How tall is Jano Ananidze. Ananidze was seriously injured. What will happen to his career? What does your name Jeanne mean?

Zhano Amiranovich Ananidze was born on October 10, 1992 in the Georgian town of Kobuleti. He began playing football in his hometown, and at the age of 12 he moved to the football school of Dinamo Tbilisi. From 2004 to 2005, the footballer played for Dynamo, but in 2005 he received an offer from Dynamo Kyiv and moved to Ukraine.

In Ukraine, Ananidze had a conflict with the leadership of Kiev, who did not let the young player go to the Georgian national team. Arbitrarily remaining in the camp of the youth team, the midfielder was punished by expulsion from the Dynamo Kyiv team, after which he moved back to Georgia. The details of that situation are still under a veil of secrecy.

In the summer of 2007, the technical director of Spartak Moscow, Evgeny Smolentsev, was present at the match between the youth teams of Russia and Georgia, who immediately noticed that Jeannot was showing, if not outstanding, then a very decent game in relation to his teammates. Invitations to view the Moscow “Spartak” did not have to wait long. Since the player had not yet reached the age of majority, Ananidze's parents moved to Moscow, wanting their son to play in such a strong club as Moscow's Spartak.

Since 2009, Ananidze began to play for the youth team of the Red-Whites, and in the summer, on July 15, he got the opportunity to prove himself in the main team of Spartak Moscow. Muscovites in the Cup of Russia played against Krasnodar. The debut was more than successful, the Georgian midfielder at the end of the meeting managed to hit the opponent's goal. A successful match was the key to the fact that the head coach of the Moscow team's confidence in the football player has increased dramatically.

On July 28, Zhano received an invitation to the Georgian national team, but the player did not come to the training camp. Because of this incident, a scandal almost broke out, but the Moscow club took steps to resolve the conflict, referring not only to the fact that the midfielder was allegedly injured. As it will become known later, Muscovites tried to keep the midfielder for the Russian national team, but they could not persuade the athlete.

On August 1, 2009, Zhano made his debut for Spartak in the Russian Championship against the Krasnodar club, but this time the Kuban became the rival of the Red-Whites. Ananidze opened his personal score for goals in the Premier League a little later, on October 18, when he helped his partners defeat Lokomotiv Moscow, scoring one of three unanswered goals. A record was also set in that meeting: Jeannot became the youngest goal scorer in the Russian championships (17 years and 8 days).

On August 31, a re-call to the Georgian national team followed, for which the footballer had already gone. On September 5, Jeannot made his debut in the qualifying round of the 2010 World Cup against the Italian team, and Ananidze himself became the youngest player in the Georgian national team in its entire history. According to the results of an SMS survey, which was conducted with the support of the Georgian newspaper "Msoplio sporti", the midfielder became the best Georgian player of 2009.

Scouts of the Moscow "Spartak" drew attention to Zhano in the games for the Georgian national team born in 1992, and then invited him to the team.

Since 2009, he has been playing for the youth team of Spartak.

early years

Born in the family of Georgian Amiran Ananidze and Russian citizen of Georgia Svetlana Sakunova. He received the name in honor of a close friend of Amiran. Amiran Ananidze was a footballer and then a coach in the city of Kobuleti, his mother was a housewife. Jano's father passed away on November 10, 2012.

At the age of 11, Ananidze moved to the Dynamo Tbilisi school "Young Dynamo". In 2005, he was invited to Dynamo Kiev, where he spent a year and a half. After the Kyiv club did not let him play for the Georgian national team, born in 1991, he independently remained in the national team camp, for which he was expelled from Dynamo and returned to Georgia.

“Agent Revaz Chelebadze, a well-known Dynamo Tbilisi football player in the past, brought the boy to us for a trial before a friendly game. He begged to be looked at. We - to him: “Well, where will we put him? The compositions are ready, the plan is drawn up. Where are we going to put it?" “I beg you, look. You won't regret it," he says. I put Jano in the second half. Slender guy, was younger than many on the field. But in 45 minutes he scored two goals and gave an effective pass. And this is without a single workout with us! Immediately it became clear - we must take.

After such success, Ananidze received an offer to sign a contract. The cost of the transfer was 300 thousand dollars. Ananidze chose Spartak because Smolentsev was the only director who contacted him directly, without using the services of agents. Due to the impossibility of signing a contract with a minor resident of another country, his parents moved to Moscow with Ananidze, who wanted to see their son as a football player. Due to legal formalities, the football player could not play for Spartak in official matches in 2008. Since 2009, Ananidze began to play for the backup team of Spartak.

In the same year, being a player in the youth team of Spartak, Ananidze, along with another double player, was involved in the summer training camp of the main team in Austria. Talented understudies were especially noted by the general director and head coach Valery Karpin.

On July 3, 2013, he moved on loan to Rostov. The lease agreement was for one season. Together with Ananidze, another Spartak player, Artyom Dziuba, moved to Rostov. He scored his first goal for Rostov in the Russian Championship in the fifth round of the 2013/14 season, when the Rostovites defeated Volga Nizhny Novgorod 4-0. In the same match he made 2 assists. In total, he scored 3 goals and made 8 assists in the season - this is his best result for the entire time he played in Russia.

Rent in "Wings of the Soviets"

On January 13, 2019, he moved on loan to Krylya Sovetov Samara until the end of the 2018/19 season. On March 2, 2019, he made his debut for a new club in the match of the 13th round of the Russian Premier League against Lokomotiv Moscow (2: 2), coming out in the starting lineup and in the same match he scored his first goal for Krylya Sovetov from Alexander Samedov's assist. On May 7, 2019, he suffered a knee injury and was out for the rest of the season and missed 6 matches. For "Wings of the Soviets" in the RPL, he played 8 matches, scored 1 goal and gave 1 assist. In June 2019, after the completion of the lease, he returned to Spartak.

Team career

On July 28, 2009, Ananidze received an invitation to the Georgian national team. However, the player did not come to the team gathering, which caused bewilderment of the Georgian Football Federation. On August 31, Spartak officially announced that Ananidze had been called up to the Georgian national team. The leadership of Spartak tried to keep the player for the Russian teams, but did not succeed in this.

On September 5, 2009, Ananidze made his debut for the Georgian national team in the 2010 World Cup qualifying match against Italy, becoming the youngest player in the history of his national team.

On August 11, 2010, he scored a goal and made an assist in the match between the youth teams of Georgia and Armenia. On November 17, 2010, he scored his first goal for the Georgian national team, which brought victory in a guest friendly match with Slovenia 2: 1. November 11, 2011 scored a goal against the national team of Moldova. On March 28, 2017, he made his first double as part of the Georgian national team, hitting the gates of the Latvian national team twice in a friendly match in Tbilisi (5: 0).

Favorite footballer: Kaka.

The Georgian child prodigy went through all the youth teams of his country. He received an invitation from Dynamo Kyiv, but his father chose Spartak. Despite such a young age, he stands out on the field in any match. Playing in the center of midfield, he scores spectacular goals, distributes candy passes. Now the issue of Russian citizenship is being decided.

Prospects in the main team. If injuries do not interfere - a future star.

The guy is 16 years old, and he is already the leader in the double of Spartak (who, by the way, won the last 3 double championships and the team is rightfully considered the strongest in the league. By the way, the average age in the double is 20-21 years old). Fans already call him the Russian Messi, and they want to see him in the main team of Spartak.

And now the key point. His name is (don't think that I'm swearing) Zhano Ananidze!!!)))

Due to the many associations and fantasies that fans have, they now simply write “Zhano” on a football player’s jersey without mentioning his last name :)

I'm looking forward to it at the core, because. I am sure that he can surprise the public not only with his surname, but also with his football! Go ahead Jean:)

In children's Russian football, it is forbidden to declare players if they do not have a Russian passport. Accordingly, the selection of schools is limited exclusively to the territory of Russia. Does this state of affairs bother you?
- Abroad accepted: if a talented child comes, and the club is able to provide jobs for his parents, then he can play. But Russia goes its own way, and we are forced to adhere to the established rules of the game.

On July 15, 2009, Ananidze made his debut in the main team of Spartak in a cup match against the Krasnodar football club and scored a goal in the 90th minute of the match. Then he was transferred to the main team and held the first training session on July 22.

In October, it became known that the head coach of the London Arsenal Arsene Wenger, as well as Juventus, Milan and Sevilla are following the performances of Jano Ananidze. However, the sports director of Spartak Dmitry Popov said that the club would not consider proposals for Ananidze for another 3-4 years.

On July 21, 2010, Ananidze made the first double as part of Spartak - against Siberia (5: 3). On October 19, he made his debut in the Champions League in a game against Chelsea. In total in 2010 he played 25 matches and scored 2 goals. In December 2010, he extended his contract with the Red-Whites for 3 years. The contract was later extended until June 30, 2014.

On February 17, 2011, in the guest match of the 1/16 finals of the Europa League with the Swiss Basel, Ananidze scored his first goal in European competition after a penalty kick, bringing Spartak a 3-2 victory in stoppage time. In March, he suffered an ankle injury. Only in June he returned to the team and on June 18 he scored the winning goal in the match with Lokomotiv Moscow. In September, Valery Karpin claimed that Ananidze, who rarely appeared in the season, had lost his place in the first team due to a lot of competition in the midfield line. In autumn Ananidze got injured again.

Returning to Spartak after a loan at Rostov in the 2013/14 season, he never became a main player, occasionally getting into the squad or coming on as a substitute. In two seasons (2014/15 and 2015/16) he played only 26 out of 60 matches in the Russian championship (of which he spent all 90 minutes on the field in only five), without scoring even once. In most matches, he only came out as a substitute towards the end of the match. In this regard, more and more information began to appear that the player was interested in other championships - Spain and Germany.

Before the 2016/17 season, he took the 7th number in Spartak instead of the 49th, which was released after Kirill Kombarov left the team. At number 49, Ananidze played in honor of his father, who died at 49.

On July 28, 2016, in the away match of the 3rd qualifying round of the Europa League against the Cypriot AEK, he scored for Spartak in an official match for the first time in more than three years. On July 31, 2016, already in the first half, he made a double against the Tula Arsenal in the first match of Spartak in the Russian Championship 2016/17. Ananidze scored for the Moscow club in the Russian Championship for the first time since May 26, 2013, when he scored the last goal of Spartak in the 2012/13 season, coming on as a substitute in the match against Alania. On August 4, he came out in the starting lineup in the second leg against AEK, but was replaced by Dmitry Alenichev already at half-time with the score 0:0. As a result, Spartak lost 0:1 and dropped out of the Europa League, after which Alenichev was fired.

On August 28, Ananidze first appeared in the starting lineup under the new head coach Massimo Carrera and scored the winning goal from the transfer of Ze Luis in the match of the 5th round of the Russian Championship away against Anji (2: 0). On September 16, in the seventh round, he scored his 4th goal against Orenburg in four matches of the Russian championship, but this goal was the last of the season for him. In total, he played 22 matches in the 2016/17 championship, but in only six matches he played all 90 minutes.

On September 23, 2017, he was injured in a match with Anji and left the field ahead of schedule, the examination revealed damage to the left ankle joint. October 12 was operated on in Rome. At the end of November, Ananidze removed the plaster cast that he wore after the operation, spent this time not at the location of Spartak, but at home in Georgia. For the first time after an ankle injury, he appeared on the field in the away match of the 21st round of the Russian Championship against Lokomotiv (0: 0), coming out on the 78th minute instead of

I went to a friendly match with the Lithuanians in the starting lineup of the Georgian national team. In the 6th minute, he fell to the lawn, clutching his knee. The midfielder failed to leave the field on his own - he was carried off the lawn on a stretcher. "SE" became aware that Jano has a suspicion of "crosses". And this morning the diagnosis was confirmed. This means that Ananidze is out for the rest of the season.

He joined Spartak in 2007. In 2009, Jano was transferred to the Spartak double, where he became a star. The people went to the matches of the red-white youth team specifically to look at the young Georgian. He was 16, and he looked like 14. He was small, frail - he didn’t even pull on a high school student. But he played in such a way that he was admired. Dribbling, passing, reading the game - in the youth championship, he was by far the best. Getting Ananidze into the "Spartak" for the cup match with the then little-known "Krasnodar" was logical. You can't imagine a better debut for the basis of the Georgians: firstly, he came out from the first minutes, and secondly, he scored beautifully, skillfully outplaying goalkeeper Denis Pchelintsev.

In September 2009, he played for the first time for the Georgian national team - and even in a match with the Italians (0:2). At such a young age, no one spoke for her before or after. A month later, Jano scored against Lokomotiv in the Premier League. Having closed the cross of Nikita Bazhenov, he became the youngest goal scorer in the history of the Russian championships (17 years and 8 days). Information about Arsene Wenger's interest in Ananidze did not look untrue - there was a clear feeling that talent was growing in Spartak, which, if any, were very few in Russian football. It seemed that Jano lacked only muscle mass - he was too fragile (he is like that now).

However, Ananidze did not become a stable player in the starting lineup - the 2010 season, in which he played 23 matches in the championship, is still the most intense for the Georgian. There are several reasons why this happened - these are problems with physical training, these are coaching views. But the main one is, of course, injuries.

There has not been a year in the last seven years that Ananidze has gone without injury. Here is the "crystal" list:

April 2011 - problems with the ankle.

May 2011 - again problems with the ankle.

December 2012 - knee injury.

April 2013 - inflammation of the periosteum.

November 2013 - muscle problems.

April 2014 - tear of the back of the thigh.

September 2015 - ankle injury.

August 2016 - hip injury.

September 2017 - an ankle injury, due to which he did not play until March.

And these are just the main ones.

double ten

Almost from the very beginning of the season, I've been following the performance of the youth team of Spartak Moscow, which wins its tournament almost every year. The first match I saw was against FC Moskva. In the protocol under No. 49, I found a boy with the surname Zhano. The same is on the T-shirt. "Brazilian" - I thought then. But it was somehow strange that “Spartacus” without the hype in the press brought someone from South America. I took a closer look. He noted that the guy irons the left brow well, is very technical, but nothing special. The special started later...

Mystical numbers

Zhano Ananidze was born in the resort town of Kobuleti on October 10, 1992. The sea, the sun and a huge number of temptations are not up to football. But such a combination of numbers in the date of birth - 10.10 probably prompted the boy's father to think that all this was not without reason.

He was a big fan of football, and the number "10" evoked the most vivid associations for him. Even if we do not take foreign players, then Cherenkov With Kipiani this line will suffice. And then there are two dozen. Thanks to his father, Zhano, at the age of 12, ended up at the "Young Dynamo" school in Tbilisi. Two years later, the boy was already training in Kyiv, and a year later in Spartak. But here the numbers were already against the football prodigy. You can only play in the Premier League youth tournament from the age of 16, and the kid, who can play in any position in the center of the field, had to devote half a year to training. But his patience was rewarded.

For the first round, No. 49 scored eight goals against the opponents. And some of them were special. Just before the break in the match against Khimki, Ananidze created a masterpiece. Having taken the ball in a tackle from an opponent on the very curb, he went to the goalkeeper's line, beating four opponents along the way, and pushed the ball past the goalkeeper. This caused a storm of enthusiasm not only in the stands, but also in the VIP box. And, of course, I already knew about it in the evening Valery Karpin, who invited the footballer to a training camp in Austria, where the main team trained. The player himself just shrugged his shoulders, as if he had done nothing special. After the training camp, Valery Karpin noted the understudy and soon took him to Krasnodar for the cup match. Jeannot played unevenly. Fragile (height 170 cm, weight 60 kg), he was sometimes lost among the defenders-grenadiers of the middle peasants of the first division. But at the last minute he again created a masterpiece - he seated the goalkeeper on the lawn and threw the ball over the collar of the defender with a parachute, who tried to take the place of the goalkeeper.

I didn’t like Jeannot’s debut, - the head coach of the Spartak youth team admitted after the match Dmitry Gunko. - Only at the end of the match, he automatically did what he can do almost better than anyone else.

The next duel was with the “Wings”. In a difficult game, Jeannot not only scored, but created another handsome goal and put an end to the match, in which the red-whites did not succeed at all. The goalkeeper was not able to repel his unexpected blow to the far corner from the very edge, although he came out of the gate only half a meter. For a long time I have not seen the goalkeeper, who conceded a goal, applaud its author. This time it happened. As a result, Ananidze was not even in the application for the next match against the “youth team” of CSKA - Karpin took him to the base. In that meeting, the removal of Kovalchuk did not allow Zhano to make his debut in the Russian championship, but in the next match with the “Kuban” he had already played half a time, besides scoring another wonderful goal for a double the day before. Apparently, now Dmitry Gunko is destined to be left without his creative player, because due to the disqualification of the Brazilian Alex, there is a high probability that in the next match with Spartak Nalchik Zhano will play for the base from the first minutes.

Press

For the match dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Fedor Cherenkov, Jeannot arrived with the players of the main team. He could not see the hero of the day in the games for Spartak, but he had already heard that the fans found in his game more and more similarities with the unique Fedor Fedorovich. Probably for this reason, the prodigy at that match was one of the most attentive spectators. The growing popularity of the 16-year-old player could not bypass the press. Already commentators "NTV-Plus" Georgy Cherdantsev and Konstantin Genich in their broadcasts and programs, they advise fans to look for Jeannot's goals for the youth team of Spartak.

According to Ananidze Sr., most of Georgia is watching the games of the youth squad on Spartak-TV. It is not difficult to understand to whom exactly the attention is riveted. And according to rumors, Chelsea and Tottenham breeders are showing their interest in the young talent. Here are just an interview with an asterisk you almost never meet. Everything is very simple. The leadership of “Spartacus” has drawn serious conclusions from the behavior of their former geeks Prudnikova, Shishkin and many others. They say that Jeannot's contract even has a clause according to which he is forbidden to communicate with the press. You can argue for a long time about whether this is good or bad, but one thing is clear: if Jeannot will sparkle at the base as well as in the youth team, then everything is done correctly.

Zhano Ananidze: please understand my decision

A bright head, the highest technique and the ability to make non-standard decisions on the field are the main characteristics of 16-year-old Zhano Ananidze. Fans who regularly attend matches of the Spartak double have seen more than one goal-masterpiece performed by the Georgian nugget. And his goal for the main team in the cup match with Krasnodar - why not get to know each other better? Moreover, recently the Georgian media reported: “Spartak” does not let the midfielder go to the Georgian national team, where he was called up for the match with Malta…

I was born in the Georgian city of Kobuleti, - Zhano responds with pleasure to the request to tell about himself. - I started playing football there. My father Amiran was a professional player, then he became a coach. He worked with the team of our hometown, which he brought to the top league of the Georgian championship. He instilled in me a love for the game. Until the age of 12, I played in Kobuleti, after which I moved to the school of Dynamo Tbilisi. Two years later, my agent, a well-known forward of the USSR national team in the past Revaz Chelebadze informed me about the interest from Dynamo Kyiv. He spent a year and a half in Kyiv, then returned to Georgia, and after some time he went to see the double of Spartak.

- How did the red-and-white breeders find you?

I played for the youth team of Georgia born in 1992. We held friendly matches in Moscow against Russian peers. Then the Spartak scouts noticed me. First, they took me to the double for which I started playing this season. In the summer, the coaches were invited to a training camp with the main team, where he made his debut in the cup match in Krasnodar. I am glad that I play for Spartak. Spartak football is more to my liking than the style professed by Dynamo Kyiv.

- Where did you learn Russian?

I started in a Georgian school. When he moved to Kyiv, he began to speak constantly and eventually mastered the language. Besides, my mother is Russian.

- What does your name Jeannot mean?

Actually, it’s more correct to say Jano, that’s how the name sounds in Georgian. My father named me after his friend.

- Which position on the field do you like the most?

- "Under the forwards", although I can play both on the right and on the left in the middle line. The main thing is to be useful to the team.

- Almost every football player had idols in his childhood. You?

I bow before Kaka. I think the Brazilian is a phenomenal player.

- How did you react to his transfer from Milan to Real Madrid?

Fine. Let him play for Real Madrid, and then join us at Spartak.

- Do you have a football dream?

My dream is to win the Champions League. But first you need to win the gold of the Russian championship with Spartak.

- Actual question: how did you react to the call to the national team of Georgia?

With enthusiasm. I want to thank you for your trust, because at the age of sixteen, rarely anyone is invited to the first team. However, adequately assessing my current opportunities, I think this challenge is premature. Given my age, it will be very difficult for me to cope with such a high load. Moreover, the Georgian national team has a large number of excellent players, so I can hardly really help it at the moment. Now I would like to focus on playing for the club in order to gain a foothold in the main team of Spartak. Therefore, I asked the leadership of the Georgian Football Federation and the coaches to correctly understand my decision and accept it.

- In Georgia, there were interviews on this topic, where you said different words. This is true?

No. Georgian journalists often call me, but I always politely refuse interviews. I don't want to offend anyone, neither journalists nor fans, I don't know where my words come from.

Zhano Ananidze: Spartak will become the champion!

The author of the “youngest” goal of the Russian Championship, midfielder of the red and white Zhano Ananidze gave an exclusive interview to Soviet Sport, told what he needs to be happy, what he is ready for for the championship, and shared his prediction for the Russia-Slovenia match.

"BALLS ARE ALWAYS CARRIED BY THE YOUNG"

Rain, slush. Moscow autumn. Despite the bad weather, the most promising player of the Russian championship stayed in training with the head coach. Improved technique in tennis ball.

Volleyball with legs with a tennis net - they explain to me the essence of tennis ball. They play for points in batches.

After learning about the interview, the young midfielder is shy. Being modest, he warns that he speaks Russian poorly. Interested in whether there will be video or photography. Reassured by the fact that he won’t be, he quickly changes clothes, knocking into the conference room, where the correspondent of Soviet Sport is waiting for him.

I open the door.

- Come in. Chilly?

It's hot when you play.

- Do you always carry balls after training?

It has always been so everywhere. Both in Georgia and here. Young people are dragging. Yakovlev and Ryzhkova was not today. So I dragged. And so we change.

- How does the person who scored the “youngest” goal in the Russian championship feel?

This is the happiest person in the world.

- By the way, is this the first goal you scored with your head?

Yes. I will remember it for a long time. In the double I had a lot of chances: I take, I beat, I score. In the "youth team" sometimes it turned out to score with a head. But at this level - for the first time.

- From whom did you learn that your goal is the “youngest” in the history of the Russian championships?

Heard on the radio.

How does this even happen? You are running with the ball. There are a lot of players in front of you. And then - kick and goal. What's going on in your head?

A goal is always an accident. When he scored with his head, he didn’t see what happened at all. Then the whole team comes in. We rejoice together. Awareness comes only in the locker room after the game. You think: "Here he scored, great ...".

“BEFORE KARPIN THEY DID NOT PAID ATTENTION TO ME”

- When did you realize that Karpin noticed you?

I remember when I saw the coach for the first time at the game in reserve. And then a month later he was at the base. Apparently I took a look.

- How is Karpin different from other coaches?

Oh, can I speak Georgian? It's very difficult to explain this.

- It is also possible in Georgian.

Jeannot looks at the recorder and winces.

I will try all the same in Russian. Karpin is very attentive. Himself a young and himself a football player. Knows how to set up before the game. He will only say: “If you know how, play. Then you'll kill." These words are enough for me to feel more confident on the field. Before the game with Loko, he said: "Do whatever you want." And I scored.

- Who do you communicate with the most from the players?

Yakovlev, Ryzhkov, Sabitov. And so with all in good relations.

- Do you worry a lot before matches?

Previously, before the matches for the base, the excitement was very strong. I especially remember when I went to the match against Kuban. But now I have gained experience. He played for the Georgian national team against Italy. Oh, and it was hard! But this is experience. And with the experience of excitement less and less.

- Do you believe in omens? Is there a special ritual before entering the field?

I always put on the right boot first. And so I'm not superstitious.

- You play under number 49. Did you choose?

They gave it to me. In general, my favorite is the seventh. And when I started, and in Dynamo (Tbilisi) I always played under the seventh. Although the 49th, as you can see, is also nothing.

- Why do you write your name on a T-shirt?

Just like. But next year, probably, I will write a surname.

Do you already know that the club considers you the new Raul? After all, he also first went to the basis of Real Madrid at the age of 17 years. And then he scored.

Real Madrid is one thing, and Spartak is another. I don't think I could ever match Raul. At least it's hard for me to imagine. And we'll see how it goes on.

- Would you like to play in Europe in the future?

So far, I would not agree to such proposals.

- Even for a multi-million dollar contract?

Who cares! Money is not important to me. The main thing is to play. At the age of 17, I play at the base of Spartak. What else do you need to be happy!

- What if you dream?

My dream is to win the Russian championship, then the Champions League. Everything is possible if we continue to play the same way as with Lokomotiv.

I quote your interview to a Russian sports website: “I like Spartak football more than Dynamo Kyiv style. What is the fundamental difference?

I can confirm that I like to play in Spartak the most. We play with one or two touches. This increases the speed. If we compare it with CSKA, Lokomotiv, then they pay more attention to wrestling - they took the ball away, and then we'll see what happens. Spartak has quick counterattacks. You can run away. I have not seen this in other clubs.

- Will Spartak become the champion this year?

I think yes. For the sake of the championship is ready for anything. I'll even get myself a tattoo!

- Just like the Brazilians! They are all painted.

Brazilians are Brazilians. And I'm Georgian.

"RUSSIA - SLOVENIA - 2:0"

- How did fate bring you together with the famous Tbilisi Dynamo player Revaz Chelebadze?

In our homeland, he is very famous and respected. Revaz noticed me in Kobuleti. I told my dad that he would look after me. Then he supervised my viewing in Dynamo (Tbilisi), in Dynamo (Kyiv).

Now you are working on three fronts: the youth team and the main squad of the Georgian national team, the first team of Spartak. Where do you find it easier to express yourself?

The team is always harder. I remember playing the first match against the Italian world champions - a lot of pressure, the pace was crazy. But on the other hand, we have Alex, for example, plays for the Brazilian national team and for Spartak. Everything can be combined. The Georgian national team no longer has a chance to get to the World Cup, but in the future, I hope, we will grow. The team is strong. For example, Kaladze playing in Milan Kobiashvili- in Schalke - high-level clubs. But something is wrong with the players in the national team.

- What do you think is happening to the players in the Russian team?

They are all great. Such a coach Guus Hiddink, gave the result for the Euro! What more could you want?

- Break into the World Cup.

I think they'll get through. Slovenia will win 2:0. Arshavin score two.

"BROTHER CHOSEN SCHOOL, I - FOOTBALL"

- How do you like in Moscow?

Already used to it. Have friends. In our free time we go to the cinema, McDonald's. Although doctors do not allow us burgers. Yes, I know it's bad. But once a month, you can, when you really want to. I watch action movies in the movies. From music - rap, American. Tupac has the best recitatives.

- Did you start playing football in Kobuleti?

Yes. My dad was a football player. Then he became a coach. In the fifth grade, he took me to a sports school and said: "Choose football or school." I said football.

- Is your brother also a footballer?

No. He just chose to study.

- What is missing most in Russia?

Real Georgian cuisine. Khinkali - in first place, then khachapuri. In Moscow, it's better not to even buy. So prepared that it is impossible to eat. Can you imagine what khinkali is? Jeanne looks at me questioningly. - Minced meat in dough. Haven't you tried?

- Never tried. But I saw the lezginka dancing. You are able to?

This is the Ossetian lezginka. I have a friend Azamat, he plays in the double - he has a lezginka in his homeland. And where I live, it's just an Adjarian dance or sukhashvileme. I can not. This needs to be learned. Just like playing football. Take from 5-6 years.

JANO ANANIDZE: “FATHER SAID: “IF YOU CHOOSE FOOTBALL, GO TO THE END””

September 10, 2016
Number of views: 692

The midfielder of the red and white gave an interview to our press service.

BIG SHIPS

— Is Kobuleti a small town?
- Yes. The population is twenty or thirty thousand. Everybody knows each other. Every morning, my dad and I went to the sea for training. Even in winter when it was very cold. And be sure to meet friends. At seven o'clock someone stands at the bus stop, waiting for the bus. And we are walking by. And from everywhere you can hear: “Amiran, don’t torture Jano. Let the child sleep. Where are you taking him so early?..” And dad answered everyone: “We will build big ships together.”

- We heard that your father trained you according to some special program.
Do you know how he taught me how to mint a ball? Dad came up with a special exercise. Imagine a large net in which, for example, potatoes are carried. He put a ball in a bag and tied it around my neck with a rope. When I hit him, he bounced back. So I learned to "stuff" the ball. Dad always told me: “If you chose football, go all the way. If you don't do this, your life will be very difficult."

Do you remember how you got your first boots?
“I was six or seven years old. Father at that time worked as a coach; his team played in Tbilisi. He returned home the night after the match. Mom woke me up at about four in the morning. He opened his eyes and saw brand new boots in front of him - red with black inserts. I put them on, began to run around the room, and then went straight to bed in them. It was the best present. Many years have passed, but I still remember how I got my first football shoes. The boots turned out to be large, so when I played, I inserted insoles into them.

- So, your father infected you with a love for football ...
- Yes. If it wasn't for him, I don't know if I could have become a player. Dad, by the way, always had a great technique. I think it was passed down to me from him. Although all of my father's friends still say: "Your dad was stronger than you." And they notice that if he played now, he could play in a top club.

Dad put a lot of effort into me. But if my father helped me to succeed, then no one helped him. Imagine, his parents were not interested in football at all! Dad himself wanted to become a player and enrolled in the football section. He dreamed of playing. And he did it. And grandfather at that time was minding his own business.

MANDARINS

- Did your grandfather go to football? ..
He once came to his father's game. I watched the match for about ten minutes and with the words “This is not mine” left the stadium. Well, he doesn't like football. And even, for example, if I am now playing matches in Tbilisi with the national team, he does not come. He is eighty-three years old, lives in Kobuleti. Collects tangerines at home. In Georgia they grow like apples in Russia.

- Do you also collect tangerines?
- No I do not know how to. Our grandfather collects tangerines. There is a "technique". If you remove the fruits carefully, then new ones may grow in their place. And if you just pull them out, then there will be no more fruit on the branch. Nothing complicated, but still some skills are required for this.

- When did grandfather find out that you would play in Spartak Moscow, did he give you parting words?
He didn't say anything special to me. I took it easy. Relatives were happy for me: “Cool club! Only Moscow is a big city. Be careful…” This is the ninth year in the Russian capital. Usually, when I come to Georgia, the first thing my friends I meet ask me: “How is Moscow? A good city?.. How is it there after Kobuleti?” Everyone watches videos on YouTube, they are interested in Russia, they want to see its capital with their own eyes, to see the Kremlin. It is considered prestigious.

— What do you tell your friends about Moscow?
- I say that I, like Promes, adore Moscow. Me and my family feel very comfortable here. If friends from Georgia come to the Russian capital, they are always happy to host them. A friend of my wife recently visited. She liked it here so much that she didn't want to go home. He began to tell her jokingly: that's it, come on, look at the city - and that's enough. And then you will stay here ... She does not have a boyfriend, she was looking for a groom in Russia. (Laughs.)

- Everyone in Georgia recognizes you. And in Moscow?
- Here too. I go out into the street - in a day someone will definitely recognize and take an autograph. And if I go to a sportswear store, I can spend a lot of time there - until I sign paraphernalia for everyone. Recently I went to the zoo with my daughter, and there Spartak fans came up to us and asked to take a photo. They took pictures not only with me, but also with my daughter. There are a lot of Spartak fans. Everyone loves and respects the club. Therefore, we are never left behind.

NOT TRAUMATIC

- How is your health now? Ankle no longer bothers?
- Thank God, everything is fine. I really don't have any pain. I can't even believe it myself! In Rostov, he played injections. Including the Cup final, which we won. And there was no such doctor who could make an accurate diagnosis. Even in an Italian clinic. But I didn't "mow". In fact, constant pain prevented me from living and playing normally. But a miracle happened. Our medical staff decided to use another option. Perhaps this was my last chance.

- Did you go to Finland?
- Yes. To Professor Orava. Believe it or not, he didn't even look at the pictures. He pressed his hands on the sore spot and pointed to the operating table. By the way, Denis Cheryshev recently also performed an operation on him.

Now you can finally breathe easy.
- Yes. But, you know, if I miss one game, they will immediately write: “Jano has an injury again.” But this is not so. In fact, I'm not as traumatic as many people think. In the nine years that I have been playing for Spartak and the national team, I have only had two surgeries. One on the meniscus, which happens to almost every player, and one on the ankle. It's not much for the player. And, for example, I very rarely have problems with muscles. Perhaps, when he did not play at Spartak, many thought: he must have had an injury.

- Can you give an example?
- There was a match with Benfica in Moscow. I played well in it. And for the next three games, he didn’t even get into the application. I suppose people started: “He, most likely, something hurts again ...” And this was a coaching choice: they simply did not put me in the squad.

- You had a successful season in Rostov. Did Bozovic trust you?
- Yes. I remember there was a meeting with Volga. Played poorly in the first half. Bozovic warned: "There will be one substitution at half-time." I decided that I would not take the field in the second half of the game. I sat down in the locker room and began to take off my boots. But it turned out that another player was replaced. Was very surprised. He even approached Bozovic and asked: “Are you planning to replace me?” He said, “No, no, come on, keep playing. Add it." Said, "Okay." And in the second half showed a completely different football. Scored and made two assists. It's great that the coach felt the game and trusted me. In "Spartacus" before this was not. If you play one match badly in those days, then you won’t play for a long time.

Do you keep in touch with Bozovic?
Yes, we are still in touch. We correspond by phone. I congratulate him on victories, he congratulates me on goals. He said that he scored a beautiful goal for AEK. And after my double, Arsenal wrote: “Where are you so dispersed? Calm down.” (Laughs)

THE EVIL GENIUS OF "LOCOMOTIVE"

- You recently scored against Anji and hit the gates of the Austrian national team ... What is the most memorable goal for you in your career?
- Probably the first in the championship of Russia. It is interesting that he scored against Lokomotiv, with whom we meet on Sunday. I remember that Asatiani played for the railwaymen back then. He told me: “You didn’t head the ball into the goal for anyone. And now he scored for us ... ”I was just 17 years old then. I set a record with this goal. So far, this is the youngest Spartak ball scored in the Russian championship. Almost seven years have passed, but my record is still not broken.

- However, before that, you also became the author of the youngest goal in the history of Spartak of all time. When you were 16 years 9 months and 5 days old, you scored a goal in a cup match against Krasnodar. Did you learn about it from a book in the Spartak Museum?
- Yes. Was in the Hall of Fame once. Museum director Alexei Matveev showed me an interactive Book of Records that talks about my goal. It was very nice. Until that moment, he did not know about his achievement. Now, when my daughter grows up, I will definitely take her to the Spartak Museum.

- Let's go back to Lokomotiv, you've scored against this team more than once.
- Yes. Glushakov, who played for Lokomotiv in the past, always joked with me: “You are already tired. You keep scoring goals…” Interesting matches usually take place with this team, because Lokomotiv, like Spartak, plays open football.

How are you getting ready for the Sunday meeting with the “railroad workers”?
- Seriously. We are in a good mood. We are very pleased that we are on the first line in the standings. But even after the match with Krasnodar, we discussed this topic and agreed that the euphoria should be left in the locker room. We have to prepare for every game and fight to the end.

I've been playing for Spartak for nine years now, but I've never seen us fight like we do now. One for all and all for one. If we continue like this, the football god will be on our side.

- Is it the merit of Carrera that Spartak has now gained a good momentum?
- Maybe. He motivates us a lot. Carrera is a temperamental Italian. His attitudes are always emotional. He knows how to find the right words, turn us on. The good thing is that Carrera constantly communicates with all the players. When we play two-way in training, he often says: “I haven’t decided who will be in the start yet. Try everything." He has on the field the one who is currently in the best shape. And it is right.

TEARS OF JOY AND BITTER TEARS

- If you now won a million euros in the lottery, what would you spend it on?
- Probably, I would buy an apartment in Moscow. Dreaming about it. And the remaining funds would be spent on the treatment of sick children. I recently read that some child in Georgia urgently needs an expensive operation. I would try to help. I don’t like to talk about it, but since the conversation has already come up ... I did this more than once. True, he did not transfer such large sums.

Do you know the fate of those who were helped?
- I'll tell you a story. Once, when I was traveling to Austria, I went to a Georgian site and read material there. The father wrote about his son. The child watched football at night, some foreign championship, and at four in the morning fainted. There was blood... It turned out that the boy urgently needed an operation. My wife was in Georgia at the time. I called her and said: “Now I will transfer the money to you. A man will come for them soon." Then he dialed the number of the child's father. Didn't introduce himself. He just said that I was a football player and really want to help his family. He replied, "Thank you very much." And cried. The man was amazed. Soon the boy was cured. Together with other caring people, they helped him defeat the disease. Recently saw the child, he feels fine. And his family always congratulates us on all holidays. Kind, open people.

- What is the happiest day in your life?
- When he became a father. I was in Rostov, we played the final match in the Russian Cup. They called me at seven in the morning on May 2: “Your daughter was born.” Experienced the best feelings! I was in seventh heaven with happiness: Mia was born, and a few days later we won the National Cup!

What about the saddest day of your life?
- When I lost my father. Dad had an operation in Turkey and had to recover there for six months. Four months later, he told me: “Son, I already feel good.” And went home. Everything was fine until he caught the virus. He couldn't get sick at all. The temperature rose ... And he "burned out" very quickly. Heart stopped.

I was at the base. My father's friend called me: “I feel that something is wrong. I’ll come ... ”I called my mother, she said that everything was fine. And then a friend of my father told me that my father was no more. But this is life...

Is your father missing now?
- Of course. If dad was here now, perhaps everything would be different. I believe that he sees everything from above. Now I already choose my own path, I decide something. My plan is to keep playing the same way. Earn a place in the starting lineup. I really want to win something with Spartak. This is my home team. Grew up here. And I dream to please our fans with victories. They deserve it.

Jano Ananidze: "I understand: either I will become a leader now or never"

Official site of FC "Spartak" Moscow, August 14, 2019
Number of views: 50

Interview with a 26-year-old red-and-white midfielder who has been playing for our club for ten years.

ABOUT BASEL AND TUNA

- Eight and a half years ago, you already beat the Swiss in Spartak, when you scored the winning goal against Basel. What are your memories of that confrontation?

- A lot of time has passed, now we have a completely different team. But it's nice to remember that match. In the 93rd minute, McGeady earned a free-kick. Even before the game, we agreed with Alex that in the event of a dangerous set piece, he would roll me, and I would hit. So they did. I got a little lucky: the wall collapsed, and the ball from the bar flew into the goal.

- Is this one of the most memorable goals for Spartak?

- The first goal in the first match against Krasnodar 10 years ago is especially expensive. Although fans often remember that ball to Basel in the comments. After all, then we were losing 0:2 during the meeting, but we managed to turn everything around. In addition, I came on as a substitute and brought the victory.

- Over the past years, Spartak have performed unsuccessfully in the qualifying rounds of European competitions several times. You played against Legia and AEK, there were also St. Gallen and PAOK. What is the reason for such failures? And how to prevent this from happening again?

- Still, there was an underestimation of rivals. I had never heard much about those teams before, it influenced. But it is important to understand that now you can’t just beat anyone. They have already learned how to play in the Faroe Islands, and the Gibraltar team, which was essentially created yesterday, is losing to Ireland by just one goal. In addition, when I played in Rostov and Samara, I saw with my own eyes how they tune in to CSKA, Zenit and Krasnodar, and how they tune in to Spartak. These are completely different things! At Spartak, the mood is as if it were the Champions League. It is important for us to remember this and respond to our opponents in the same way.

ABOUT CHERENKOV, ALEX AND TIL

- On July 15, on the day of the tenth anniversary of the debut, you published a sincere post in which you wrote that Spartak is your life. Can't imagine yourself without red-and-whites?

- It is clear that Spartak feeds me, my family; this is my job. But it's even more than that for me. I'm proud to be on this team when I was 15 years old. Probably, I cannot be called in the full sense a pupil of the club, but I managed to train at the Academy with Piskarev and play for a double with Romashchenko and Kechinov. That is, he went through all the stages. Therefore, I wrote those words from the heart, “Spartak” is forever in my heart. And I will do my best in training and in games to be useful.

- Fedor Fedorovich Cherenkov would have recently turned 60. You told how once he singled you out among the young - and this became an incentive for you.

- I didn’t see him play live, but when I lived near the then Netto stadium on Preobrazhenskaya Square, I watched the matches of veterans. Cherenkov received the ball, and it was immediately clear what a great player he was. And now, at our base in Tarasovka, moments of retro matches are being played. And there is an opportunity to see how that Spartak played. I want to make the same passes, open up the same way. Another thing is that football has changed: the speed has become higher, there is more aggression. Graceful football is more difficult to show. Now there is less space: earlier it was possible to raise your head, but now no one will allow you to do this. But this does not negate the fact that Fedor Fedorovich is a legend. For me, this is the greatest footballer, especially since I play in the same position.

- And which of the players with whom you played together have you adopted the most in terms of playing?

Alex understood best. When he appeared, I realized that it was simply useless to fight him for a place in the squad. That's how good he was! At the very first training session, he took the ball, hit it, and everyone understood that this was a player of the highest quality. It's a pity he didn't play much for Spartak because of family problems. We still correspond with him sometimes. He writes to me in Russian, and I answer him through a translator in Portuguese. He recently retired... There were many strong players in Spartak, but Alex is the top one for me.

- Now Gus Thiel has appeared in the team. Ready for the competition?

“Competition is always good. If the Dutchman plays like Alex, then for God's sake! Let him make the same passes and score the same. This will only benefit Spartak. And we will do our best to help the guy get comfortable.

ABOUT INJURIES AND THE FUTURE

- You spent last spring on loan at Wings of the Soviets. What gave this period?

“Most importantly, I got practice. Because playing for 30-40 minutes is not enough for a football player. In Samara, he took to the field regularly, not counting the last rounds, which he missed due to a slight injury. Fortunately, nothing hurts now.

- The head coach of the Samarans Miodrag Bozhovich after one of the matches expressed confidence that Jano's best years are yet to come. Including Spartak. Do you believe it will?

- I want to be the leader of Spartak. But I know it's either now or never. I feel that I am able to play the way the fans expect from me. Unfortunately, before that, injuries often interfered. After all, if you count, then out of ten years in Spartak, I spent three years on treatment. I often read that all the troubles are allegedly due to my physique. But look at Real Madrid's Gareth Bale. He weighs three times my weight and has three times the muscle. But it breaks even more often than me! For six years at Real Madrid, he played for a year and a half. Jikia and Zobnin also broke their crosses out of the blue, although the guys are strong.

- What is the reason for your frequent injuries?

“Perhaps I started playing against men too early. Plus, he is to blame for the fact that at first he did not attend the gym so actively. Now I do it much more often. I'm not saying that you need to pump up to the state of a robot, when you no longer feel the ball. But prevention is necessary so that the muscles and joints are in good shape. The other day, Zhenya Savin came to us in Tarasovka to shoot Krasava. He arrived early in the morning, at half past nine in the morning. And I was already there, the very first. He did not believe his eyes. But I need it. I understand that until December you need to show everything that you are capable of. To decide how Promes decided: to give and score, to play the game. It helps that I feel trust from the head coach.

— The team has significantly changed this summer. This is the most serious restructuring in your memory?

- Yes, I don’t remember such a sharp change in the composition. This is also why we didn't have such a successful start in the championship. We didn't look so great against Sochi, we lost to Tambov... But I'm sure everything will be fine: from game to game there is progress both in speed and in positional attacks. The first rounds always go to establish interaction. And in a situation like ours, even more so.

- Spartak is heading for a fast game in attack and high pressure. Do you like this style?

- We must not only play fast, but also competently attack positionally, have a lot of possession of the ball. However, over the ten years that I have been at Spartak, it has rarely been otherwise, because the team is always faced with the task of fighting for the highest places.

ABOUT JIKIA AND SAMEDOV

- Since this season, your friend Jikia has become the captain of Spartak. Do you help him with advice as a senior comrade?

He doesn't need help anymore. He got used to it a long time ago and is more likely to help me himself. With his game, Jikia proved that he is worthy of the headband. His appointment was read. Even if we were not friends, I would consider him an ideal candidate for captain. He has everything for this: both a hint and the ability to create the right atmosphere. This is a difficult task: there is always a special background around Spartak, and in case of failure, the demand from the captain is special. In this sense, I wish Jikia patience and good luck. I'm sure he'll manage.

- Another friend of yours, Samedov, completed his playing career. How was he taken out of football?

- Recently, the three of us sat in a restaurant - me, Jikia and Samedov. Remember how we played together. Sasha had offers from several clubs, but he considered it wrong to move to another city with his family. Still, he is already 35, three children. Although I am sure that for two years he would definitely be able to perform at a good level, because he always treated the matter as professionally as possible.

- Recently, Samuel Gigot joined your company.

- Yes, they “poured” him into the team! It's hard for him because Hanni, with whom they spoke French, has left. Samuel now lives alone in Moscow, in a skyscraper. And Jikia and I took him to replace Samad. We invite him to a restaurant, we go up to his house to play a console. To not be bored. Good, kind guy.

- You were on a team with a world champion for the first time. What impression did Schürrle make?

- It can be seen that the player with a capital letter, very experienced. He will really help Spartak.

ABOUT YOUNG

- Spartak, in addition to other changes, has also become noticeably younger. Does this also have its own specifics?

- When I got to the base, it was different. Now the guys are starting to train with the first team, and it seems that they take it very calmly. Like, that's how it should be. I think it's wrong! Let the guys read it, I told them to their faces. I once ended up on the same team with Titov, Mozart, Kalinichenko, Pavlyuchenko - and tried to plow three, five times more to gain a foothold! I'm not saying that today's young people don't try. But I don’t see the fire in my eyes, which should be when you realize that you got a chance to cling to. I remember: you lose the ball, and they shove you so hard that next time you won’t let it happen. I could not sleep when I found out that I would train with the base! Each session was treated as the last. Now there are talented guys, but without fire in the eyes they will not be fixed. Spartak should be everything to them.

- Does this not concern Zelimkhan Bakaev?

- Not. He just returned from the lease in an amicable way, angry, sometimes even overdoing it. I scored a lot in Tula, gave assists, showed a high level. It is more difficult to do this in Spartak, but we will help him. I'm more likely talking about Ignatov, Umyarov, Glushenkov - this applies to them and other guys who play for Spartak-2, and train with us.

- Were you surprised that Bakaev took number 10?

If he is confident, then why not? Zelimkhan said that Promes was not the ceiling for him. Yes, and the number is not important here. Guliyev was also going to give me number seven when I returned from loan, but I am also satisfied with number 49, under which I started at Spartak. The main thing is to play, and I take the number calmly.

- Bakaev was greatly helped by the lease at Arsenal. At one time, you also benefited from the season in Rostov.

- It really helps. Especially when you are young. I was lucky then with the coach and with the team. Together with Dzyuba, we won the Russian Cup, it was a great experience. But now it’s time to gain a foothold, I don’t even want to think about renting.

- That year on the Don generally became a landmark for you: shortly before the victory in the Cup, a daughter was born.

- Yes. And a few years later, before the championship, the second was born. So you need a third child to win something else.
