A young team, a good selection of players, the task was to reach the top division. But they failed – experience in the first league is extremely important. Relegated to lower division. I did not want to play in the second league, I moved to Volgar-Gazprom. Everything went well, there were offers from other clubs. I opted for the Kuban.
I remember that at that moment there were persistent rumors not only about Kuban, but also about Krasnodar. Was there such an option?
- There were no specific proposals from Krasnodar. So it's just a rumor.

- No, but sometimes I went to matches. I have been a fan of Spartak since childhood. My father is always against the red and white, but on the contrary, I am for it. - Tikhonov. Tikhonov is the best. He was my favorite football player.
