I thought for a long time in which section of diets to place my review, because it does not fit any specific method of losing weight. This is my interpretation of proper nutrition, on which I have already lost 7 kg in 1.5 months. I think that this is not a bad result, given my sedentary sedentary lifestyle.

My personal program suited me perfectly and maybe it will suit someone else. Now a little bit about yourself: I became a mother 1.8 years ago. I am on parental leave. After pregnancy, I weighed 64 kg, height 164 cm (did not find a better photo).

After the birth of a child, due to various circumstances, I lost weight and again gained my pounds. I went on diets, but for a long time I was not enough. And so, literally 2 months ago, I armed myself with the motivation and support of loved ones and started again ... no, not to lose weight, but Healthy food.

What do I mean by " proper nutrition" . This is a diet, thanks to which the body receives a sufficient amount of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and other useful elements. These components are found in healthy foods: vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and dairy products. Now, reading this, many will wince at the suspicious "scarcity" of these products (I did it myself). But you can’t even imagine how varied and tasty the menu of these ingredients can be!

Where did I start. Scheduled meals and water intake. It turned out something like this:

7.30 - 1 tbsp. water

8.00 - breakfast (mandatory!)

10.00 - 2 glasses of water

11.00 - 1 glass of water

11.30 - snack

12.30 - 13.00 - lunch

14.00 - 2 tbsp. water

Pizza. Yes, you can lose weight and that's it! I have chicken sausage in the filling, which I do not recommend adding if you have just started eating right. It is better to crumble finely chopped and pre-fried chicken, mushrooms or even crab sticks.

It all depends on the individual physique of each person, and, of course, on the chosen method of weight loss. You won’t see the result of healthy weight loss in a week, but a strict diet will be noticeable - especially in the form of weakness, loss of cognitive abilities, low hemoglobin, circles under the eyes, sagging skin and a bunch of other “pleasant” bonuses. And the initial weight is also important - if you have a normal weight for your height, and you want to lose a couple of kilos just to increase self-esteem or a new dress, then this can drag on for a month, and it will be quite normal. By personal experience dropping 20 kg, I can say that the first ten fly away literally in a matter of days, and then the process goes on with a fun, but slow creak.

If your goal is 2-5, not 15 kilograms, and the diet is based

on a healthy diet combined with physical activity - the result in 1-2 weeks will be almost invisible, and to evaluate it, it is better to measure volumes with a centimeter tape, and refuse to use weights. This is perfect option weight loss, albeit rather slowly. Stress for the body is minimal and the result will be fixed and remain forever.

If the diet is more rigid, weight loss can be up to 4-5 kg ​​in a week and a half, and the result is noticeable almost immediately, but this is detrimental to the body and health in general, and the lost will return in double the amount. So be patient, choose for yourself a complete diet and suitable physical activity. And don't let the photos from the Internet (often fake ones) bother you.
