"I can buy old boots with a football player's salary." How Belarusian players earn extra money. Football. Artem Vasilyev: do Belarusian football players have high salaries? If we compare it with the European level, then we get an absolute minuscule “Philip Ivanov must be given

“Money rules the world, and he is stronger who has more of it!” This phrase is most relevant today when it comes to football, in which the budget race has inflated to truly phantasmagoric proportions and sometimes looks almost blasphemy. Clubs and corporations pour so much money into transfers and salaries of players that it was hardly even envisaged before for development programs " star wars and other space developments.

big jackpot

The 2016 that is fading into the sunset gave football several new money records with the prefix “super” at once. As usual, the main characters in this race were Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, about whose human or divine origin the fans are already beginning to argue not in jest, but seriously. So, the Portuguese, having signed a new contract with Real Madrid in November, will now receive almost 25 million euros a year, or more than two million euros a month! A weighty bonus to this fat piece was an advertising agreement with the American company Nike, according to which lifetime (!) Payments to the attacker will amount to $ 24 million a year.

Messi is struggling to find a worthy response to such a feint of his eternal rival and is desperately bargaining with Barcelona for a new agreement and a significant improvement in the terms of his contract. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner wants an annual salary of 50 million euros before tax. The football player's current deal, with a salary of 20 million tax deducted, expires in 2018. So it's safe to assume that next year we will face a new ceiling of astronomical salaries.

Shanghai rolled out an annual salary of 40 million euros to 32-year-old Argentine Carlos TEVEZ.

Among other moneybags, we note, of course, the Welshman from Real Madrid, Gareth Bale, who also recently renewed his contract with his club. The football player extended the contract until 2022, and now his weekly salary will be 350 thousand euros. And in six years, taking into account all the bonuses, Bale will earn about 150 million. Real Madrid spent the past year very lavishly. German midfielder Toni Kroos did not become modest in his requests either, his new agreement with Real Madrid provides for a significant increase in salary: from 10 million euros a year to almost 20.

Who else has been forgotten? Of course, the Brazilian Neymar from Barcelona! He also re-signed the contract in the past year and will receive 15 million euros a year plus 10 million as bonuses, which will be paid to him regardless of the statistical indicators of the player and the club.

With all this, neither Ronaldo, nor Messi, nor Bale, nor Neymar are on this moment the highest paid football players in the world. Yesterday, Boca Juniors Argentine striker Carlos Tevez, who moved to the Chinese Shanghai Shenhua, outdid everyone. By the way, the colors of this team in 2009 were defended by Vyacheslav Gleb.

Appetite comes while playing

Shanghai rolled out an annual salary of 40 million euros to the 32-year-old Argentine. Thus, Tevez in one fell swoop put all the stars playing in Europe into the belt, as if throwing a cry: everyone in the Chinese championship! This is where the financial football center of the world is now!

The appetites of Chinese clubs are growing by leaps and bounds. Actively buying wholesale and retail players with more or less popular names in the Chinese Super League began not so long ago - a year ago. And it all started with the fact that tax incentives were provided for companies investing in sports. Then there was a powerful television contract for 1.2 billion dollars over five years, and, as they say, it started - the level of the Chinese championship began to grow rapidly. Attendance at the Chinese Super League has increased significantly in recent years, and the leading clubs easily collect 50,000 people in the stands.

At Juventus, the salary of Roberto Baggio was 250 thousand dollars a month

Almost all Chinese clubs are owned by large private companies. Behind "Shanghai Shenhua", for example, is the construction monster Greenland Group with an annual income of tens of billions of dollars! For them, 40 million a year for Tevez is not so much. The Hebei China Fortune Club is controlled by real estate developers from China Fortune Lands. Guangzhou Evergrande has two giant owners at once: 60% of the shares are held by the second-largest developer in China, Evergrande Group, and the remaining 40% by the Internet seller Alibaba. Etc.

Stars of truly first magnitude are not going to China yet. But this is only for now - the dam will break soon, you can be sure of that. Where, for example, is there a guarantee that Messi will not be seduced by the offer of some club from Guangzhou or Shanghai, if they offer him 60 million? Fantasy, you say? Nothing happened! A year ago, they wanted to make Zlatan Ibrahimovic the face of the Chinese Super League, offering him simply cosmic 75 million euros a year! But here you need to know the arrogance and character of Ibra - he demanded 100! They didn’t hit on the hands, but Tevez, having moved to China, now forced all the others big fish bite your elbows and ask yourself: why are we worse?

Meanwhile, many really serious characters of the modern football show industry are already playing and training in China. From representatives local championship you can easily assemble the Brazilian national team: Oscar, Hulk, Kleber, Renato Augusto, Paulinho, Jo, Teixeira, Ramirez ... The clubs' mentors are also not easy: Luiz Felipe Scolari, Andre Villas-Boas, Dragan Stojkovic, Manuel Pellegrini, Gustavo Poyet , Felix Magath... So, as you can see, everything is serious and big in the Chinese Super League. And in five years, it is quite possible that absolutely all the main stars of world football will play here.

Score the ball without leaving the box office

One can be amazed at the rapid growth of wages in football. The same Carlos Tevez, for example, was already the highest paid player in the world. In 2009, while playing for Manchester City, he received 200 thousand pounds a week. About a million dollars a month. It is easy to calculate how powerfully now he has increased his ceiling. And it all started with a penny. Believe it or not, there were times when it was considered bad form if a footballer earns more than a hard worker. Let's say a miner. The famous George Best in 1968 received some 5 thousand pounds a month at Manchester United and was very happy, considering himself unusually wealthy. But Best was a football icon of the entire foggy Albion and one of the first commercially successful football players: they say that Best earned much more from advertising contracts and interviews with glossy magazines than with his playing talents.

George BEST was a football icon throughout foggy Albio on and one of the first commercially successful footballers

In 1980, the Brazilian Falcao, who moved to Roma and was estimated at 50 thousand dollars a month, received the most in the world. But that was relatively recently! Roberto Baggio in 1990, he significantly raised the salary bar: at Juventus, his salary was 250 thousand dollars a month, and it was an extraordinary luxury! Then there were Tevez, Rooney, and gradually football taxied to its modern shores, strewn with banknotes, like a beach with pebbles. The fact that the income of football players today is frankly overestimated is understood by everyone, but nothing can be done about it. Or they don't want to.

In Belarusian clubs, the payrolls of players are a secret with seven seals, these figures are not freely available. A year ago, the tribuna.com portal published unofficial data on the highest paid players of Belarusian clubs. The leader in that list was Alexander Gleb from BATE with a salary of 20 thousand dollars a month. Previously, being a Barcelona player, Sasha could probably spend this amount in a cafe on tips, but it’s not in vain that they say that everything is known in comparison. Now, our teams have completely tightened their belts: not everyone can afford to pay players 5-7 thousand dollars a month. However, what football, such salaries ...

By the way

Dmitry Shlyakhtin, Minister of Sports of the Samara Region, told how much the players of the Krylya Sovetov football club receive, as well as their Main coach Belarusian Vadim Skripchenko:

- The maximum salary of a player in "Wings of the Soviets" - we have one such most expensive player, this is Mollo - his salary is 65 thousand euros per month. The lowest paid player is 100 thousand rubles. Coach Skripchenko currently receives 1.8 million rubles (about $30,000).

Earlier, sports agent Vladimir Abramov named the salary of another Belarusian coach Viktor Goncharenko, who recently headed CSKA Moscow. According to Abramov, Goncharenko's contract in the army club is 350,000 euros a year, which is five times less than Leonid Slutsky earned.

It should be noted that the salary of the dismissed head coach of the Belarusian national team Alexander Khatskevich, according to unofficial information, was 240 thousand dollars a year.

Football journalist and insider Ivan Karpov, who previously worked at the Championship and Match TV, published the salaries of all RPL coaches on his telegram channel. The leader surprises, and who pays off his salary much better?

Let's start from the end. In Anji, people have heard very superficially about the concept of "salary", and Magomed Adiev said that a trial with his native club was out of the question. Formally, in the Karp Insiders rating, Adiev receives 120 thousand euros, but in reality, the coach is unlikely to have received any significant amounts.

It is rather unexpected to see the coach of the Moscow club in the “relegation zone”: Dmitry Khokhlov receives only 180 thousand, although with the advent of VTB to the club, the situation may change. Vadim Evseev, who moved from SKA-Khabarovsk to Ufa, agreed to a salary of 240 thousand euros, and so far he is working it out in full.

The next price category - from 300 thousand and above - is opened Valery Karpin And Igor Cherevchenko. There are no questions about the prescribed salaries to the heads of the clubs: both can lead the provincial teams to European competitions, Cherevchenko generally works some miracles with Arsenal. With such results, one can claim even more.

Slightly higher in the rankings and slightly lower in the championship table Vladimir Fedotov And Dmitry Parfenov. 320 thousand - in principle, is also adequate to the achievements. But Parfyonov still has good chances to win the cup, Ural won the first match against Arsenal 1-0.

Most embarrassing coach of the season Dmitry Alenichev managed to get a salary of 400 thousand euros: the leaders of Arsenal or Orenburg, on occasion, will explain to the Krasnoyarsk bosses that they were divorced.

The youngest coach Murad Musaev receives half a million euros - the least of the top 5, which is logical. To raise his wealth, Musaev would do well to improve the club's finances by taking it to the Champions League.

Rashid Rakhimov agreed to return to Akhmat for good conditions- His salary, according to Karpov, is 600 thousand euros. Above the league average, but Akhmat still cannot get above the middle. It's been 10 years since he couldn't.

The pre-top category is headed by Miodrag Bozovic: the coach of the Samara "Wings" in salary is second only to the top five, and on the field he loses to a much larger number of coaches. A coach with a salary of 700,000 euros has worked out only for the play-offs.

The champion coach is financially far from the top: Sergey Semak receives 1.2 million euros. I wonder how many minutes Roberto Mancini would laugh if he was offered such a salary.

Oleg Kononov changed in Spartak: from a soft intellectual, he turned into a sharp gentleman. Maybe the salary increase also had an effect: it is unlikely that he received something like 1.4 million euros at Arsenal.

Ahead with a million and a half Viktor Goncharenko, which, according to Karpov, started with a modest 360 thousand. The coach was able to prove his viability to Giner, but the financial viability of Yevgeny Lennorovich from the lost Champions League will not improve.

Well, celebrating a birthday today Yuri Semin they still have two league matches to win in order to recoup their two million euros in the Champions League prize money. He defeated Herkus in the apparatus war and, as in the salary rating, is second only to one opponent in the championship.

However, in the table, the leader of the rating is not his rival: Rubin lost players in the winter who did not agree to cut salaries several times, lost the coach in standards and goalkeepers Vitaly Kafanov, but does not part with Berdyev. BUT Kurban Bekievich is not going to part with his earnings of three million euros. Together with the headquarters, he manages as much as 4.5, which does not suit sponsors from TAIF.

In addition to subjective feelings, it would be nice to tie the rating to numbers. It is wrong to link it directly with the table: the coaches played a different number of matches, came in different periods for the teams, so it would be more correct to calculate the average number of points per match, sort the coaches by this indicator and calculate the difference in positions in the salary rating and in the table of the average number of points. Since the 28th round is still in full swing, its results are not taken into account.

The idea was obvious to calculate how much the club pays per point, but according to this indicator of efficiency, Semin is second from the end, below the same Goncharenko, so this is too far from objectivity. According to the difference in places, Yuriy Palych is also not in order, but in general, the share of objectivity is greater here, although the Russian Cup, the specifics of top clubs and much more are not taken into account.

But, of course, no figure can be taken without context. Cherevchenko and Evseev are certainly doing well, but they have an advantage due to the small number of matches, as well as Kononov in the average number of points. But the obvious results are still traceable: Alenichev, Bozhovich and Berdyev do not close their salaries, unlike Cherevchenko and Semak. Although it will be more informative and useful to simply look at the average number of points and subjectively compare it with the salary.

The reigning BATE champion starts with a new coach Oleg Dulub.

The composition has also changed. A new coach in Dynamo Brest (Czech Radoslav Latal), which at the start of the season has already beaten Borisov in the Super Cup match. Dynamo Minsk retained the backbone of the team, led by "field commander" Sergei Gurenko. Polish coach Marek Zub remained at Shakhtar, who called for a few more exotic legionnaires to help. This quartet, most likely, will lead the fight for a place on the podium.

We talked more about the intrigues of the championship with football agent Valery Isaev.

“IF THE KRUMKACHY WANTED TO MAKE A REVOLUTION THE GUYS NEEDED TO REMEMBER THE STORIES OF DARIDA, SAVITA AND MTZ-RIPO”

- Top off-season events in your opinion.

If without irony, then before any championship you pay attention to the appearance of new teams, players, coaches in the league. Now, first of all, you note for yourself that there are new coaches at BATE and Dynamo Brest. There are prerequisites to expect changes in the game of these teams.

There were also funny stories. According to the regulations, one club was "removed from the run", he left major league, was replaced by another. The championship has not started, but already "fun".

- In the story with the non-admission of Krumkachou, what position are you in?

From the first day I have been in the position of the regulations. From the first day, as "Krumkachy" appeared in the major league. I am in favor of at least 70 percent compliance with the regulations.

- "Krumkachy" are to blame for the delay in filing documents for licensing, but they complained that they used to make indulgences to problematic clubs.

The problem is not only what happened at the end. You said about concessions, but they are different. There are many interesting and romantic things in the history of Krumkachou, there were many practical decisions and creative personalities, but this has nothing to do with professional football. Professional football is infrastructure, children's schools and many other important attributes. But Krumkachou had none of this. ABFF initially thought differently and, unfortunately, behaved incorrectly, not in accordance with the regulations, turned a blind eye to something - that's how we got this situation. Unfortunately, this continues today, some teams have entered the major league, which do not correspond to the level of the country's professional league.

But it turns out that earlier Naftan and Belshina did not pass licensing the first time, but then a special adherence to principles suddenly appeared.

Let's see what we have adopted the rules of the game. In our country, the state economy and it prevails in everything, including football. If Krumkachy wanted to enter the big leagues as the only absolutely private club and make a revolution, then the guys needed to remember the stories of Darida, Savita and MTZ-RIPO, despite the fact that the owners of these clubs were doing well with money . What is Belshina or Naftan? These are the clubs backed by the largest enterprises in the country. Sooner or later, these enterprises pay off their debts. We have such a system. Whether this is good or bad is a question, but now these are the realities and the rules of the game. Krumkachou does not have what Belshina or Naftan have, and in the two years that this team has existed in the Premier League, the changes have only been for the worse. Applicable for Development professional football, the federation is making a mistake by allowing such teams into the big leagues. I would suggest adding a clause to the regulations: if a club that has taken a place in the first league, allowing participation in the major league, does not apply for licensing or, having submitted documents, does not go through this procedure, then this club is liquidated without the right to participate in competitions under the auspices of the ABFF . And believe me, all the pampering would immediately stop, moreover, at the stage of formation of the teams.

- Returning to the start of the championship, what did you note for yourself, looking at the recruitment of clubs?

There was nothing supernatural, the clubs proceeded from the financial capabilities and vision of the coach. Unless, unexpectedly, "Vitebsk" increased the representation of the Brazilian diaspora, there were even more Serbs in BATE. I'm looking forward to the championship, based on the recruitment and the results of friendly and cup matches, perhaps this year there will be a very intense and equal fight for the first places.

- How have the financial possibilities of the clubs changed? What level are they on now?

In Grodno, Mayor Mechislav Goi actively supports Neman, plus he heads the local football federation. Given the specifics of our country, this is very important and good for the team. This means that funding will be a little more, the task is to get into European competition. This is interesting. Offhand, with the exception of one or two teams, there are no those in the league who would have problems with funding.

"KIDS SCHOOLS SHOULD NOT PAY FOR THE RENT OF FIELDS"

Ledesma remained in Vitebsk, two more Brazilians Furlan and Wanderson appeared, and Serb Adamovich, known for playing for Dynamo, signed. So the budget has increased?

It is difficult to talk about the budget in detail. But since such players appear, then, apparently, there are prerequisites for this, this cannot but rejoice. It is important that head coach Sergei Yasinsky has already shown that he knows how to work with football players different levels and find a use for them. I want Vitebsk to get closer to the top three. Everything that has been done at the club over the past couple of years is pleasing, it is connected with the development of infrastructure, stability with funding. The only thing I would like is that everything that is being done in the country today to develop the number game would be more accessible for children's, grassroots and amateur football. Children's schools do not have to pay rent for fields. Everyone should use the new sites for free, then the return will be different.

“YET WE HAVE NOT SEEN HOW DULUB IS VIEWS ON SELECTION”

- How did the Borisovites present themselves in the cup matches and what to expect from them next?

To be honest, I'm worried about the team as a fan. We all expect BATE to succeed in European competitions, and it is interesting to follow him in the championship too. Changes in coaching staff I took it with interest, rather positively.

- Why?

I liked how Krumkachy played under the leadership of Oleg Dulub (unfortunately, I did not see how his teams played in Ukraine). It seems to me that this coach and in the other team is able to create the same attacking game. Probably, the head of the club thought about it too. In recent years, Borisov has performed in different ways. Even in the championship there were segments when the game was not expressive. And in European competition I want a more successful performance. In the first matches in the Super Cup and the Cup of Belarus, we did not see any changes in the game of BATE. Until we saw how Dulub's views on the selection, BATE was completed, as before, legionnaires from Serbia closed the problematic positions, this time they are mainly defensive players. But not all at once, you have to wait.

Fans of BATE constantly complain that a striker is needed. Rodionov ended his career, but only Skavysh came, besides him, Signevich and Finn Tuominen remain from the pure forwards. Enough of the available resource in the attack?

Signevich either plays in the main team, or remains in the reserve. Some of it has to do with injury. For our championship it is very good player, if Nikolai adds stability, then his best matches for BATE and the national team is still ahead. Skavysh somehow left BATE, and when it happened, I had regrets. Let's see how he manifests himself now.

It is clear that any coach wants a significant increase. But, probably, those proposals for forwards that BATE had, did not turn out to be stronger than the existing players. To find someone stronger, a serious increase in the budget is needed, then it will be possible to sign ready-made players who can immediately help in solving problems at the level of entering the Champions League group. But such a player costs a lot of money.

- Two million dollars?

Not less. Although BATE has already shown how you can complete for less money and make noise in European competitions.

After signing Gleb in BATE, your phrase went to quotes: “What a disappointment in Dulub ... Such an inglorious end to the fairy tale “Krumkachov” and their heroes.” Not everyone understood the meaning ...

The meaning is a little veiled. In Krumkachi, many young football players began to play for Dulub, he worked individually, revealed them strengths. That is, he showed that different players can play for him, and he reveals them best qualities. According to the selection of the team under Dulub in BATE, we see that the coach is still relying on experienced players. It is not easy to find a balance between experienced players and youth, the coach who solves this problem is successful. If now he sees Gleb in the team, then he knows why. Let's see what happens. Until he succeeded. If they are wrong, then I apologize for this phrase. I spoke for only one reason: I worry about this team and I want changes in their game to take place.

"SCHEME OF THE GAME FOR ONE FOOTBALL PLAYER - A RISK STEP"

- Gleb came to BATE at the end of the off-season. It turns out that it will be necessary to change the scheme for it.

We don't know anything yet about Dulub's schemes at BATE. In any team, the scheme of playing for one player is a risky and probably unjustified step, especially since Borisov has always been strong due to the level of team play and discipline. I am for respecting football and fans...

Gleb asked to join BATE last autumn to play with Arsenal and end his career beautifully, but he was refused. And now they have signed, although he has been without playing practice for 10 months. It gets a little weird. How do you explain it?

Let Dulub's head hurt about this. Even though she hurts so much. There is also such a thing as the microclimate of the team. From my point of view, this is at least 70 percent of success.

You said this about Dynamo Minsk: “We passed the pre-season exactly - good sign when the coach and the backbone of the team remain. Soon the general director Alim Selimov left the club. Could it mess up the settings?

It's good that Sergei Gurenko remained in the team, they retained 80 percent of the main squad. It’s hard to talk about the director’s departure, we don’t know the reasons, whether there were any contradictions, how he influenced the selection and the microclimate of the team. I don't think it will affect the game of the team. Judging by Gurenko's interview, as far as the team is concerned, everything is in his hands. But, in my opinion, Alim Selimov was CEO with an inner core, perhaps the only one of its kind in recent times. Being the director of a football club in our country is very difficult, but the position of director of Dynamo Minsk is an increased area of responsibility with all the consequences. I think we should expect a confident game from Dynamo: there are good football players, leaders, diverse attack group, everything is exactly outside football field. We should expect competition between Dynamo and BATE.

"PHILIP IVANOV SHOULD BE GIVED A CHANCE IN THE TEAM"

In Dynamo, they signed mostly free agents, those who used to be in the club. Of the legionnaires, only Stoyanov and Yahaya came. "Dynamo" has become stronger?

I think yes. In all championships, it happens that a player leaves, then returns. This is fine.

The same Nightingale became more experienced, more skillful, showed himself well in Vitebsk. Philip Ivanov, I think, is a gain. He showed himself perfectly in Krumkachi, but before that no one could find an approach to him, the comments were the same: he doesn’t work out in defense. Ivanov showed that with proper contact with the coach, he is a decent player for our championship. Recently there were matches of the national team, the guys played well, but there is not enough creativity, two or three people who could beat one on one. Maybe by playing for Dynamo Philip will attract attention. Although already on the basis of his performance in Krumkachi, one could have tried to see how he would show himself in the national team for a long time.

- Shakhtar a year ago, given the signings of legionnaires, was called almost the main competitor of BATE. But under Marek Zub, the team slipped from first place to third. Should we expect the Pitmen to fight for the championship?

Why not? The finish line of last season was blurred. Marek Zub himself named the reasons for this: the team missed the championship due to the lack of the spirit of the winner. Probably, the leaders of Shakhtar invited Zub to inspire confidence. And the spirit of the winner is not formed immediately. The tooth worked successfully in Lithuania, apparently, there was an expectation that at a certain stage he would help in Soligorsk. It didn't work out last year.

- So far it hasn't worked either. Departure from the ¼ finals of the Cup of Belarus from Dnipro.

If everything were so simple... Here we talked, spread out all the teams, said who would win against whom, put everyone in their places... If everything was like that, then football would not be interesting.

"THE FIRST CRITERIA FOR HIRE ANY MANAGER IN A CLUB SHOULD BE KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH"

Shakhtar is international: players from Croatia, Slovakia, Liberia, Rwanda, Colombia, Albania. It's a plus that different styles, or vice versa is it difficult to manage such a motley company?

It does not affect the player's belonging to the country and the number of different nationalities in the team. It affects when the atmosphere in everyday life is not created in the club, training process. In Borisov, such conditions have been created, a player from any country can adapt, play, in Minsk, Brest - too. And in general, everything is becoming more or less safe in Belarus.

But there is still a lot to work on and work on. Given the small budgets of our clubs (compared to the teams in the top leagues), we need to pay more attention to player views, this does not require super conditions. You need desire, living conditions, agility in logistics and, of course, the professionalism of the coach and all the managers of the club. I believe that the first criterion when hiring any manager in a club (lawyer, doctor, administrator, and so on) should be knowledge in English because football is now international. It is not so difficult, considering how many specialists with knowledge of the language are trained by our universities. But we have other criteria: close acquaintances of the director, a former employee power structures… Where common sense criteria apply, those teams are more successful.

So, I don't see any problems in such an international for Shakhtar. Football players from different countries play in the top championships. A good legionnaire is a plus in the game and an opportunity to replenish the club's budget. So, we need to look more, this is our big problem.

The transfer of the Colombian Cañas to Shakhtar is called the most high-profile signing, he once played productively for Astana, clubs from Spain and Italy were interested in him. How would you rate? Someone is wondering: did he have no other options or did Shakhtar pay so much?

I don't think they paid much. We do not know under what conditions he passed. big money he cost about four years ago, when he played in Astana, there was a steady interest in him RFPL clubs, I know that for sure.

He is a very solid player, especially for our championship. But not only in our championship, the players lose their form quickly, but gain for a long time. The championship will show what condition he is in now, what level of motivation he is. When signing at Shakhtar, these issues should have been taken into account.

The Latin American newspaper Futbol Al Minuto Sports promptly stated that Cañas will now earn 830 thousand dollars a year, and the amount of the football player's compensation will be 6 million euros. Does it look like the truth?

Looks like fake. Can you imagine such a salary in Belarus? Everyone today knows the approximate salaries and what you can put on. Only BATE could afford this a few years ago, for example, when they signed Gleb and Kezhman for the Champions League. But BATE is less dependent on the state budget, having money earned in European competitions. And considering the previous club of Kanyas (Ordybasy in Kazakhstan - Ed.) and the way he played there, he does not deserve such a salary.

- What are the approximate salaries of legionnaires and leading Belarusian football players now?

Legionnaires are different: in Luch, Dnipro, and in Dynamo Brest, BATE. In "Ray" and "Smolevichi" salaries can be 500-700 dollars each. Leaders can afford amounts of 15 thousand dollars a month. And that is the possible maximum for units.

"MILEVSKY GIVES THE TEAM CONFIDENCE AND CLASS"

Brest "Dynamo" for the second year already can afford to live on wide leg. Last year we won the Cup, but were fourth in the championship. How would you rate their readiness and ambition now?

I liked the game with BATE for the Super Cup.

Last year, BATE played with a margin. Now Brest boldly went on the attack, there are strong players there, the same Milevsky gives the team confidence and class. And the reserve, the youth of Dynamo are good. I think that Brest can aim for more this year. The question is how coach Radolav Latal will put it all together.

- Summing up, who are the main favorites, where are the main intrigues?

I want to fight for the first place. There will be intrigue. BATE, Dynamo Minsk and Brest, Shakhtar will fight for the championship. And two more teams that can intervene in the fight: "Torpedo-BelAZ" and "Vitebsk". Torpedo players do not have big names, but there is a competent coach Oleg Kubarev, he selected performers according to his vision of the game. Maybe the Neman will shoot, where there is an ambitious coach Igor Kovalevich, who is loved by the players.

STAY IN TOUCH!

In the first round will play:

Luch - Minsk (17.30)

Neman - Vitebsk (19.30)

"Gomel" - "Slutsk" (15.00)

Shakhtar - Dynamo Brest (17.00)

Dynamo-Minsk - Torpedo-BelAZ (19.00)

Isloch - Torpedo-Minsk (14.00)

Gorodeya - Dnipro (16.00)

BATE - Smolevichi (18.00)

In his updated list of the largest salaries of Belarusian football players, he claims that the salary of two players from FC Slutsk since the 2014 season was about $ 3,500. However, according to Kur'era's own insider information, we can talk about a more modest amount for these players, included in the list - $ 1000-$ 1500 in equivalent.

Moreover, Loshankov and Saito mentioned in the list were not the highest paid players in the club.

According to the website, BATE players have the highest income. So, Vitaly Rodionov, Yegor Filippenko, Sergey Krivets earned about 16 thousand “conditional” per month last season. Leading players of Dynamo Minsk - 15-14 thousand dollars each. Shakhtar's leading players - 6,000 "conditional" each.

“This rating reflects the monthly salary of players in dollars last season according to the exchange rate at the beginning of 2014 (1 USD - 10,000 Belarusian rubles). Wages are pegged to foreign currency only in BATE and Dynamo Minsk. Therefore, the earnings of the players of the other ten clubs by the end of the year devalued to a large extent. Especially when you consider that the vast majority of clubs have not paid off their players so far. For example, a salary of 40 million at the beginning of the year is 4 thousand dollars, now it is a little more than 2.5. /…/ This rating does not take into account bonuses paid to football players for victories in the national championship. On average, each player received a thousand dollars for winning a major league game. The leading clubs have a more flexible bonus system. For example, in BATE for entering the group stage of the Champions League, players received bonuses from 15 to 30 thousand USD. For leaders, it reached half of the annual salary, ”the publication says.

But no matter what the amounts are, in this off-season, not only the size of salaries is valued among the players, but rather the stability of these very payments, one interlocutor told Kur "er. Therefore, some players would rather prefer stability than a slightly higher salary.

And FC Slutsk has a good reputation among Belarusians in terms of stability. football clubs. It was both in the lower leagues and in the higher one.

At the turn of February and March 2019, the Russian Football Union and the Belarusian Football Federation almost simultaneously made decisions that make life easier for representatives of the two countries on the territory of the Union State. After the RFU brought the Belarusian players beyond the existing limit on legionnaires, the ABFF executive committee introduced a symmetrical norm into its regulations regarding the Russians.

The first results of the “netting” were not long in coming. Contrary to the fears of critical patriots, there has not been a massive invasion of neighbors into Russian fields (at least not yet). But in the opposite direction, the migration flow increased sharply. In one winter of 2018/19, clubs in the top division of Belarus hired 24 citizens of the Russian Federation, and their total number in the league - 32 people - exceeded the Ukrainian contingent (28) for the first time in 12 years. The updated limit is directly related to the trend change.

In an attempt to protect the domestic football manufacturer, ABFF uses methods similar to Russian ones. According to the latest edition of the regulations, top division teams have the right to release no more than five foreign players on the field at the same time. The number of legionnaires in the application is not limited, but there is a financial nuance. Registration of each legionnaire costs his employer 100 base units, and from the seventh onward - 500.

From January 1, 2019, this base unit is set at 25.5 Belarusian rubles (780 Russian rubles). Thus, the standard “foreigner tax” in terms of our money is 78,400 rubles, the increased one is 390,000. Naturally, after the Russians were equalized in rights with their local colleagues, scouts and agents became more willing to look towards the neighboring market. The choice of qualified personnel in Russia is objectively wider due to the size of the country, the population and the level of football infrastructure.

There is another factor that increased the attractiveness of the Belarusian league in the eyes of Russian athletes- total impoverishment of domestic clubs. If in the year of the World Cup in the country two clubs that recently represented Russia in Europe (the kingdom of heaven "Amkar" with "Kuban") routinely give off their breath, it's easy to guess what is happening in the lower leagues: total lack of money and lack of prospects.

While the situation in Russian football was more or less prosperous, even from the FNL it was difficult to seduce an intelligent player with Belarus. From frank "slag" belarusian football guarded the filter of the legionary limit. The less money, the stricter control over them.

Since then, Belarusian clubs have not become richer - Russian (for the most part) have become poorer. Which led to the emergence of crowds of free agents on the market and a global soul-searching on the part of our ball masters. Against the backdrop of cataclysms in the FNL with the PFL, the attractiveness of the Belarusian Major League in the eyes of many has increased dramatically.

In the championship of Belarus, they pay a little (relative to Russia of the “fat” zero), but, as a rule, they are regular. No wonder Belarus Alexandra Lukashenko is considered a model of stability and order (we will omit the negative connotations of these concepts in this case). 3000 c.u. by the standards of the major Republican league - a good salary, 4000 - very good. And, let's say, in "Mozyr-BSU" or Minsk "Energetik", which have just risen to the top league, and "one and a half" players are happy.

In the leading teams - BATE, Soligorsk "Shakhtar", Minsk and Brest "Dynamo" - the conditions for players and coaches are more interesting, but still not comparable with the offers of the "tops" of the RPL. Even taking into account unofficial allowances, which in Belarus they prefer to speak in an undertone, or better, keep quiet. Nevertheless, the "middle class" of the Russian football society is increasingly mastering the glades of a friendly country.

Champion of Russia 2016 Roman Pylypchuk pulled up in Minsk "Dynamo" Dyakova, Tigieva And Chochieva Familiar names, right? Champion of the country, BATE, hired a pupil of "Zenith" Khodzhaniyazov and undertook to revive the career of the younger Natho- Amir (the one who grew up in the youth team of Barcelona). "Vitebsk" and "Isloch" added to the application three Russian - now - not a legionnaire, "Gomel" - four.

It sounds funny, but now worried voices are heard in Belarus: “Will our fields be flooded with low-skilled foreigners, although they are mentally and geographically close?” So the big question is who will benefit from this interstate reform and who, on the contrary, will lose. In terms of sports - if, of course, this factor was taken into account at all.
