I invite the children to sit in a circle.

Children sit freely, to whom it is convenient.

I want to ask you: What's on the street now? Summer, autumn or spring? Maybe a snowy winter? How did you guys guess? Then they all called the choir! This autumn has come to us, And everything around has changed, The forests burn with gold, The leaves, falling, rustle. I want to ask you, Or rather - to invite In the forest to go camping with me. We're going, but...

(musical arrangement "Thunder" sounds)

Children, look at the sky. It is gloomy, only clouds, that and look it will rain. Let's lie on our backs, we will first inhale deeply, inflating our stomach and taking in more air, and now exhale strongly - we blow to disperse all the clouds. Each of you will blow well, and then the clouds will fly away, and we will go to the forest.

Exercise 1.

I.p. - lying on your back, hands on your stomach. Children voluntarily perform abdominal breathing.

Children remain in the circle, but already accept the given starting position and complete the task. Each child breathes spontaneously.

So we dispersed the clouds (calm music sounds). Watch the sun shine, it will light our way. Let's welcome him. (Children perform the Sun Salutation Pose).

Task 2.

Stand up straight, put your palms together in front of your chest. Breathe out. We inhale the air, stretch our arms up, expose our palms to the sun and smile; we exhale air and slowly return to the sp. (exercise is performed three times).

After greeting the Sun, the children thank him:

I love you sweetheart;

I love my friends;

I love this world;

I want to learn everything;

I have good mood;

I'm on my way;

Together we will succeed.

(all exercises are performed to music)

on wet grass - walking on toes;

we walk on the ground - ordinary walking;

on hot coals - walking on heels;

we walk on the ground - ordinary walking;

between the bushes - walking like a snake;

we fly across the sky - running hands to the sides;

we run along the path - the usual run;

through fire - wide jumps;

we run along the path - the usual run;

and on the lawn - running in all directions;

here we come - walking in place.

Everything in the world looks like everything.

I.p.: standing, tilting the head forward - down, I.p.; right, i.p.; down - forward, i.p.; to the left, i.p.; forward - down, i.p. (3 times).

The snake looks like a snake.

Squat. I.p .: standing, hands up, palms closed. (6 times)

The moon looks like a round eye.

Tilts to the side. I.p .: standing, legs on the feet, hands in a circle above the head. (6 times)

The cat looks like a cat.

Arching the back, raising the feet up. I.p.: standing on all fours, head down. (Five times)

Kangaroo is like a ball.

Jumping on two legs. I.p .: standing, hands on the belt. (12 times)

We are resting.

Rolls from toe to heel. I.p .: standing, hands down.

On the spot step - march!

Normal walking.

Well, our guys jump like horses.

Galloping.

The horses are resting.

Normal walking.

We are in the middle of the forest. Look how narrow the path is, you need to go along it and move your things

    Walking on a rope lined with a snake, with pouches on the head. You must jump over the stumps.

    Jumping over objects 15 cm high in a straight line on two legs. You will also crawl across a suspension bridge.

    Crawling on the gymnastic bench (on the stomach, pulling up on the hands).

(All exercises are performed in a streaming manner three times).

So we overcame all the obstacles in the forest thicket and again found ourselves at the edge of the forest. But what is it?! Oh, what a strong wind blew. Look, immediately leaves began to fall from the trees and spin in the air. Guys, let's pretend that we are leaves too. We are also spinning in the air, and now we are calmly descending to the ground. A leaf lay down on the ground, and the wind turns it one way, then the other. The leaves lie on the ground and a light breeze of the wind only slightly lifts them and lowers them back to the ground.

    Children perform slow turns around themselves, then go down on one knee, the other, sit on the hip and lie on their back, arms along the body.

    Children perform a turn to the right on the stomach, on the back and two more turns to the right, two turns to the left.

    Children remain in the supine position, arms along the body:

    bend, leaning on the heels, shoulders, head and hands;

    i.p.

It became very quiet, the leaves froze, lie quietly, calmly and dream that in the spring they will grow again, be green and strong and will sing their beautiful summer songs, rustling on the tree. (Children lie on their backs with their eyes closed, listening to calm music. Then, sitting in a circle, they discuss their journey, making an analysis).

Guys, look at the meadow in front of us, and in the basket the squirrel has prepared cones for us. Take one bump and stand in two columns, on two paths. Let's play with cones.

But first, let's check the distance, stretch your hands forward, do not interfere with each other?

mobile game: "Stump":

Children stand on stumps laid out in a circle. One of the children does not have enough hemp, he becomes the driver. Approaching one of the children says the words:

“Can I ask you, can I buy a stump from you?”

The second child answers:

“If you are a daring friend, then the stump will be yours!”

After these words, the children run in different directions. The driver becomes the one who did not have enough hemp.

caregiver:

But why don't children birds in the forest sing? (migratory birds flew south)

But we haven't forgotten about them!

Do you want to play the game "Stork"?

Low mobility game: "Stork"

Day-to-day stork stands alone on its leg.

On one I doze off during the day, (children stand on one leg, arms to the sides).

On the other I sleep at night. (children stand on the other leg, hide their hands behind their backs)

The one who stands on two legs is out of the game.

Educator: And now, guys, let's play with these autumn leaves.

The breeze shakes the leaves of the trees.

I.p .: standing, arms with leaves lowered along the body.

Let's show how the trees wave their leaves. Raise your hands through the sides up, wave the leaves over your head, lower your hands. (5-6 times).

(2-3 times). --Well done! Let's collect the leaves in a basket and continue our walk. We are going with you further into our mysterious forest, but be careful, we will encounter many obstacles on the way. We will walk along narrow paths, cross a bridge over a ravine, jump from hummock to hummock so as not to fall into a swampy swamp, look into a hole. And then we'll play again. Well, that's the way!

II. The main types of movements.

Circuit training:Walking in a column one at a time while maintaining balance: on massage mats, on a log, jumping on soft modules, crawling in a tunnel, walking along a ribbed path (repeat 2-3 times).

Preview:

The instructor and educator insure while walking on a log and jumping on soft modules.

Educator: Well done! Everyone did well, no one lost their way. We again came to the clearing, where we can play. Since we are in the forest, I propose to play a game"Fox and Bunnies". I know one interesting counting rhyme and with its help, we will now choose who will be the fox.

A bunny jumps barefoot along the path somersault.

Zainka, don't run. Here are your boots,

Here's your belt

Don't rush into the woods.

Come to us in a round dance To amuse the people.

(I put on a fox mask for the chosen child.)

- “Fox” will go to his hole to sleep ... And we, guys, turn into bunnies: “Turn around, circle and turn into bunnies. Bunnies jumped for a walk on the lawn.

Bunnies are jumping

Jump, jump, jump.

To the green, to the meadow.

Jump, jump, jump, jump.

(children, depicting bunnies, move around the hall jumping on two legs.)

And here our fox woke up and went hunting. Hide bunnies.

(The “fox” runs out and catches the rabbits, the “bunnies” hide, squat. The caught “hare” is chosen as the “fox”. The game is repeated 2-3 times.)

Instructor: Well played, but I have a surprise for you. Here in our forest I have hidden something. Now we will find out which of you is the most attentive, what is unusual here.

III. Game of low mobility The game "Find what is hidden."

children are looking for fly agaric mushroom with a surprise inside.

Educator: Found, well done! These apples, a gift from the forest, you will take with you to the group and eat there. I hope you enjoyed our walk, (children's answers) Now we are going back to kindergarten. (Children leave the room one after another.)
