Boil the meat of your choice without salt (chicken or breast without skin, turkey fillet, veal, beef), cut into small pieces (200 g). 10 g of Dijon mustard, a pinch of black pepper are added (these spices will not interfere with weight loss, as they accelerate metabolism and promote fat burning), a little 10% sour cream.

Mix ingredients. Chilled bread (preferably homemade kvass) is added immediately before use.

Kefir

The classic recipe for kefir is prepared in the same way as for kvass (the same ingredients), but in the end everything is filled with low-fat (1% or 1.5%).

Variation recipe. Grind 100 g of green onions, 50 g of parsley and dill. Cut into cubes 200 g of boiled new potatoes, 5 hard-boiled egg whites, 200 g of chicken breast boiled without salt and skin. Skip 100 g of cucumbers and radishes through a grater. Add a pinch of black pepper. Mustard and sour cream are excluded. Pour 1% kefir in an arbitrary proportion.

vegetable

Vegetarian is considered the most low-calorie and suitable for weight loss. It can be cooked both on kvass and on kefir. The only restriction is that neither meat nor fish are allowed.

Lacto-ovo-vegetarian (what kind of food system are we). Grind 100 g of green onions, 50 g of parsley and dill. Cut into cubes 200 g of boiled young potatoes, 3 hard-boiled whole eggs, 150 g of fresh cucumbers, 50 g of radish and black radish. Add 10 g of mustard, a pinch of black pepper. Pour low-fat kefir or kvass.

Vegan. Grind 100 g of green onions, parsley, dill, 50 g of beet tops. Cut into cubes of 200 g of boiled young potatoes, fresh cucumbers, 100 g of radish and radish. Add a pinch of black pepper. Pour yeast-free homemade rhubarb kvass, cucumber pickle or beetroot broth. Eggs and dairy products are excluded.

Raw food. Grind 100 g of green onions, parsley, dill and beet tops. Cut into cubes 200 g of fresh cucumbers, 150 g of avocado, 100 g of radish and radish. Add a pinch of black pepper. Fill with mineral or ordinary water, you can add vinegar.

With beets

Cold beetroot soup is more correctly called beetroot, but for most it is one of the options for okroshka. One way or another, but it also fits into the above described weight loss program: low-calorie, good for health, quenches thirst and hunger.

Recipe 1. Cut into cubes 200 g boiled, 4 whole hard-boiled eggs, 100 g cucumbers. Grind 100 g of green onions, 50 g of dill, parsley, cilantro. Mix. Pour 1% kefir.

Recipe 2. Cut raw beets (250 g) into cubes, boil. Strain the resulting broth - this will be the dressing for beetroot okroshka. Grind 100 g of green onions, press down with a mint until juice is released, add chopped parsley and dill (50 g each). Mix, press down again. Randomly cut 150 g of boiled new potatoes, 3 hard-boiled whole eggs, 100 g of fresh cucumbers, 50 g of radish, 200 g of boiled chicken breast. Mix everything (together with boiled beet cubes). Add Dijon mustard, black pepper, 10% sour cream for taste. Pour strained beetroot broth.

Boil and kill porcini mushrooms (300 g) in a blender. Grind 100 g of green onions, crush it with mint to release the juice. Pour chopped greens to it: 50 g of parsley and dill (you can add cilantro and basil to them). Mix, press again. Grate 150 g of fresh cucumbers, radishes and black radishes. Crush 1 garlic clove. Pour homemade kvass.

Fish

Boil 300 g of cod fillet, cut into cubes or beat in a blender until puree. Randomly cut into 100 g of boiled new potatoes, fresh cucumbers, radishes, 3 boiled egg whites.

Dressing is prepared separately: in a blender, beat 100 g of green onions and parsley, mix them with 50 g of 10% sour cream, 20 g of mustard, 4 cloves of garlic, black pepper (based on taste preferences). Run the dressing again through the blender.

Mix fish and vegetable mass with dressing. Pour kvass before use.

Curious fact. It is believed that the recipe with fish appeared thanks to barge haulers on the Volga. For lunch they were usually given bread kvass and vobla. The latter was so hard that they began to pre-soak it in a drink, and then chopped the vegetables that were at hand into the same place, and ate it all together.

  • Do not add mayonnaise to okroshka: it is high in calories. In extreme cases, you can put a small spoonful of sour cream.
  • Diet okroshka is made on kefir, curd whey, unsweetened kvass. It is not forbidden to dilute the main liquid ingredient mineral water without gas.

  • cucumber - two pieces of medium size;
  • radish - 10 pieces;
  • boiled egg - one;
  • green onions - half a bunch;
  • dill - half a bunch;
  • wheat kvass - half a liter.

Cooking method:

  • Boil the breast in salted water until tender, cool, cut into small pieces.
  • Boil the egg, peel, grate coarsely.
  • Wash the radishes and cucumbers, finely chop half, grate the other half. Grated vegetables will give more flavor.
  • Wash and finely chop the onion, dill.
  • Put them in a bowl, lightly salt, and shake them so that they highlight the juice.

Vegetarian okroshka on kvass

  • cucumbers - three small;
  • green onions, parsley, dill - half a bunch each;
  • green peas (canned) - 150 g;
  • kvass - 600 ml.

Cooking method:

  • Wash well and cut vegetables into small pieces.
  • Arrange on plates (deep ones are required), dividing into three parts.
  • Put 50 g of peas in each.
  • Fill with kvass.

Legumes do not always have a good effect on digestion, they can contribute to flatulence, so you should not lean heavily on this okroshka.

  • chicken breast (fillet) - one;
