EXPLANATORY NOTE

Possibly the best, most

perfect and joyful that is in

life is free movement to the music

And you can learn this from a child ...

A.I. Burenina

The focus of the program -sports and recreational, modified.

Relevance, pedagogical expediency.

Novelty - The novelty of the program lies in the fact that the proposed material can be used creatively, adapting to the working conditions. The program is focused not only on the development of children, but also on improving the professionalism of the teacher himself. A holistic musical image is conveyed by a variety of plastic means that require free possession of the body, musical ear, rich imagination and fantasy.

The program is based on a game method, taking into account age and individual characteristics

pupils. In the process directly educational activities are used

different kinds musical and rhythmic activity: figurative and game compositions

(staged songs, plot compositions, etudes, including imitation,

pantomime movements), dance compositions and story dances, general developmental

by type of children's aerobics, musical games.

To be healthy, you need to master the art of preserving and strengthening it. This art should be given as much attention as possible in a preschool institution, where a health-saving pedagogical process is being built.

Life in the 21st century poses many new problems for us, among which the most urgent today is the problem of maintaining health, cultivating the habit of a healthy lifestyle.

In the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education, the educational area "physical development" includes the acquisition of experience in the following types of children's activities: "motor, including those related to the performance of exercises aimed at developing such physical qualities as coordination and flexibility; contributing to the correct formation of the musculoskeletal system of the body, the development of balance, coordination of movement, large and small motor skills of both hands, as well as the correct performance of basic movements that does not harm the body.

Children's health is the main asset of the nation, a criterion for the spiritual, political and socio-economic development of society.

Since the child has an unlimited need for certain types of activity, the question arose before us: how to provide the child with the opportunity to improve motor activity, diversify it as much as possible, and reveal the abilities of talented children. This prompted us to organize the work of the “Magic Ribbon” rhythmic gymnastics circle, where children have the opportunity to realize their motor, musical, and choreographic abilities.

Distinctive features of this program from existing ones

The program is compiled taking into account intersubject communications in the areas: "Physical development",

"Cognitive development", "artistic and aesthetic development". Distinctive feature the organization of the classes of our circle is the emotional expressiveness of the movements used and the direct connection with the music. In the process of performing movements with a tape, children develop musical abilities, attention, visual and motor memory, ear for music, a sense of rhythm, and musical sensitivity.

Positive emotions of children cause the desire to perform movements more energetically, which enhances their impact on the activity of all organs, all the most important muscle groups of preschool children develop comprehensively.Classes help to psychologically liberate the child through the development of his own body as an expressive tool.

Currently, there are many rhythmoplastic directions, and one of the most accessible, effective and emotional is dance-rhythmic gymnastics. The accessibility of this type is based on simple general developmental exercises. Efficiency - in its versatile effect on the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous system person. Emotionality is achieved not only by musical accompaniment and dance elements included in the exercises of dance and rhythmic gymnastics, but also figurative exercises, plot compositions that meet the age characteristics of preschoolers who are prone to imitate, copy the actions of humans and animals.

The possibilities of using dance-rhythmic gymnastics exercises are quite wide.

Principles of teaching musical and rhythmic movements:

1. Didactics - from simple to complex.

2. Systematic.

3. Complex implementation of goals: developing, educating.

4. Communicative orientation.

5. Visibility;

6. Repetitions;

7. Independence;

8. Cooperation;

Each of the listed principles is aimed at achieving the result of teaching musical and rhythmic movements, mastering elementary motor skills and abilities by children.

The purpose of the circle - creating conditions for the physical development of children through rhythmic gymnastics with a ribbon.

Tasks:

wellness

1. Protection and strengthening of the physical and mental health of children.

2. Improving the functions of the body, increasing its protective properties and resistance to various diseases.

3. Correctly form and strengthen different muscle groups of the musculoskeletal system (large, medium, small).

4.Improve the breathing apparatus, exercising control over correct breathing during movements.

Educational

1. Creation of conditions for the realization of the needs of children in physical activity.

2.Develop motor abilities children and physical qualities (speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, joint mobility, dexterity)

3. To form in children the skills and abilities of the correct execution of movements.

4. Improve and replenish the stock of skills in musical and rhythmic movements with a gymnastic ribbon.

Educational

1. Raising the need for a healthy lifestyle

2. Cultivate a sense of self-confidence.

3. Cultivate a trusting relationship between adults and children.

Age of children participating in the implementation of this program

This program is for children preschool age 5-6 years old senior group of kindergarten.

The timing of the program.The course of the program "Magic Ribbon" is designed for 1 year (2016 - 2017 academic year). The program is designed for children who do not have medical or other contraindications to physical activity.

Forms and modes of organized educational activity.In rhythmic gymnastics classes, a group form of work with children is used (in a group no more than 12 people). Classes are held from October, 2 times a month (16 per year), lasting 25 minutes, in the afternoon.

Planned results of the development of the program.

Purposeful work using the subject in rhythmic gymnastics will achieve the following results:

The structure of educational activities

Teaching rhythmic gymnastics is primarily a pedagogical process. It requires a systematic and methodically correct organization of classes, which are divided into three blocks. Each block has its own tasks. Therefore, the composition of the exercises and the order in which they are performed are also different.

1 block - preparatory. Before you force the muscles and ligaments of children to work actively, they must be prepared for this. This means that before squats, bends, stretches and other exercises, you need to warm up a little.

Therefore, we begin the lesson with exercises that accelerate blood circulation, increase breathing, and cheer up children. These are various types of drill and dance steps, running, exercises for the development of the muscles of the shoulder girdle.

Block 2 - main. It includes exercises that provide versatile physical training and help to master the elements of rhythmic gymnastics.

  • floor gymnastics
  • learning new dance movements and compositions, repeating the past.
  • learning new plot-figurative dances and repeating those passed.

Before performing movements to music, we teach children to correctly take their starting position, observe the coordination of movements of the arms and legs, and monitor their posture. We seek from children not just the development of movement, but its high-quality, expressive performance. Of course, this is a difficult task, but it is quite feasible, because. in our work with children we take into account the following principles: systematic, gradual, consistent.

Children will not be able to perform movements freely and beautifully if the dance is learned immediately, without previous preparatory exercises aimed at mastering the necessary motor, dance skills. We build a system of exercises according to the principle “from simple to complex”, taking into account all the necessary skills, subject to repeated repetition of tasks. However, you should remember about the age characteristics of children, motor mode, fatigue from the same exercises.

For game creativity, we offer children tasks for the development of imagination: through images of a flower, water, rain, wind, animals. We learn to understand the language of music and express it in dance.

3 block - final.

  • musical game
  • building, worship

The transition from active movements to sedentary activities should be done gradually. Therefore, completing the lesson, we perform 2-3 lighter exercises. They calm the excitement of the heart and give rest to the muscles.

Smooth hand movements, calm walking, posture exercises, relaxation of various muscle groups help to bring the children's body back to normal and switch to other activities.

Thus, independence, self-confidence and a sense of satisfaction with the results achieved in the process of activity are a good incentive for the further development of talented children.

Model of personal physical culture

During the development of this circle, a model of the physical culture of the individual was compiled, one of the components of which are social and spiritual values:

  • morality -physical culture and sports ethics of behavior, communication, culture;
  • volitional manifestations- courage, determination, perseverance, etc .;
  • attitude to work- industriousness, the ability to bring the work begun to the end, a conscious desire to work;
  • aesthetics - sensations and assessment of the beauty of movements, postures;
  • healthy lifestyle- observance of an optimally healthy regimen (nutrition, rest);
  • outlook high level knowledge and beliefs.

Thus, the circle is based on the spiritual, moral and physical education of the child by means of physical culture and sports, in particular, by means of rhythmic gymnastics.

Key concepts:

The Program uses the following concepts and terms with the corresponding definitions (in accordance with the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation"):

play activity- a form of activity of the child, aimed not at the result, but at the process of action and methods of its implementation and characterized by the adoption by the child of a conditional (as opposed to his real life) position.

Lunge - This is a fast step with the transfer of most of the body weight to the walking leg. grow up e - we rise to the half-finger, we stretch, we grow.

grouping - one of the concepts that help describe the principles underlying the construction of dance movements. A synonym for the word group - gather. When grouping, the arms and legs are pulled up and tightened. Full tuck is the fetal position: squatting, legs together, knees fully bent, head bowed to knees, arms bent, hands clasped around the neck.

max - this term is used to describe the movements of the arms and legs. A swing differs from a throw in that it is a passing movement: during the execution of the swing, no accents are made in the air, there is no fixed point in the middle of the movement in the swing, the swing leaves the starting point and comes to the end.

sole g - small step. If we are moving in some direction for several accounts, the term is used along the way, or simply along the way. full squat - squatting position, but with a flat back.

Semi squat - intermediate position between a full squat and a standing position. Half squat can be of different depths.

check - an important concept, without which it is difficult to disassemble the dance into its component parts. To calculate music, you need to hear the rhythm. The easiest way to do this is by listening to percussion instruments.

dance - a type of art in which the means of creating an artistic image are the movements, gestures of the dancer and the position of his body.

dance composition- this is a fully choreographed dance, it can be either “song-length” or shorter. Usually a dance composition lasts from 1.5 to 5 minutes.

dance combination- something between a bunch and a composition, usually its duration is 1-2 eights.

Technical moments of exercises with a tape

In the process of mastering the exercises with the tape, they acquire a variety of motor experience, improve the ability to control the movements of the arms and especially the hands.

Band exercises contribute to the development of mobility in the joints and the strength of the muscles of the shoulder girdle and arms, fine and complex muscle coordination associated with the ability to perform strong, wide movements of the body and arm, as well as small, fast movements with only the arm. Band exercises are characterized by unity, dynamism and plasticity of movements. Band movements performed in combination with a variety of body movements (jumping, running, balancing, etc.) have a significant physiological effect on the body as a whole.

Ribbon exercises are divided into swings and circles, figure eights, snakes, spirals.

At the beginning of the study of exercises with a tape, it is necessary to master the grip of the stick. It is held freely with three fingers - thumb, index and middle. The end of the stick rests slightly on the palm at the base of the thumb. The index finger is like a continuation of the wand.

Mahi and circles, depending on the radius of rotation of the tape can be large, medium and small. When performing large swings and circles, the wand and brush form a straight line. Mahi and circles are performed in the front, side, horizontal planes, clockwise and counterclockwise.

Eights are divided into: vertical, horizontal and are performed in three main and intermediate planes, on the floor and in the air.

Mahi, circles and eights with a ribbon, when studied on the spot, are accompanied by springy movements of the legs.

Snakes are vertical (the teeth of the tape are vertical to the floor) and horizontal (the teeth are horizontal to the floor), they are performed on the floor and in the air. Snakes are performed only with the movement of the hand, with a slightly bent elbow: either by its flexion and extension (vertical snake), or abduction and adduction (horizontal snake). Snakes are performed quickly, but with full amplitude, the grip of the stick is free. The teeth of the tape should be frequent, the same in height. Training begins with movements on the floor. The pattern of the snake should not change due to its contact with the floor. When the snake moves through the air, the frequency of brush movements increases.

Spirals run in a circular motion forearm and hand, elbow freely bent. The turns of the spiral should be the same in size and located close to each other. Spirals are vertical and horizontal (respectively, turns are vertical to the floor or horizontally), the direction of movement is determined clockwise or counterclockwise. When performing a vertical spiral, the stick is held parallel to the floor; when performing a horizontal spiral, the stick is turned up or down.

General features of the exercise technique with ribbons

The means of rhythmic gymnastics include: drill, general developmental, acrobatic and applied exercises, as well as elements of dance, special exercises without an object and with objects (ball, rope, ribbon, hoop), special exercises to coordinate movements with musical accompaniment.

These funds provide great opportunities for a versatile impact on those involved. Increase in their functional capabilities of the body, development of coordination of movements, speed and accuracy of motor reactions, flexibility, jumping ability, endurance to muscle work, memory for movement, a sense of rhythm, an ear for music, the education of aesthetic, moral and other personal qualities, the formation of a correct, beautiful posture.

The elements of rhythmic gymnastics include varieties of steps and running, spring movements, “waves” and wave-like movements, swings and swings, balance, turns, jumps, elements of folk and ballroom dances, exercises with objects.

Varieties of steps and running are the following movements.

soft step . It is performed by rolling from the toe to the entire foot with slight bending of the leg at the knee joint.

High pitch performed with a lift bent leg(thigh and lower leg form a right angle).

sharp step performed sharply, abruptly, from the stand on the entire foot with a small step forward, the foot of the other leg - on the toe.

wide stride performed by lunging forward with opposite hand movements.

erratic step performed from a toe stand with a small roll from the toe to the entire foot, at the same time bending and unbending the leg at the knee joint, stand on the toe, the other forward and downward. The movement is repeated on the other leg.

spring step performed similarly to the rolling step, but at a fast pace, sharply and energetically.

Run , unlike walking, has an unsupported phase and is performed more intensively than a step. Hand movements during walking and running can be different.

Spring movements are characterized by simultaneous flexion in all joints and their subsequent extension. They are performed evenly, continuously, elastically, with great muscle tension and at different speeds.

balance divided into static and dynamic.

Dynamic equilibria- this is balance with a change in the position of the torso and free leg.

To the elements of ballroom dancinginclude gallop, polka, waltz, etc. The elements of folk dances include Russian alternating, falling, rope, picking, step with a stomp, etc.

Program Implementation Stages

The very process of learning musical and rhythmic compositions is based on the cooperation of children and adults. Game communication with children helps to establish a warm, friendly atmosphere in the classroom, remove psychological complexes, feelings of insecurity. When introducing children to new material, it is important to interest them and concentrate their attention. The attention of children is activated by performing movements according to the show. In further work, in order to move from imitation to independence, it is necessary to stimulate the creative activity of children, select figurative comparisons that characterize the game image, and inspire self-confidence. If some movements do not work at all for children, replace them with simpler ones. Important: the learning process itself should bring joy to children!

Explanatory note

The program "Corrective gymnastics" was compiled on the basis of the federal state educational standard of primary general education and the program of extracurricular sports and recreational activities (corrective gymnastics for grades 1-4) V.P. Stepanov, S.V. Sizyaev, T.N. Safronov “Program of extracurricular activities”, Moscow- “Enlightenment”, 2011.
At present, there is a sharp decline in the level of health of schoolchildren, there is an increase in the number of children with all kinds of deviations in their health, especially in the state of the musculoskeletal system (MSA). In this regard, strengthening the health of children is one of the most important tasks of the socio-economic policy of our state. One of the directions of this work is preventive measures to prevent diseases of the musculoskeletal system, in particular - the prevention of postural disorders and flat feet.
Regular corrective exercises are also advisable.
The classes of health-improving physical culture are especially necessary for students at
elementary school. After all, the beginning of schooling is associated with a sharp change in the motor regime, expressed in a long stay in a sitting position, in a decrease in motor activity. It is in the first school years that it is important to compensate for the adverse impact of these factors through the use of corrective exercises, which is reflected in this program.
It is known that the prevention of postural disorders and flat feet should be carried out among students of all medical groups. However, the traditional program material is mainly intended for classes with students who, for health reasons, are classified as special medical group. In this regard, the issue of classes with students of the main and preparatory medical groups is acute. And this is another feature of this program.

The program provides for the widespread use of sports in the classroom with schoolchildren.
active exercises, which will increase the emotionality of classes and, as a result, their effectiveness.

Goals and objectives

Strengthening the health of children and improving their physical development, improving control over the physical development of each child, taking into account age and physical characteristics associated with impaired posture and diseases of the musculoskeletal system (scoliosis, flat feet).

The curriculum for corrective gymnastics for children with disorders of the musculoskeletal system (violation of posture, flat feet) provides for the solution of health-improving, educational, educational, correctional and valeological-psychological tasks:

Educational: to form physical and moral volitional qualities personality.

Corrective: create a muscular corset; increase strength endurance of muscles; slow down the progression of the disease; stabilize the curvature of the spine; reduce scoliosis arcs; correct the shortcomings of physical development through corrective and special exercises.

Valeological and psychological: to form a conscious attitude to one's health; create favorable conditions for the improvement of your body; develop volitional qualities; create a favorable psycho-emotional background for the treatment of the disease.

The program is aimed at schoolchildren in grades 1-4 and has a total volume of 135 hours.
The recommended size of groups of children involved in corrective gymnastics is 15 people.

Class mode:

1 hour per week: in the 1st grade for 35 minutes, 2,3,4 classes - 40 minutes.
Children who, for health reasons, are assigned to the main and preparatory medical groups, are allowed to participate in the program, as evidenced by the relevant document (certificate) from the medical institution serving the child. Dress code: boys - T-shirt (t-shirt) plain without patterns (preferably light colors), sports shorts, girls - plain gymnastic leotard without decorations (T-shirt (T-shirt), cycling shorts). On the feet - gymnastic shoes (Czech shoes, ballet flats), worn over interchangeable socks.

The program can be implemented both in the work of a teacher with a single class, and
and in his work with a group of students from different classes and parallels.

Introduction

  1. Explanatory note.
  2. Organizational and methodical instructions.
  1. Academic plan
  2. Theoretical preparation.

Explanatory note

The program of extracurricular activities "Gymnastics" is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State General Educational Standard of the second generation, based on the author's program of V. I. Lyakh. The MORF program is designed for 34 hours (1 hour per week). The sports and recreation program is designed for 4 years.

Goals and objectives.

Target : the formation of a comprehensively developed personality in the process of physical improvement. The achievement of this goal is ensured by the solution of related tasks aimed at:

  • Strengthening the health of those involved, promoting their physical development, physical fitness, the formation of correct posture.
  • Formation of the correct technique for performing the main types of movements in children.
  • The inclusion of health-saving technologies in the system of physical education.
  • The development of motor and mental abilities necessary for the successful mastery of gymnastic exercises.
  • Education of aesthetic, volitional, moral qualities.

To achieve the goals and solve the problems of teaching gymnastic exercises, it is associated with the use of specific methods and techniques: programming method; verbal method; display method; method of dissected learning exercises; method of holistic learning of exercises; method of changing the conditions of training; competitive and game method.

Safety engineering.

In gymnastics classes, precautions must be especially strictly observed, since when performing many gymnastic exercises, breakdowns and falls are possible, as a result of which the trainees can receive various injuries.
In order to prevent possible traumatic injuries in a timely manner, it is necessary to know the causes that cause them:

  • Violation in the organization of classes.
  • Violation in teaching methods.
  • Indiscipline.
  • Unsatisfied condition of places of employment, inventory and equipment.
  • Inconsistency in clothing and footwear.
  • Underestimation and misapplication of insurance and assistance techniques.
  • Violation of safety regulations.

Medical control and self-control.

To prevent injuries and preserve the health of those involved, medical supervision and self-control over their physical condition and well-being are of great importance. Before each lesson, the teacher should find out the mood of the trainees, their well-being, their desire to train. Fatigue and overwork should be detected in a timely manner in the course of training. Its main features are: decreased attention to the educational process, lethargy, apathy; deterioration in the quality of exercise performance; impaired coordination of movements; blanching, trembling of hands, legs, etc. In these cases, it is necessary to reduce the load, in some cases, stop training.
Fundamentals of the technique of gymnastic exercises.

Many gymnastics exercises have a very complex structure both in content and form, and, consequently, in terms of performance technique.
The technique of performing a gymnastic exercise is an expedient method or a set of methods for controlling movements that ensure the successful completion of an exercise or the solution of a specific motor task.
In gymnastics, the whole variety of exercises is usually divided into two large groups.: static and dynamic exercises. Such exercises (poses) are called static, during which the sum of the moments of forces acting on the body of the gymnast is equal to zero. The speed and acceleration are also equal to zero.
Such exercises are called dynamic, during which the body of the gymnast makes movements relative to the projectile or together with the outfit (rings, trapezoid, gymnastic wheel) relative to the support. Separate links of the body can move relative to the body and simultaneously with it. The technique of performing these exercises is based on the observance of the laws of dynamics.

Acrobatics

  • Acrobatic exercises. Emphasis, sit-ups, tuck exercises, rolls, shoulder stand, somersaults, bridge, acrobatic combinations. Acrobatic exercises are effective tool multifaceted impact on those involved. In the process of practicing acrobatics, health is strengthened, coordination of movements, muscle strength, speed of motor actions, flexibility, endurance to muscular work, stability of the functions of the vestibular analyzer to the effects of accelerations, static and dynamic balance, properties of attention, memory for movements, emotional stability, decisiveness and courage.

Vaults

  • Vault: from a running start over a gymnastic goat. Increasing the level of physical development, strengthening health and increasing the physical performance of schoolchildren contribute to the improvement of mental performance.

Balance beam exercises

  • Walking with side steps, walking on a log, turns on toes and one leg, squats and going to point-blank crouching, emphasis on the knee, sitting, lunges, turns with a jump of 90 * and 180 *. Personal qualities are brought up: a conscious and active attitude to classes, a sense of camaraderie, collectivism, self-confidence, etc.

Rope climbing

  • Rope climbing in three steps is performed as follows: the first step is from a hang, bending your legs, pull your knees up to your chest and grab the rope with your feet. The second technique is to straighten up by bending your arms (the rope is firmly clamped with your legs). The third technique - keeping the grip of the rope with your feet, alternately intercept with your hands up.

Organization of the educational processin the lesson can be organized in frontal, group, individual and circular ways.

Frontal methodIt is used, as a rule, in the preparatory and final parts of the lesson. In some cases, it is also used in the main part, for example, when learning floor exercises for mass performances at sports festivals.
Group wayusually used in the main body. Its essence lies in the fact that those involved are divided into groups according to gender, level of physical or gymnastic fitness. Each group performs exercises on a certain projectile, and then, at the command of the teacher, changes places. Atin an individual wayeach pupil performs his task independently or under the supervision of a teacher at the workplace allotted to him. circular way provides for the consistent implementation of exercises with different target orientation as part of a small group. At one workplace, exercises can be performed to develop coordination of movement, at another - to develop balance, at a third - flexibility.
The most important place in the training system, both for beginners and improving gymnasts and gymnasts, is occupied by
technical trainingconnected, first of all, with the development of a large range of systematically becoming more complex and improving exercises. Another crucial component many years of preparation gymnasts and gymnasts, starting from childhood, - physical training.

Academic plan

Theoretical part:

  1. Rules for the use of sports equipment.
  2. Athlete hygiene.
  3. Terminology of acrobatic exercises.
  4. Self control.
  5. Rules of conduct in the gym.

  4. Participation in competitions within the group.
  5. Control tests for general physical training and special physical training.

Program material for practical exercises.

Approximate distribution of the teaching load for children of the first year of study.

The main form of organizing classes with children is a lesson with clearly defined parts, and the main method of conducting classes should be a game.
Elements of the game can practically be included in all parts of the lesson. Elements of the game are quite appropriate even during the preparatory part. Where at this stage of training, in addition to its traditional tasks. Educational ones are also set - to bring up the correct posture, teach to walk and follow the basic commands, clearly and beautifully perform the main provisions adopted in gymnastics and choreography, instill the skills of collective, coordinated performance of gymnastic exercises to the count and musical accompaniment.

1. Buildings, rebuildings:in a row in height, in a column; finding one's place in the column and in the line; opening and closing with an added step on outstretched arms forward and to the sides; stepping turns;

2. Walking: on socks; on the heels; on the outer arch of the foot; round; with acceleration and deceleration; side step forward and backward; With high hip elevation; small and wide step; back forward; in alternation with crawling; in a half-squat, in a squat;
3. Running: on socks; with high hip elevation; small and wide step; in alternation with walking; overcoming obstacles; "snake"; sideways;

4.OSU:
a) for the head (up, down, turns to the side, tilts)

b) for hands (unidirectional and alternate up and down, change of hands, swinging hands back and forth and in front of you, simultaneous rotations with two hands back and forth, squeezing and unclenching fingers, rotation of the hands);

c) for legs (squats, jumps in place);

d) for the body (turns, tilts to the right, left, forward).

5.ATS:
a) ex. in balance: walking on a bench (wide, narrow) from a toe, on toes, sideways with a side step, back forward, with high knees.
b) ex. in the hangs: hangs with a different grip; hanging on one arm alternately; slight waving;
c) jumps: on two legs, on one leg in place, moving forward, to the side; with a turn around; through a low obstacle; from a small height, with a rebound; on a small hill; from a deep squat; up and in motion; in length from a place; with the ball between the legs.

d) crawling, climbing: crawling on all fours in a straight line, on an inclined bench; on the gymnastic bench on the stomach, pulling up with hands; climbing on the gymnastic wall in an arbitrary way and transition from the span with an added step.
e) rolls: sideways with a straight body, in a group; grouped back and forth.

Stage of the second year of study

At this stage, the following main tasks are solved:

  • The study of the individual characteristics of children: their inclinations, inclinations, abilities, interests, character traits and other individual properties of the emerging personality;
  • Improving general physical fitness as a foundation for the successful mastering of complex gymnastic exercises.
  • Increasing special physical fitness in order to develop the abilities of a gymnast.

The playful, sometimes entertaining nature of the classes that took place is increasingly being replaced by serious targeted training. Gymnasts learn to work independently, to help each other.
However, the game method of conducting classes - relay races and games, various forms of competition - still occupy a large place in the educational and training process, but they are more subordinate to the private tasks of teaching and improving various aspects of training.
The theoretical section at this stage of the lesson involves consideration of the following topics:

  1. Personal hygiene rules.
  2. Skills of systematic control over the state of places of employment.
  3. The simplest terminology of gymnastic exercises, general developmental exercises.
  4. Rules of conduct in the gym.
  5. Fundamentals of safety in gymnastics.

General physical training at this stage is aimed at creating a favorable general basis for sports, in particular gymnastics. OFP includes the following tools:varieties of walking: on toes, on heels, with a high hip lift, cross and side steps, in a semi- and full squat, lunges, side and back forward; run: normal, on tiptoes, raising the thigh high, side step, back forward, with acceleration, with a change of direction;
combat exercises:execution of the commands "equal," at attention "," at ease ". Turns to the right, to the left, around. Buildings and rebuildings. Opening and closing.

Sports and technical training at this stage consists in mastering the basic gymnastic elements on apparatus, the training of which would allow further improvement of the technical training of gymnasts.

Stage of the third, fourth year of study.

The time allotted for general physical training is reduced to 20-30% of the total class time. Much attention is paid to special physical training and sports improvement. The main tasks of this period are:

  • Teaching the basics of gymnastic elements technique
  • Strengthening health, developing the abilities of a gymnast;
  • Technical training, learning and perfecting as many exercises as possible;
  • Improving the gymnastic style of performing exercises.

Theoretical training at this stage takes place both during practical classes and in separate classes. Topics covered:

  1. The importance of physical exercise for health promotion and the formation of correct posture.
  2. Terminology. The meaning of the terminology of the elements.
  3. Causes of injury.
  4. The importance of observing the rules for organizing classes and behavior in the gym.
  5. Types of assistance in performing gymnastic exercises.

Physical fitness begins to play the role of an important auxiliary, conditioning tool that helps maintain proper physical condition, improve and rehabilitate those involved. This section includes the same exercises, but with an increase in load, using weights.

Theoretical training

Theoretical information can be communicated during rest breaks during the main and final parts of training sessions.
The main tasks of theoretical training in gymnastics are: the development of knowledge on the technique of exercises, the patterns of teaching movements, scientific foundations formation of physical, psychophysical and mental qualities, principles and methods of sports form management, planning and control of loads, the basics of medical control and self-control, building a rest regimen, rules of personal hygiene, hardening. The main means and forms of theoretical training include: information, views, conversations and discussions. Observations at competitions, communication with comrades.

Control in the process of management.

Gymnastics is an effective means of influencing the personality of the child, his body as a whole, and its individual functional systems. Serious regular gymnastics requires constant monitoring of the preparation process. In this regard, pedagogical control is the most effective type of control.

1. The schedule of classes is closely related to the planning of the order of the main types of all-around and auxiliary types, such as acrobatics, general physical exercises and SFP exercises. The schedule of types is not only an organizational, but also a methodical form of planning the form of work.

2. The structure of the lessons provides for three target parts. Allowing the best way to solve pedagogical problems. Depending on the type of classes, its structure in the type of all-around may change. This is due to the installation either on the development of new material, or on consolidating the skills of already mastered exercises. The changes relate to the duration of each approach to the projectile, their number, the time of work on this type. Typical content of a training session:

1. Preparatory part: 10 min.

2.Main part-30 min

3. The final part - 5 min.

One of the most popular sports is artistic gymnastics, a discipline in which domestic masters have achieved great success. Her secret and peculiarity lies in the combination of great physical work and grace, athleticism and refinement. Times change, but a stable interest in gymnastics and love for it remains unchanged.

Girls and boys of our city, who have chosen this sport, can do it in children's and youth sports schools, sections, clubs. An important role is also played by the fact that in these institutions classes are conducted by true masters of their craft, who know a lot about preparing young talents. Of course, not everyone - due to various circumstances - will be able to reach the highest sporting achievements, but they will receive a powerful incentive for constant improvement - physical and aesthetic.

The guys become more resilient, flexible, coordinated, successfully overcome difficulties, they develop character, stamina, attentiveness, the respiratory and cardiovascular systems improve, muscles develop. And caring parents will be sure that their children have chosen the right thing, harmoniously developing them as individuals.

A few words about the optimal age for classes

All experts are sure that gymnastics should be started at a strictly defined age: at 4-5 years old. At three years old it is still early, and the sections that produce a set of such children should alert parents. Many kids will not even be able to understand what the coach wants from them! And at 6-7 years old, respectively, it is already too late: as you know, changes in the child's body occur quickly and violently, and by this age the flexibility granted by nature and genetically laid down is already beginning to be lost. And at the age of four or five, girls and boys will be able to develop physically most effectively, if, of course, they are lucky with an experienced and talented mentor who strictly follows all the methodological instructions.

What is the difference between artistic gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics?

In gymnastics, when performing sets of exercises, various gymnastic apparatus are used: rings, bars, beam, crossbar. The athlete tries to show first of all a high level physical training, strength and dexterity in performing complex programs. Whereas in rhythmic gymnastics, the artistry of the presentation of numbers, which is one of the evaluation criteria, plays an important role. Artistic gymnasts use light sports equipment: ribbon, ball, hoop. Judges evaluate the technique of handling these objects, the complexity of the exercises, the choreography. If the basis of artistic gymnastics is the power component, then artistic gymnastics is based on dexterity. Musical accompaniment is allowed in free programs of artistic gymnastics. For "artists" music is an obligatory element of performances. Both men and women can achieve success in gymnastics. Rhythmic gymnastics is associated exclusively with female beauty, grace and attractiveness.

Lessons on the uneven bars: what you need to remember about safety?

Gymnastics all-around involves classes on the uneven bars. This projectile is useful for both beginners and professionals. Classes on the uneven bars perfectly train many muscles and, of course, are useful. However, when working, you should remember about safety: during push-ups, you should not overstretch the muscles, and it is also not recommended to attach weights to the belt. Do not rush: if the exercise is performed slowly, this does not mean that it is ineffective. It should be remembered that classes on the uneven bars give a considerable load on the heart.
