You are in a magical winter forest. A wonderful frosty day. You are pleased, you feel good, breathe easily and freely. Imagine that you are light, delicate snowflakes. Your hands are light-light - they are thin rays of a snowflake. Your body is also light, light, as if it were woven from snow fluffs. A light breeze blew and snowflakes flew. Game "By the sea"

Instruction. Children are invited to imagine that they are playing on the beach, splashing in the water. Having bathed enough, the children come out of the water and lie down on the sand warmed by the sun... They close their eyes from the bright sun, spread their arms and legs in pleasant bliss.

1. "Playing with sand" (for tension and relaxation of the hands).

Exercise "Sailboat".

R. depicts a boat with a sail: kneel, toes pulled back, toes touching each other, heels somewhat apart; sit on your heels or between them, weave your fingers into a lock behind your back, fix under your feet or on your heels.
