The organizers of the festival have provided interesting activities and options physical activity for everyone: active athletes, runners, fitness and yoga enthusiasts, teenagers and families with children of any age. On the territory of the holiday, areas open to the summer sun and a covered tent with master classes, refreshments and a fair of products of the healthy lifestyle category will be equipped.

Triathlon ZelVitality / 12+

The heart of the event is a triathlon flash mob: a non-competitive run along the tracks, functional fitness training and a comprehensive yoga set in the park. Triathlon is designed for people of all levels physical training. A distance of 3 kilometers can be run, walked or even danced. Elements functional training will be simple, basic. The yoga set will feature hatha yoga and meditation overlooking the trees and the pond! Participation in the "triathlon" is not competitive, the event is aimed at involving people different ages to a healthy lifestyle, communication of city residents, finding like-minded people and getting a charge of good mood.

Participants of the route are collected to the music at 10:00 near the main stage, a warm-up is held at 10:30, and the triathlon starts at 11:00. The stage of a half-hour functional load starts at 11:30, the one-hour yoga set opens at 12:00. If you wish, you can take part in only one of the three stages: running, fitness, yoga. This is not a competition, but the joy of a “healthy lifestyle”.

We now live in an era of technological progress that has flooded all spheres of our life with various devices and gadgets. On the one hand, they simplify our life quite well, and on the other hand, they literally slow down the human physical activity which in turn determines the level of our health. Children are our future, and it is they who in our time are most susceptible to the negative influence of this factor. Many now compare modern childhood with the childhood of Soviet society. And obviously everyone agrees that the latter was much more active and healthier. A modern person of any age in the conditions of the "frantic pace" of the metropolis simply needs psycho-emotional relief, which is the role of the city festival of a healthy lifestyle "Let's Live Together".

The festival, as a project, is a kind of symbiosis of creativity and sports, embodied in various interactive platforms that combine the interests of literally all age categories of our city residents.
Before me, as the organizer, the main task was to bring together all the creative and sports potential of the city in order to reach the maximum possible target audience for the promotion of active family recreation and a healthy lifestyle in general. And today we have already coped with this task twice.
The epicenter of the festival is the stage (June 18, for example, there were two of them: one at the beginning of Komsomolsky Boulevard, the second at the end), which unfolds the main concert program with the participation of local and invited creative teams (at the opening on May 21, for example, in artists of the Moscow circus "Inflatable show of the Pitinovs" were invited guests).
The rest of the territory, according to the project, is divided into thematic zones for the active involvement of festival visitors in the process of one direction or another. There are a lot of such directions within the framework of the event, the main ones are the following:

1) Representatives of the Children's Youth sports school, fitness club "Fitness One", club table tennis, Yoga Studio "Shanti", sports club Giryatlon, workout teams "Team 5/2" form a multi-sport complex where everyone can take part in competitions for strength, accuracy and endurance, as well as pass the TRP standards.
2) Creative workshops "Decorative kingdom "Dvor-dekor.ru", "Give a miracle", "Creative mess" and many others surprise with their wide variety of arts and crafts.
3) Military-historical club "Caroling". This direction allows visitors to plunge into the Middle Ages and get to know the culture of the ancient Slavs, experience the weight of real chain mail and try to hold a real sword in their hands.
4) Children's and youth military history club "Musketeer", which is twice the winner of the award of the Governor of the Moscow region with a detailed exposition of 70 uniforms of the Russian, Red, Soviet Army and Navy, as well as the Army and Navy Russian Federation, more than 500 signs of military prowess from 1812 to the present day will allow you to get to know the history of the Russian, Soviet and Russian Armies and Fleets, their way of life and etiquette, learn the intricacies of military clothing, ammunition and equipment.
5) Center for the development of the intellect "Pythagoras", the center for the development of the child "Abacus", Education Centre"iQ-school", the center for creative development "ARTiSHOCK" in their tandem provide an exciting children's educational program for the entire duration of the festival.
6) Creative teams of city institutions, "ArmenyCasa Krasnoznamensk" salsa school, "Katyusha" military song club, "BabyRoom" photo studio, artists, poetry club, magicians and many others fill the festival with subtleties of each direction as an art.
7) Home" nervous system"of our festival - the children's holiday studio "KINDER-HOLIDAY" - a highly professional team of incendiary animators provides a connecting thread for all interactive sites in accordance with the chosen theme of the event. For example, on June 18, on the Day of the Medical Worker, the topic of medicine was specially picked up and now, walking Arbat, the real Doctor Aibolit, surrounded by nurses, personally distributes pills in the form of sweet candies to children and their parents for correctly guessing riddles about health and actively encourages everyone to lead healthy lifestyle life and sports. A flash mob exercise specially prepared by the animators traditionally opens the beginning of the festival.

The festival has already acquired the character of a truly family holiday. Everyone, young and old, will find something to do and certainly get a lot of positive emotions from their participation. And the positive, as we all know, prolongs life! =)

In order to involve a larger number of project participants, the territorial rotation of the festival has been thought out. On May 21, the opening took place on Lenin Square in front of the House of Officers, the second event took place on June 18 on Komsomolsky Boulevard, which turned into a real "Family Arbat" for the duration of the event. The next stage of the festival will unfold in the City Park on July 16 with the theme of Neptune's Day.

Much remains to be done for the project. For example, I really want to further develop the direction of involving city public organizations of disabled people, veterans, by organizing appropriate thematic platforms for them; organize interaction with the police department for juvenile affairs, in order to attract problematic groups of teenagers as volunteers. I also plan to think over a culinary corner about healthy eating. And already there are ideas how to implement all this. In general, there is still a lot of work ahead, but in general it can be firmly said that the project is just beginning to LIVE and in the future there is still a lot of interesting and undoubtedly useful for the residents of the city of Krasnoznamensk.

An attempt to combine creativity and sport is 100% realized - I'm sure we succeeded!
