The way you run does not depend on age, wealth, skin color or anything else "Running is the most democratic sport. It's also fun to run, especially if you are in a team of like-minded people and you run not just like that, but with meaning!".

Polina Kitsenko:
The Running Hearts charity race, which we organized together with Natasha Vodyanova in honor of the Naked Heart Foundation for Helping Children, was the most important event of 2015 for me. Together with our runners, we not only completed the main task - we collected a record amount for the Russian race of more than 200 thousand euros, but also popularized running with meaning! And we were the first to attract a huge number Olympic champions, Paralympians and famous people from different areas to support us in the amateur race. This year everything will happen again, and I believe that we will be even faster, higher and stronger!

The race will be held for the second time and this year will be held on Vorobyovy Gory and starts on Universitetskaya Square between Moscow State University. Lomonosov and the observation deck. The race includes three distances - 3 km, 10 km and half marathon 21.1 km. The adidas Running Hearts race officially becomes inclusive with a separate 10K event for people with disabilities who use a wheelchair. Also, there is a separate team standings for corporate participants of the race.

This year, the team of the race sets new goals for itself, both sporting and charitable, mastering new routes and raising "Running with Meaning" to a whole new level. The purpose of the adidas Running Hearts Race is to raise donations for the development of the Naked Heart Foundation's early intervention services - i.e. to create a network free services support for families raising children with special needs aged 0 to 6 years. Support, based on modern, proven approaches of psychology, pedagogy and medicine, will be constantly available to more than 300 families and will help children with developmental disabilities to integrate into society and be more successful in the future. All funds raised as part of the race will be transferred in full to the Naked Heart Children's Fund.

After the finish line, a festive concert will take place, at which the Uma2rman band will perform for all participants in the race and fans. The race will be attended by Olympic and Paralympic champions, theater and film stars, journalists, businessmen and other media personalities, as well as corporate running teams of large companies, the press and television.

Well organized run beautiful place Moscow, with a generous start-finish package, an incredible concentration of sports and media stars, two excellent concerts, and most importantly, an impressive amount raised for a good cause. This run was really meaningful.

what: adidas Running Hearts 10 km (10635m)
where: University Square (MSU), Moscow
when: 29-05-2016, 10:00
how:+23°C, sunny, windless

This running event can only be written in superlatives. This year, the adidas Running Hearts charity run was held for the second time.

Informative, user-friendly and understandable site, very high-quality starter package, regular email updates with information and useful offers from partners. Clearly organized and well-coordinated work of all services and volunteers in the starting camp and on the course. The most powerful sound support from a beautiful stage equipped with two large screens - presenters, DJs, Uma Thurman and Dima Bilan.

The purpose of the race was charitable, but the sports component was present in the person of regular winners and prize-winners of Moscow and Russian starts. By the time the race started, the sun was already hot like summer, and it was clear that it would not be easy to run.

I started from the first pocket and for some reason took the current target pace to . Running discipline let me down again and I didn't run in my own way. On the other hand, the first half of the distance managed to hold out for the future winner of the half marathon (!), but at the 6th kilometer she left me, or rather, I fell off, because I could not continue in such a rhythm. As a result, the second 5k was difficult to run, the bright hot sun added to the fatigue, and I completely failed the 10th kilometer of the race, running it at my current marathon pace. 18:21 vs 19:24, very a big difference between the initial and final 5 km.

The finish was hard, but long-awaited. A long and wide finish line with a view of the main building of Moscow State University, a finisher's medal, water that cooled a boiled head, an unexpected package with healthy food and delicious ice cream.

The heat did its job and the ambulance had a job. I am glad that together with the doctors we were able to help one elderly runner on the 17th km of the half marathon. Take care of yourself, do not exceed your pace, listen to your body and drink at a distance. There will be many more competitions, but the heart and body will be the same.

At the end of the race, its founders, Polina Kitsenko from the stage and Natalya Vodyanova from the big screen, said important and accurate words and reminded that this race was for a good purpose, and all those who ran and sponsors helped raise money for the Naked Heart Foundation with their participation. and their programs to help children with special needs.

Great run, humane goal and wonderful people who made it.
