The operator has the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), extract, use, transfer (distribute, provide, access) personal data to third parties - educational institutions, territorial departments in the relevant areas of the main department of education Krasnoyarsk, the main department of education of the administration of Krasnoyarsk, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, other organizations and individuals responsible for organizing and conducting various stages of the All-Russian subject Olympiads for schoolchildren, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
With this application, I authorize to consider publicly available, including posting on the Internet, the following personal data of my child: last name, first name, patronymic, class, school, the result of the school, municipal, regional, final stages of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren in the specified subject (s) of the Olympiad, as well as a scanned copy of his (her) Olympiad work in each general education subject at the school, municipal and regional (final) stage, if he (she) is recognized (a) following the results of these stages of the Olympiad as its winner or prize-winner.
The term of this agreement is not limited. The processing of personal data is carried out by the operator in a mixed way.
I am aware of my right to revoke this consent at any time. The withdrawal is made on my written application in the manner specified. I am aware that if the following information is excluded: “Last name, first name, patronymic, gender, date of birth, school, class, result of participation in the Olympiad”, the personal data base operator will not confirm the authenticity of the student’s diplomas or certificates.
Access to personal data processed by the operator is carried out in the manner provided for in Art. 14, 20 of the Federal Law of 01.01.2001 "On Personal Data".

I grant the Operator the right to carry out all actions (operations) with my child's personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction (with the use of automated means and without the use of automation tools).
I also authorize the Operator to take photos and videos of my child, to use these photos, videos and information video materials free of charge in internal and external communications related to the holding of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. Photos and videos may be copied, presented and made public or adapted for use by any media and in any way, in particular in booklets, videos, on the Internet, etc. provided that the photographs and videos produced will not harm the dignity and reputation of my child.
I am familiar with the Procedure for holding the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2013 N 1252 (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia of March 17, 2015 N 249; Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia of December 17, 2015 N 1488) familiarized .
Consent is valid from the date of signing until written withdrawal of consent, but not before the end of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. If the results of participation do not pass from the school to the municipal and subsequent stages, the expiration date of the Consent is the publication of the results of the stage at which the participant completed his participation.
