, because it is necessary to change the mentality of people. Andrey Talalaev began to work with the double "Rostov". He writes: I will come, I will make a sand mountain, I will cut the grass by two centimeters ... But he will never make Russian stars out of these 18-year-old guys. Not to mention global. Because they are already corrupted. We have gone the way of the Russian system. From the age of five they play for the result.

It is urgently necessary to ban playing for the result under 14 years old! I don't care who makes that decision. Let Fursenko, as the most important, say: no results until the age of 14!

Although ... Even if Fursenko says. Do you know the code of honor? Everything seems to be written correctly. But no one is following anything. And judges take bribes and kickbacks and Fixed games... Everything remains the same.

UPBRINGING

"MY KIDS DON'T EVEN SAY FUCK"

“I have been leading my children for ten years. They are now 16, they are still children. We play against Moscow - there really are men out there. Head up. But this does not mean that they will become football players, and mine will not. Because no one knows what will happen tomorrow. Physiologically, at the age of 19, they will all equalize. And if my boy thinks how Fabregas, and technical, like Messi, then when strength and speed come to him, he will beat all these healthy ones ...

I have a great team, but today we are losing because we do not have the principle of playing for the result. My task is to teach them how to play football. Teach defenders - right, left, how to deliver the ball to midfielders. The opposing goalkeeper will never give the ball to a defender. And I force mine to give back. To understand football.

And upbringing, behavior ... This Gattuso. I think that a modern football player has no right to behave like that. This is a problem of character, education. My kids don't even say damn. And the other coaches all swear. And cheeky. I stand and listen to what they talk about, their slang. Horror!

An excerpt characterizing Kudinov, Dmitry Vladimirovich

In the slowly dispersing powder smoke throughout the space through which Napoleon rode, horses and people lay in pools of blood, singly and in heaps. Napoleon and none of his generals had ever seen such a horror, such a number of people killed in such a small area. The rumble of guns, which did not stop for ten hours in a row and exhausted the ear, gave special significance to the spectacle (like music in live pictures). Napoleon rode out to the height of Semenovsky and through the smoke he saw rows of people in uniforms of colors unusual for his eyes. These were Russians.
The Russians stood in tight ranks behind Semyonovsky and the kurgan, and their guns ceaselessly hummed and smoked along their line. There was no more fighting. There was a continuing murder, which could lead neither the Russians nor the French to anything. Napoleon stopped his horse and fell back into that thoughtfulness from which Berthier had led him; he could not stop the deed that was being done before him and around him and which was considered to be led by him and dependent on him, and for the first time this deed, due to failure, seemed to him unnecessary and terrible.
One of the generals who approached Napoleon allowed himself to suggest that he bring the old guard into action. Ney and Berthier, who were standing beside Napoleon, exchanged glances and smiled contemptuously at the general's senseless proposal.
Napoleon lowered his head and was silent for a long time.
- A huit cent lieux de France je ne ferai pas demolir ma garde, [Three thousand two hundred miles from France, I can not let my guards be defeated.] - he said and, turning his horse, rode back to Shevardin.

Kutuzov was sitting with his gray head bowed and his heavy body lowered on a bench covered with a carpet, in the very place where Pierre had seen him in the morning. He did not make any orders, but only agreed or disagreed with what was offered to him.
“Yes, yes, do it,” he replied to various proposals. “Yes, yes, go, my dear, take a look,” he turned first to one, then to another of his associates; or: “No, don’t, we’d better wait,” he said. He listened to the reports brought to him, gave orders when it was required by his subordinates; but, listening to the reports, he did not seem to be interested in the meaning of the words of what was said to him, but something else in the expression of the persons who, in the tone of speech, informed him, interested him. Through many years of military experience, he knew and understood with an old mind that it was impossible for one person to lead hundreds of thousands of people fighting death, and he knew that the fate of the battle is not decided by the orders of the commander in chief, not by the place on which the troops stand, not by the number of guns and killed people, and that elusive force called the spirit of the army, and he followed this force and led it, as far as it was in his power.
The general expression on Kutuzov's face was concentrated, calm attention and tension, barely overcoming the fatigue of a weak and old body.
At eleven o'clock in the morning news was brought to him that the fleches occupied by the French were again recaptured, but that Prince Bagration was wounded. Kutuzov gasped and shook his head.
“Go to Prince Peter Ivanovich and find out in detail what and how,” he said to one of the adjutants and after that turned to Prince Wirtemberg, who was standing behind him:
“Would it please your Highness to take command of the First Army.”
Shortly after the prince's departure, so soon that he could not yet reach Semyonovsky, the prince's adjutant returned from him and reported to his lordship that the prince was asking for troops.
Kutuzov frowned and sent an order to Dokhturov to take command of the first army, and asked the prince, without whom, as he said, he could not do at these important moments, he asked to return to himself. When the news of the capture of Murat was brought and the staff congratulated Kutuzov, he smiled.
“Wait, gentlemen,” he said. - The battle is won, and there is nothing unusual in the capture of Murat. But it is better to wait and rejoice. “However, he sent an adjutant to pass through the troops with this news.
When Shcherbinin galloped up from the left flank with a report about the occupation of the fleches and Semenovsky by the French, Kutuzov, guessing from the sounds of the battlefield and Shcherbinin’s face that the news was bad, stood up, as if stretching his legs, and, taking Shcherbinin’s arm, took him aside .
“Go, my dear,” he said to Yermolov, “see if anything can be done.”
Kutuzov was in Gorki, in the center of the position of the Russian troops. Napoleon's attack on our left flank was repulsed several times. In the center, the French did not move further than Borodin. From the left flank, Uvarov's cavalry forced the French to flee.
At three o'clock the French attacks ceased. On all the faces coming from the battlefield, and on those who stood around him, Kutuzov read an expression of tension that reached the highest degree. Kutuzov was pleased with the success of the day beyond expectation. But physical strength left the old man. Several times his head sank low, as if falling, and he dozed off. He was served dinner.
