How much does the boat weigh microns. Technical characteristics of the boat micron drawing of the reinforcement of the transom. Motorboat "MKM". The main data of the motor boat "MKM. Do-it-yourself ways to modernize Yaroslavl

We were given the task of designing and building an duralumin boat for large-scale production and sale to the public, designed for an outboard motor with a power of up to 25 hp. from.

This boat should replace the widespread, but already outdated Kazanka. Recall that some other boats were also developed from the same material, but they turned out to be too complex in design and did not go into mass production. It should also be taken into account that the design of the Kazanka, as well as a number of new boats, was created for the development of large enterprises with rich experience in working with duralumin, powerful press facilities and sets of dies, and most importantly, capable of heat treatment of bent parts. Even shipyards, let alone individual teams of amateurs, often do not have such opportunities.

When developing the working drawings of the MKM boat (modernized metal boat), we counted on a wide range of amateurs, and not just on the industry. In order for the boat to be built at home, there are no complex-shaped parts in its design that require heat treatment during bending.

Basic data of the boat "MKM"

We did not specifically deal with the development of any special new forms of contours, and the following considerations were used as the basis for the choice of dimensions. We interviewed many motorboat owners and came to the conclusion that the vast majority of trips are related to fishing and hunting, and there are no more than three or four people on board. With the most popular motors "Moskva" and "Veterok" and a load of four people, the speeds of various boats are almost the same (14-16 km / h), so considerations are not so much propulsion as safety and ease of navigation. In particular, the possibility of overnight stay on the boat plays a significant role.

Recently, descriptions of a variety of boats have been published in the press, but they were all made of plywood or boards, so we could not find a suitable duralumin boat. The plywood boat "MK-29" was taken as a basis, the description of which was given in the first issue of the collection, therefore the theoretical drawing and the table of ordinates are not given here.

The contours of the hull are planing with sharp chine, with a rather high chin to reduce shocks on the wave. Branches of flora sp. 1 and 2 have a bulge for a better fit of the skin.

To install the motor in the transom, a cutout is made up to a height of 380 mm. The aft compartment from the impenetrable bulkhead on sp. 6 to the transom is used to store the outboard motor and its accessories. In the parking lot, this compartment is closed by sliding covers from the sides to the DP (on deck and on the transom).

In the aft part of the cockpit, in which there are three transverse banks, there is a sealed buoyancy compartment with a volume of 90 liters. In the bow from the impenetrable bulkhead to sp. 1 there is a bow sealed compartment with a volume of 168 liters. This is enough to ensure the unsinkability of a flooded boat with a motor and floating passengers holding on to it.

Compartment between bulkheads on sp. 1 and 2 is designed to store personal belongings of passengers.

The windshield is made easily removable so that it can be removed not only in preparation for winter, but also for passing under low bridges and all kinds of obstacles. To remove the glass, you need to give 20 screws.

The awning device was not designed, since everyone can make it at their own discretion and taste from auxiliary materials. At the same time, factories can produce awning devices for the distribution network separately. Remote control was not provided, since the industry will soon produce them along with motors.

The boat is adapted for rowing; subkeys are located between sp. 2 and 3.

The hull of the boat is made of duralumin D16AT. The bottom and deck have a thickness of 1.5 mm, sides 1 mm. Barrel-head rivets are used to reduce drag.

The test results of the MKM boat are described in

The Yaroslavl shipbuilding plant began to produce a fairly well-known boat MKM since 1968, it is known to this day due to its simplicity and high reliability. The boat was released as an improved version of the Kazanka, the manufacturer chose duralumin as the material. Unlike Kazanka, the new boat got the opportunity to work with motors up to 25 hp.

But based on operating experience, it is still unsafe to equip a boat with 25 hp motors. power, because it reduced seaworthiness, more frequent bow strikes on the water. The result of this was getting wet in the cockpit. The boat felt great in calm waters at a distance of up to 1 km from the shore.

"MKM" became an excellent replacement for the boat "Kazanka", which then turned out to be not safe enough. Also from the previous model, the novelty received a hull design and even equipment. The main model for the development of the new MKM was the MK-29 boat, which had suitable flat-keeled bottom contours.

D16AT brand duralumin was used as the main material; riveted construction is used. The bottom and deck plating received an average thickness of 1 mm. There is a sufficient engine compartment, when parking, you can easily install an outboard motor, after which the compartment is closed with metal covers. The manufacturer indicates that the forepeak has a volume of 168 liters, the boat holds water well and is practically unsinkable.

Purpose and history of creation. Advantages and disadvantages of the boat

The MKM brand boat is in great demand among fishermen and hunters, as transport can be used on shallow rivers and lakes. Due to the fact that it was produced in several cities, you can often hear from people such names as "Kharkovchanka", "Astrakhanka" and "Yaroslavka" in honor of the manufacturing cities. It is because of this that transport has some differences, since each company produced it in its own way, despite the existing scheme. Thanks to this, we were able to see the transport with a certain bend.

The goal of the transport developers was to create a boat out of duralumin. It is this material that does not require high-temperature technical processes. In addition, it had to be folded according to the schemes so that it could be produced at small enterprises or at home, with all the details.

Like any transport, the MKM boat has its advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of the vehicle include:

  1. Weight and capacity.
  2. Strength.
  3. Stability in calm water.

As for negative factors, there are two of them:

  1. Spray often hits the boat.
  2. Transport behaves terribly on the waves.

Technical characteristics of the boat MKM

The dimensions of the boat play a crucial role in its operation, so the MKM boat received the greatest length of 4.1 meters, a width of 1.52 meters, and amidships, the side height is 0.57 mm. If you install equipment and supplies on the boat, the weight of the boat will be 150 kg.

The dimensions make it possible to place up to 4 people in the boat, because the maximum carrying capacity was 400 kg. The maximum power of the used engine specified by the manufacturer is 25 hp. s, but it was specified above that it is better to use less powerful motors.

Even with the boat fully loaded and using the motor at 25 horsepower her maximum speed reach a considerable 32 km / h.

How was the boat made?

The history of the rather popular MKM boat began back in the 60s, because at that time most fishermen and ordinary users could only use an ordinary cauldron. This option was limited in engine power (up to 12 hp) and did not allow certain tasks to be performed. That is why the engineers began to develop a new model, and therefore in 1968 the world saw a new MKM motor boat. The Yaroslavl plant was considered the developer, and two models served as the basis for this invention - the Kazanka boat and an older variety called MK-29.
Boat MKM The need to create a new boat was unambiguous, because the old version was unsafe and a more reliable alloy was required. Also, if a more powerful motor is used on Kazanka, then it may not withstand such operation. And the new MKM thought through these nuances, although the general arrangement of the case remained the same. Differences in the design can be called more littered sides in the inner part of the butt, and the bottom also received a flat-keeled shape. Because of the manufacturing plant, the fishermen began to call the new boat "Yaroslavka".

Thanks to the improved hull on the boat, it became possible to have a motor with a power of up to 25 hp. But users spoke badly about such a decision to put the maximum allowable motor. Indeed, in this case, the movement on rivers or small reservoirs was quite inconvenient. In the presence of waves, water entered the cockpit and passengers.

Detailed overview

If you look at the MKM boat, the photos allow you to highlight a rather well-thought-out hull shape, standard factory glass helps a lot in work. When buying a boat, be sure to pay attention to its quality and assembly; today a huge number of defective or fake models are offered in stores.

A noticeable drawback of the MKM boat can be considered a bottom with a flat deadrise, the indicator of which was only 2 degrees. In view of this, the stability of the boat was insufficient for some actions on the water. Also, reviews about the MKM boat say that the manufacturer poorly thought out the cheekbones, which are not high enough.

To solve this problem, it may be necessary to install additional intakes, they reflect splashes and allow you to more confidently operate the boat.

Initially, the boat was developed at the factory for simple purposes, so it is better to use it on small rivers and lakes. For large bodies of water, use with caution and move away from the shore by a maximum of 1000 meters. Before use, it is important to understand that MKM must be operated at a wave height of up to 30 cm. Otherwise, the procedure will be unsafe, so the boat cannot go to the sea or a large body of water.

But the shortcomings end there, the boat is really worth attention and is in demand. IN standing position owners note excellent stability. For example, for fishermen this is an important indicator. For better buoyancy, the boat decided to place the blocks in two places.

Boat modification

Many owners over the years of operation have learned to carry out self repair and refinement of MKM boats. In the original version, an excessive bending of the bottom part is proposed, and in order to get rid of this, you can do the following:

  1. We remove the rivet seams that fix the skin itself, the sides and the stringers.
  2. Next, the transom part and the bent element must be cut off by 8 mm, and the existing part of the partition for the engine compartment should be cut off by 3 mm.
  3. Similarly, you can shorten the edges of the side plates, namely those that interact with the cheekbone.
  4. For some time, you can assemble this kit with bolts, you need to press the sheathing sheets to the kit. Experts recommend using a metal ruler.
  5. Be sure to expand the sockets for rivets to 4.2 mm.
  6. The sealing tape is laid and the seams are fixed, always with new rivets.

Seaworthiness characteristics of the boat MKM

Using big motor and the declared characteristics of the hull, it is better not to use the MKM boat with large waves and at a great distance. Fishermen advise using it when standing water or at full calm. The nautical performance is declared as follows:

    • The maximum wave height for the boat is 25 cm;
    • Optimal reservoirs for use are lakes, small rivers, ponds;
    • It is recommended to sail from the coast no further than 1 km;
  • The optimum engine power is 18 hp, if more, the boat can easily capsize.

Boat MKM, top and side view At the MKM boat, the photos show in as much detail as possible that the shape and dimensions of the vessel are not focused on big waves or long trips. In particular, this is limited by the following design flaws:

    • complete absence of splash guards;
    • minimum deadrise;
  • the cheekbones on the boat are quite low.

Motor boat "MKM" produced since 1968. The boat was based on the MK-29 model. The development of MKM was required to replace the outdated one, which could not be equipped with power above 12 hp, while the new boat could go under a 25-horsepower engine. However, the installation of such a motor did boat "MKM" extremely negatively affected her seaworthiness and allowed her to be operated only in a calm body of water. Constant blows of the bow on the water and splashing of the cockpit made this boat very uncomfortable.

Frame

Frame boats "MKM" made of duralumin with a maximum thickness of 1 mm. The hull structure, traditionally for that period, was riveted. The bottom is flat-keeled with a deadrise on the transom of no more than 2 degrees, which, of course, did not add boat "MKM" course stability. Low-lying cheekbones practically did not protect against splashes, and on the advice of some designers, the owners of MKMs installed additional home-made splash guards of various configurations on the boat. The sides in the stern converged upwards, which, together with the rest design features created undeniable dignity boats "MKM" is parking stability.

Buoyancy blocks are located in the forepeak and under the aft sofa.

Cockpit

In addition to the aft sofa, boat "MKM" it was completed with two cans of moisture-resistant plywood, which were attached to the sides. Rigid backs were attached to these cans on a metal arc - no, but comfort. At the same time, the front bank had a folding back.
The bow of the boat is decked and contains a luggage compartment with access through a hatch in the forward deck. In addition, the boat was equipped with a windshield.

Seaworthiness

Motor boat "MKM" allowed by the manufacturer for operation at a wave height of not more than 25 cm, which greatly narrows the place of its navigation. At the same time, the recommended motor for this boat is a 12-18 horsepower engine, in which the boat behaves predictably and more or less safely. Many agree that the design of the boat was unsuccessful due to its low seaworthiness. At the same time, for operation in small rivers, ponds and lakes "MKM" quite suitable as a vessel for short trips and parking fishing.

The MKM boat is the brainchild of Yaroslavl designers. It has been designed for quiet fishing on a calm river or lake. One of the rare vessels in its class that can be cast from the bow deck. The creators increased the capacity, made it possible to install motors up to 25 hp.

The main advantages are strength, reliability, spaciousness. It is not necessary to demand high speeds from it, since it is more of a bomber than a fighter. Knows how to walk smartly under weak internal combustion engines, does not like high ripples. At the same time, he has an even calm disposition.

History and goals of creation

Until 1967, the only duralumin motor boat of serial domestic production was, which turned out to be insufficiently safe when installing outboard motors over 12 hp. The design is based on the MK 29 plywood prototype. technological processes. So that it can be made at any small enterprise. Moreover, for everyone to assemble it with their own hands according to the drawings available in the public domain.

Polls have shown that most of the owners use boats for hunting and fishing. As a result, the hull design and equipment were maximally adapted to this task due to the wide cockpit, removable glass, as well as increased static stability. Thanks to the small obstructions of the sides, as well as the flat-bottomed shape, it was possible to solve the problem of patency on shallow rivers and lakes. And due to the reinforced transom, the permissible engine power increased from 12 to 25 hp.

Production motor boat The MKM has been deployed in smaller shipyards due to its simpler assembly technology. Motorcycle boots were produced according to a single project in Yaroslavl and Kharkov, as well as in Astrakhan at the Red Barricades plant. Therefore, among the people it is known as “Yaroslavka”, “Kharkovchanka”, “Astrakhanka”. Hence all the disputes between the owners regarding the bend of the bottom at the stern. Some models have it, while others don't. Instead of installing a transverse step, the plant made attempts to change the profile of the vessel. As a result, models of boats with a bend appeared.

Appearance and design features

The boat is made of duralumin D 16AT using riveting, consists of 6 frames holding stringers. Sharp-chinned planing contours, together with a high-lifted chin, soften the impacts of the bottom on ripples. In order to reduce the resistance exerted by the rivets, barrel-shaped fasteners are selected. Between the sixth frame and the transom, the aft compartment is closed from above by sliding covers, closed with a lock. It is intended for storage of PM and is separated from the cockpit by a hydroscopic partition. For fasteners PM there is a cutout. On the floors of the first and second frames there are bulges for a tighter fit of the skin.

The buoyancy reserve is divided into two airtight compartments: in the stern (90 l) and on the bow (168 l). Between the bow frames there is a trunk with a lockable lid in the bulkhead. The bottom and deck are 1.5 mm thick, and the side walls are 1 mm thick. For the MKM boat, the stationary windshield turned out to be inconvenient, because during fishing it made it difficult to pass under overhanging tree branches and low bridges. Therefore, it was decided to make it removable. Fastening was carried out on 20 screws. As the developers wanted, the characteristics of the MKM boat are great for fishing in quiet ripples, family outings.

Habitability

To reduce the cost of the boat, the awning was removed from the configuration, but in vain. Water, rolling over the nose and windshield, floods the cockpit. If you manage to avoid such a situation, anyway, the driver at the tiller gets his portion of spray. Therefore, when purchasing this watercraft, it is advisable to purchase or sew an awning. Astrakhanka is stable, but the boarding of passengers in the absence of a pier is difficult, as they have to pass from the deck through a windshield with wooden cans. It's easy to slip and get hurt. This is treated by installing a gate on the windscreen.

The living space is spacious. Having removed the cans, the three of us can spend the night in sleeping bags. However, it is worth remembering that the Kharkiv woman does not like ridges over 25 cm. If the reservoir is characterized by a rapid change in weather, it is better not to risk it. Astrakhanka is very convenient for fishing, because there is enough space inside, it is spacious. There are no elements for which tackles cling. You can lean on the board without fear of overkill. With a large catch, this is an indispensable quality.

Two capacious lockers provide luggage protection from moisture. Since they are lockable, the vessel can be transported on a trailer without unloading. This reduces the time of descent, delivery to the garage after rest. Moreover, the trunks are roomy, they allow you to take with you all the necessary gear, personal protective equipment, etc. without wasting usable cockpit space. Two bow seats are equipped with reclining backrests. This is convenient when fishing because passengers can quickly turn around and control gear. It is difficult to clean the propeller from algae due to the fact that the aft air compartment has insufficient volume, the feed sags when trying to reach the blades.

Boat transportation

Since the weight of Yaroslavl without PM is 132 kg, it is suitable for transportation on the trunk of a car, provided that its dimensions do not protrude by more than 50 cm in size. At the same time, loading Yaroslavka alone on the roof of a car is difficult if there is no automatic loader in the form of guides with a winch. Still, it is better to transport this watercraft on a trailer in accordance with the rules of the traffic rules. The running awning and the transport awning reliably protect the cockpit during transportation, as well as during the descent.

Unsinkability

The reserve of buoyancy is provided by airtight compartments with a total volume of 258 liters (90 at the bow, 169 at the stern). Unlike foam plastic, air chambers are not afraid of gasoline, they do not get wet. At the same time, in the event of a breakdown, they are not able to perform their function. Bottom and deck thickness 1.5 mm. Therefore, she is not afraid of erasing the keel. The boat is strong and durable. According to the characteristics of the MKM boat, the watercraft must remain in a horizontal position when filling, to ensure the safety of four passengers afloat, holding on to the boat.

Static stability is high. You can safely sit down, stand in full height on board without fear of roll. One of the rare designs that allows you to fish from the bow deck. However, longitudinal stability wishes to leave the best. In 1967, the first tests were made with a comb height of 30-50 cm, which showed that with the PM "Moskva" and a team of 4 people.

Surface part, m
Displacement, kgNoseMindelSternDraft, m
Empty, with PM, fuel200 0,51 0,47 0,36 0,12
4 people540 0,4 0,4 0,32 0,19
5 people625 0,38 0,38 0,3 0,21

The surface part of the hull protruded 25 cm from the upper edge of the cutout for the internal combustion engine when fully loaded in calm water. To reduce the risks, it was decided to install a watertight bulkhead in the engine compartment. However, this measure did not give the desired results. An automatic scupper came to the rescue. Stability turned out to be high level. This has been proven by practical tests. Three of the four passengers sat on the edge of the deck. At the same time, its surface part rose 20 cm above the water surface. If one person got on board, no flooding or capsizing was observed.

Longitudinal stability was measured on a Whirlwind weighing 47 kg. When installing it, two passengers got up in the engine compartment. As a result, it was 10 cm from the upper edge of the transom cutout to the water. Unsinkability was tested through flooding with the replacement of the PM, instead of which a steel plate weighing 60 kg was used. The stern was under water, a stem protruding 20 cm remained on the surface. If the ballast moved to the side of the stern, positive stability was maintained without roll.

The volume of air in the compartments was enough to hold one person when he stood on the deck. With a freeboard height of 6 cm. Due to the above characteristics of the boat, it was often used by rescue stations (when a person was removed from a reservoir, the vessel maintained its balance and guaranteed the safety of the crew).

Driving performance

On the move at a course of 0-45 degrees against the swell, there is a strong splashing. It rises well on the ridges. However, it is not in vain that the operation of the boat is allowed at a wave height of 25 cm, because otherwise it buries its nose. At full engine speed, the blows are felt, but not as much as in the Kazanka. To reduce splashing, it is enough to increase the number of passengers. With a course of 90 degrees, the pitching is smooth, Astrakhanka behaves steadily. A tail wave does not splash the stern, the internal combustion engine remains dry. At a speed of 15 km/h, when turning to the right, the circulation diameter is 8 m, to the left - 10 m. In this case, the roll is 3 °. Braking: 20 m in 30 sec. to a complete stop.

Tiller control of the boat with a 4-meter hull is inconvenient, because. the driver does not see the sunken snags. It is advisable to install remote control, which is indispensable in the presence of an awning, since the protective fabric narrows the view even more. Excessive engine power causes the boat to burrow into the wave and tend to tip over. What does not happen with allowed PM. Due to the low weight, as well as the low deadrise of the low-lying bottom, it is easy to pass difficult shallow areas overgrown with reeds. Alone, it is quite possible to load onto a trailer, drag it across the shallows.

Since the assembly was carried out not at an aviation enterprise, but at small shipyards. As a result, rivets have become weak point, because they loosen up on the go from blows. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically check the quality of the seams. To do this, it is enough to whitewash the outside of the boat with chalk, pour a small amount of liquid into the cockpit. The chalk coating will immediately show where there are leaks, even if the drops are not visible. According to the reviews of the owners, it is safer, more convenient due to the wide body and almost flat bottom. When stored properly, Yaroslavl is resistant to corrosion.

On gliding comes out with a 12-strong wind with two passengers. Four is overkill. The advantage of Kharkiv and Astrakhan women is that, with their dimensions, they confidently go under low-power engines. This results in significant fuel savings. When trying to install a remote control, the owners are faced with the fact that the torpedo was not initially installed. You have to resort to tuning. True, for recreational activities with pucks and skis, it is worth finding another option. Astrakhanka are designed for a quiet ride and a quiet walk.

Disputes about the presence of deflection of the aft part of the bottom do not subside. Some owners say it exists, others say it doesn't. This is due to the fact that the release was carried out at three plants. Initially, the deflection was supposed to press the stern to the water for easier access to the glide. However, in practice, it leads to a decrease in speed and yaw. Back in Soviet times, craftsmen proposed a solution to this problem in the form of a transverse redan. When it is installed, the wetted area decreases, cornering control improves, it is easier to go on a plane, Astrakhanka runs faster than before tuning.

Why are Yaroslavl girls good?

  • Soft move
  • In the wind, the sail is imperceptible
  • You can stand across the stream
  • It is convenient to fish with delusions. They don’t cling to anything, because. body is fully open
  • shallow draft

You should not go to the sea on them, as well as on water bodies, where storms with crests above 30 cm are possible with a sharp change in weather. For this reason, the recommended distance from the coast is only 1 km.

under the motor

Comparing the descriptions of engines, we can say that it is more profitable to use Tohatsu, since it consumes a minimum amount of fuel. Nevertheless, domestic models cost an order of magnitude less, cheaper to maintain. The margin of safety of the MKM transom does not withstand excess power, it is prone to cracking. And since AMG is not boiled, repairs can only be carried out through rivets.

Under Whirlwind 30, at maximum load, the contours of Yaroslavl begin to work as expected. If the PM is weaker, the wave passes not with the nose, but with the bottom, breaking the rivets. It is better to slow down gradually. Above 32 km / h, driving becomes extreme, so it is not recommended to exceed the recommended figure. With a power of 25 hp. goes on a gliss with a load of 300-400 kg. Does not like sharp maneuvers. A hull with a bottom of low deadrise, with an increase in speed, begins to lower the nose, dig. When adding gas, Yaroslavl will not run faster.

Under the oars

For rowing, the backs of the front seats are removed. The paddling is soft. subkeys are between 2 and 3 sp. For quiet running, it is desirable to use plastic gaskets that reduce noise from friction of metal parts.

On the wave

With crests of more than 30 cm, it prowls, and with crests of up to 50 cm, it burrows into the water, flooding the cockpit. In strong ripples, the engine runs at full throttle to avoid diving. Soft move only on still water. Splashing is observed at 50 cm combs, and at 30 cm there is a beating, especially on the front banks. With the modernization of the hull and equipment with a transverse step, the situation improves.

Prices

Boat prices "MKM" on Avitoare located in the range from 20 to 425 thousand rubles. Assortment presented directly on Avito , poor. This indicates that used sales gliders of this class are infrequent, the owners do not seek to part with their watercraft. Price different, representatives of any social strata will be able to choose a good option for themselves.

What is the difference between factory windshields and glass produced by Lodka44?

Old factory glasses were made at serial production facilities in the USSR. They were made with high quality, but over time everything tends to collapse and age, so many factory windshields are damaged or not preserved at all.

Our design department is constantly modernizing and improving glass and glazing frames for all serial domestic boats. Glass produced by "Lodka44" are divided into "Standard" and "Premium".

Glazing "Standard" is as close as possible in terms of technological features to factory glasses, in height it fully corresponds to the factory counterpart. The side part of the glass is extended. The kit includes a glazing frame, polished stainless steel hinges, and thrust racks. The glazing is made of monolithic polycarbonate 3 mm.

Glass comparison table

What are Premium windshields and how do they differ from Standard?

Windshields "Premium" is an own development of the design department of the company "Lodka44". For several years, we have been identifying deficiencies and conducting surveys of our customers. We managed to combine modern technological developments, strong durable materials and the experience of automotive designers. Premium glasses are the result of painstaking work.

The main difference between "Premium" glasses and the "Standard" set is a new high-strength aluminum profile for glass edging and new organic ("Premium-A") and tempered ("Premium-K") glasses with a thickness of 5 and 4 mm, respectively. Unlike the "Standard" sets, in which the glasses are made of polycarbonate, the "Premium" sets are more durable, more resistant to mechanical stress, as well as more transparent and look more aesthetically pleasing.

Glass sizes. For each model of a serial boat, we have selected the optimal glass sizes for their comfortable and durable use. They are different from the factory ones. They are larger and more comfortable to use the boat.

Glass edging Made from high quality aluminum profile. You don't have to worry about scratches and minor damage. It is much stronger and more durable than the factory one, highly resistant to mechanical stress.

Installation. Thanks to the technological design of the glass edging, you do not have to spend several hours installing it. We have prepared it so that your efforts are minimal. And of course, for each set of glasses in the kit, detailed instructions for installing windshields are attached.

Appearance. Everyone who has seen the new Premium glasses has no doubt chosen them. They are both externally and technically similar to automobiles. They are also easy to paint so you can give your boat a stunning look.

Why do you need a wicket on the windshields?

The gate on the glazing of the boat is necessary for a quick exit to the stern. Often there are situations on the water when you need to quickly fix something or pick it up from the bow of the boat. Climbing over the side of the windshield is not always safe, as the boat has a rolled structure.
