Miostimulyator electronic, point "impulse". Household electric impulse massager "Stimulus", user manual

Myostimulator is a unique and modern device that allows you to completely restore the functioning of nerve endings, affecting muscle tissues. First of all, the "Impulse" myostimulator is intended for the elimination of excess weight and muscle building. Already many people use it and note its instant effect. The device, developed by leading American research centers, and has all the quality certificates. By and large, today it is quite difficult to find identical muscle stimulants.

Doctors and many professional researchers have already proven by practical tests that the muscle stimulator really helps the body. Recently, the device has received the widest distribution. The impact on the nerve endings by means of microimpulses allows you to even give relief to the muscles.

What is a myostimulator

It is no secret to anyone that all the actions of our body are under the unified control of the most complex mechanism - the brain, which, receiving nerve impulses, responds with lightning speed to the supplied irritations. That is, the nature of the flow of such a reaction is similar to the flow of electricity. The point, electronic myostimulator "Impulse" works on the same principle. Which, recently appeared on the shelves of online stores. And every day it is gaining more and more popularity.

Using the "Impulse" muscle stimulator, you can easily reduce excess weight, improve blood circulation by affecting the muscles and causing them to contract. It helps relieve muscle pain, tension and fatigue, significantly improves the condition in case of neuralgic diseases, and restores the body after heavy loads. You can use the device both during rest and during active movements, it is firmly attached to the skin with the help of silicone electrodes.

With a properly designed design, you can achieve a positive result. Most importantly, read the instructions for use. The manufacturer recommends that before attaching the myostimulator to the body, wipe the skin with warm water and then with a dry cloth. Thus, it will be much better to hold on and act more effectively. The tighter the contact with the skin, the better the result.

How does the "Impulse" myostimulator work?

The impulses supplied by the muscle stimulator activate the muscle fibers and set them in motion, due to such actions, fat cells are burned and cellulite is leveled. Silicone electrodes are applied to the skin in the right places, through them an electric current flows to the nerve endings, which give a signal to contract. muscle fibers. As a result, the muscles begin to work and a gradual tightening of the skin occurs. Therefore, using the Impulse electronic myostimulator, the result will not be immediately noticeable, but after two or three weeks of work on yourself, you will be able to feel noticeable changes. Additional physical education will greatly accelerate the expected effect.

There is a big plus in the operation of the device when compared with conventional training. What would you physical exercises if they didn’t, they won’t be able to use all the muscle fibers of at least a certain zone, that is, by pumping the press, the abdominal muscles work for us, but not all. Using a muscle stimulator, absolutely all muscle fibers of the desired zone come into play. Under the influence of the emitted electric current, all muscles are involved, stimulated and come into action.

The downside is that although the myostimulator makes the muscles work, the muscle tissues and ligaments do not stretch and the joints remain motionless, so physical activity is necessary. But still, in spite of everything, the “Impulse” myostimulator leaves quite positive reviews.

What effect does the "Impulse" myostimulator have on the body?

40 minutes a day with a muscle stimulator will replace an hour run or two hours in the gym, allowing you to train all the muscles. The device successfully copes with muscle pain and relieves tension, allows the body to relax after exertion and with neuralgia. After reading the instructions for the Impulse muscle stimulator, it becomes clear that it has 3 operating modes (tapping, modulation, massage) and 2 programs that will easily allow you to set it up yourself.

With the help of the device it is really possible to achieve, in a short time, a beautiful and elastic press, which will remain an adornment of your stomach for a long time, or beautiful biceps, from which your friends will simply be delighted. The device can be used both during rest and during active actions. Based on the presented practical data, the effectiveness of the device is fully confirmed and guarantees a positive effect. A pleasant price-quality ratio will allow you to purchase a muscle stimulator for personal use.

It is worth sitting comfortably on the couch, turning on your favorite program and attaching the muscle stimulator to a certain place on the body, and it will instantly begin to fight extra pounds and strengthen the right muscles. When using a pacemaker, it is best not to engage in any active activities. Thus, you can protect yourself from discomfort. The action of the device is aimed at restoring the activity of your tissues and muscles. In fact, you can achieve a positive result in the shortest possible time.

How to use the simulator correctly

It is convenient to train absolutely all muscle groups with the Impulse muscle stimulator, even those that are difficult to use during normal training. It is enough to install it with silicone electrodes on the part of the body that requires stimulation and set it to the desired mode of operation by selecting the program, it immediately begins to act.

The compact size of the bradex "Impulse" muscle stimulator allows it to easily fit in your pocket and use it at any time convenient for you. The device runs on batteries, so when moving around the apartment or walking in the park, no wires will interfere with you. It has a pair of electrodes that simultaneously act on different muscle groups, which saves time. With the help of several setting modes and two programs, you can easily and independently adjust it to the desired level of exposure.

Using the actions of the electronic point “Impulse” myostimulator, you will save the time that you would spend on gym. The device helps to tighten any muscle group and remove overweight. With the help of two silicone suction cups-electrodes, the “Impulse” myostimulator is attached to the desired part of the body and sets in motion, stimulating even those muscle groups that seem difficult to reach during normal training.

Effectively relieves muscle pain, fatigue and tension in the shoulder area, normalizes the condition of neuralgic pain, helps the body recover faster after exertion.

How does a muscle stimulator work?

Due to the impulse current, the muscle fibers are activated.
To do this, silicone electrodes are applied to the skin in certain places (stomach, chest, back, hips, arms and legs). An electrical impulse is applied to the electrodes of the myostimulator, which is transmitted through the skin to the nerve endings. At the "signal" of nerve cells, muscle fibers begin to contract.

As a result of this effect, the skin is tightened, and the muscles come into tone. That's why visible result can be obtained after 1-2 weeks of using the myostimulator.

Can a pacemaker replace "live" workouts?

Myostimulation has one plus, unattainable with conventional training. Whatever variety of exercises are used, they do not involve ALL muscle fibers, because our body is very economical. When the electric current is applied to the myostimulator, all the muscles to which the impulses are applied are included in the work, i.e. all muscles in the stimulated area.

However, during myostimulation, muscles and ligaments do not stretch, joints do not work. Therefore, training with a myostimulator does not exclude the usual physical activity.

What muscle groups can be trained with the Impulse muscle stimulator?

With the help of a muscle stimulator, you can train almost all muscle groups:
press
thigh muscles (including inner surface hips, which are very difficult to use during “live” training)
calf muscles
biceps and triceps
gluteal muscles

What are the advantages of the device?

Our simulator has a lot of advantages:
small and compact size. The pacemaker fits easily in your pocket. This will make it easy to combine classes with household chores, a walk and even work.
The device is powered by two AA batteries. This makes our pacemaker very portable. You can always take it with you on a trip, move freely around the apartment without worrying about wires and the availability of a power source.
2 electrodes. stimulate various muscle groups and significantly save time.
manual mode and automatic programs. A rich selection of settings will make the procedures truly individual. You can choose one of the already developed programs, or you can set everything up yourself.

First, some theory...

The impulse massager is intended for massage, weakening and relieving pain by the method of transcutaneous low-frequency impulse action on the muscles. It can be used to relax various parts of the body, to relieve muscle fatigue, to improve blood circulation in the skin area, to soften muscle pain. Also, with proper (point) use, it has a healing effect.

The massager allows you to massage using 5 modes for certain areas of the body and four program modes of impulse exposure to areas of the body. To limit the time of massage exposure, the electronic unit of the device has a function to limit the massage time. The intensity (strength of impulses) and frequency of exposure are adjusted by the user using the controls on the device, depending on the individual sensations and the goals of the massage (relaxation, stimulation or pain relief).

The standard massage time for one area is 10-15 minutes. A full massage session should not exceed 30 minutes. The standard number of sessions per day is 1-2 for the first week of use. Some people may feel tired. In this case, you need to reduce the intensity, reduce the time and number of sessions, or even stop using the massager.

  • 3 AA batteries PenesamiG
  • Flexible cord for connecting electrodes (2 sets)
  • Two sets of electrode plates (electrodes)

Well, I could not help but pay attention to the batteries. These are the very "finger" batteries PenesamiG

Device dimensions, weight

Let's go directly to the electronic unit. Or rather, his insides. We disassemble the control unit. To do this, take out the batteries and unscrew the two bolts on the back cover of the unit:

Reverse side of the board

The soldering is very good, the smd components are soldered very well. There are traces of flux on the board, or rather the fingerprints of the Chinese

front view

As I mentioned earlier, in addition to batteries, the kit comes with a power supply (in the instructions for use it is stated that the supply voltage is 4.5V). I did not find any identification marks on the power supply, so I decided to take a closer look at it:

The minimum number of components. “The main thing is that it works, well, okay” - the motto of the Chinese when assembling such blocks

Let's take some basic measurements:
I took out a multimeter, in the morning I took a few measurements. The voltage supplied by the power supply is 3.27V. Well, I think, by the evening I will take measurements under load and measure the current strength with voltage, at the same time I will take a few photos with the results. I just plugged the power supply into the network, there was a bang and what was to be expected from it. I dismantled it, a step-down transformer melted from visual defects, the output capacitor heated up very much (I took a photo of the temperature 5 minutes after the incident)

To be honest, I wasn't upset at all. The massager perfectly performs its functions, powered by "finger-type" batteries. The power supply went to the far box.

Before proceeding to the principle of operation of the device, I want to highlight a few caveats when using a pulsed massager:

The massager cannot be used in conjunction with transplantable medical electronic devices, such as:

  • pacemaker;
  • with electronic life support devices, such as respirators;
  • with medical electronic devices attached to the body, such as an electrocardiograph.
Before using the massager, be sure to consult your doctor:
  • during an acute illness;
  • in the presence of a malignant tumor;
  • during an infectious disease;
  • during pregnancy;
  • with heart disease;
  • during high temperature;
  • with abnormal blood pressure;
  • in violation of the sensitivity of the skin or skin disease;
  • if you are receiving other treatment, especially if you experience unusual sensations.
About device...
So, now I want to talk about the functionality of the device. Since there is a lot of information, I will remove it under the spoiler

About the massage...

First, you need to connect the electrode. If this is not done, after 7 seconds the machine will enter standby mode and turn off the power. Now we will use the "Arms and Legs" mode and consider four program modes of impulse action on body parts

On rubber shoes there are three plastic points, which are one of the components of foot massage. Points allow you to direct impulses to the right place on the foot

To begin with, turn on the device and select the mode we need (from 1 to 7, OFF - shutdown)

Mode 2. Rub (Rubbing)

Mode 3. Vibrate (Vibration)

Each mode has its own speed. A special key will allow you to increase the speed of the mode or decrease it.

To take these photos, I had slippers on my feet. Different modes give different sensations. But after all these manipulations, the leg looks like this:

Well, now, some photos taken when testing the device:

The principle of operation of the device

The device generates impulse currents of a certain strength and frequency. When two electrodes are applied to the skin, currents arise between them that pass through the tissues of our body.

The low-frequency or high-frequency electrical stimulation created by the device acts on the nerve fibers, strengthening or weakening the nerve impulses. Thus, it is possible both to stimulate muscle contraction, and vice versa, to relax them.

Electrical stimulation improves blood and lymph circulation, activating the delivery of necessary substances to cells and the removal of "all unnecessary" from body tissues. Electric currents can effectively block the conduction of pain impulses, as well as affect the very cause of pain.

"Stimulus" can be practically indispensable in cases where a person does not have the opportunity to fully force his muscles to work. For example, bedridden patients or weakened.

Conversely, a soothing massage can be useful after heavy physical exertion, to relieve muscle “clamps” during sedentary work.

How Stimulus works

When you put electrodes on a certain area of your body and turn on the device, pulsed currents of a certain frequency and strength are formed between the electrodes. You can adjust the frequency and strength of the pulses yourself.

Electrical impulses affect your body - skin, subcutaneous tissues, muscles, nerves, blood vessels. The currents affect the most important life processes - the work of the lymphatic and blood capillaries, the contraction of muscle fibers, the conduction of nerve impulses, the inter- and intracellular transport of substances, chemical processes, the properties of liquids, and much more.

In certain cases, this effect is the most effective treatment method of all known.

"Stimulus" is able to have both a tonic effect on the tissues of the body, and a relaxing one. It all depends on the strength and frequency of the pulses that the device generates. And you can control these parameters yourself. Moreover, the device is very easy to use.

"Stimulus" is a massager. We all know that traditional massage is a physical effect on our body. Massage can be both stimulating, warming (for example, for athletes before training), and relaxing. As a rule, during the massage, one person “kneads” the body of another person with his hands. At the same time, in the “massaged” tissues, the work of blood and lymphatic vessels, the circulation of fluids, the work of nerve fibers, and so on, improve. But all these effects can be achieved not only by mechanical action, but also by electrical. After all, all our internal processes are of an electrical nature and are well studied by science.

The transcutaneous electric impulse massager "Stimulus" was developed by Siberian scientists on the basis of human physiology and biochemistry data and is an effective physiotherapeutic device. "Stimulus" has passed a number of clinical trials and proved its effectiveness in practice. The device is safe to use and can be used both in a hospital and at home.

Several NOT

During the day, you can use different physiotherapy devices, but, just in case, you should not use them at the same time. To each his own time.

In some situations, before using the "Stimulus" need to consult a doctor:

  • during an acute illness;
  • in the presence of a malignant tumor;
  • during pregnancy;
  • in diseases of the heart.

Not it is desirable to apply electrodes to the region of the heart, to the bare area near the mouth, or to parts of the body with damaged skin.

If during a massage session you want to move the electrodes to another part of the body, first turn off the device.

Not use "Stimulus" simultaneously with other electronic devices.
Not use the device while sleeping.
Not apply and do not lean the electrodes against metal objects - jewelry, buckles, zippers and others.
Not use the device on one area of the body for more than 30 minutes.

Increase the power of the device during the session NOT abruptly, but gradually.

Some general rules application of "Stimulus"

The optimal time for one session is 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes, the device automatically turns off the pulses, since prolonged stimulation causes muscle fatigue.

Standard number of sessions: 1-2 per day for the first week of use. Then the number of sessions can be increased.

Adjust the strength of the impulses yourself. The rule "the stronger the better" is not always true. Excessive intensity of pulses can lead to discomfort, irritation or redness of the skin.

Focus on your own feelings. The use of the device should not cause too much discomfort or pain. You can always reduce the intensity of the impulses and reduce the session time.

Reusable electrodes. The duration of the electrodes is theoretically unlimited.

Remember that current only occurs between TWO electrodes!
Applying only one electrode and trying to check the operation of the device is pointless.

A few basic rules for working with the device

1. To avoid electric shock, make sure that during the session, metal objects (chains, buckles, bracelets, buttons, watches, etc.), as well as water, do not come into contact with the electrodes.

2. To ensure maximum contact and, consequently, the effect of beneficial effects, the skin areas for applying the electrodes, as well as the surface of the applied plates, must be clean.

3. Increasing the frequency and power of the impact of electrical impulses should be gradual, remaining within the comfort of sensations.

4. Disconnection of one of the electrodes for more than seven seconds turns off the device.

5. In order for the device to bring you benefit and pleasure for many years, you should carefully study the instructions in the part “VERY IMPORTANT!” (page 3).

But even if the distance between the electrodes is too large, the efficiency of the device may decrease. Optimal distance 20- 30 cm. To secure the electrodes, use the fixing tape (included), elastic bandage or adhesive tape. In cases where electrodes are applied to the back, you may need the help of another person.

Placement of electrodes on the shoulder area.

  • With numbness of the shoulder area. This condition usually occurs due to stagnation of blood in the muscles responsible for the movement of the shoulder, compression of nerve endings, muscle fatigue, or poor circulation in the subcutaneous tissues and muscles.
  • Use massage mode "combined for shoulder girdle» . Position the electrodes symmetrical on both shoulders.

Applying electrodes to the lumbar area

  • With muscular and neuralgic pain in the back and lower back, numbness.
  • use mode "Combined for the lumbar." Apply plates symmetrically to the part of the back where you are experiencing pain, so that the spine is between the electrodes, as indicated in the figure.

Placement of electrodes on the hands

  • With pain in the muscles of the shoulder and forearm.
  • use mode "Combined for hands". Place the plates as shown in the picture.

Applying electrodes to the legs (Feet)

  • With a feeling of cold, swelling and fatigue of the legs. These symptoms are caused by impaired blood and lymph circulation in the legs. Swelling and tired legs are often caused by poor blood and lymph flow.
  • use mode "Combined for legs". Attach one plate to the sole and the other to the calf muscle, as in fig.

Applying electrodes to the legs (calves)

  • For swelling and fatigue calf muscles. As a rule, these symptoms are due to venous and lymphatic congestion, as well as muscle fatigue.
  • use mode "Combined for legs". Apply plates on the upper and lower parts of the calf muscle.

Applying electrodes to the area of the joints

  • For pain in the elbows and knee joints. To improve blood circulation.
  • use mode "Combined for joint areas on arms and legs." Place the plates as shown.

Placement of electrodes on the back

  • You may find it difficult to place electrodes on your back alone. Ask someone to help you.

4. Select the desired massage mode with the "Switch mode" button. You will read about the modes of the device below.

5. Adjust the intensity and frequency with the On/Boost and Off/Lower buttons. And the adjustable parameter itself - intensity or frequency, select the "Intensity / Frequency" button.

6. Do not remove the electrodes during the session. If this happens, the device will automatically turn off after 7 seconds.

7. After the end of the massage session, turn off the device and remove the electrodes.

We remind you that the device automatically turns off after 15 minutes of operation!

Stimulus has several programs that can operate in several modes.

For an example of programming and setting up STIMULUS, consider a mode that helps to get rid of muscular and neuralgic pain in the back and lower back, as well as numbness.

We use the "Combined for the lumbar" mode.

1. Place the plates symmetrically on the part of the back where you are experiencing pain, so that the spine is between the electrodes, as shown in the figure.

2. Turn on the massager. On button.

3. Press the "Mode" button 4 times in a row.

A fragment of the Silhouette in the lumbar region will flash on the screen.
If the plates are attached tightly, the device starts to work. This is easy to understand from the icons.
Blinking means everything is fine. No - press the electrodes tighter!

4. Press the "I / CH" button - the ability to control will turn on intensity exposure (the indicator in the RIGHT lower corner reflects the level in the form of the number of strips. Minimum 1, maximum ten).

5. Press the "On" button raise the INTENSITY (power of IMPACT) to the desired level.

If we “went through” with the power of exposure, we return it to a comfortable level by successively pressing the “Off” button.

6. Press the "I/Ch" button again - the ability to control will turn on Frequency exposure (the indicator in the lower LEFT corner reflects the level in the form of a number of bars).

7. Press the "On" buttons and "Off" adjust the Frequency (speed of pulses) to an effective and comfortable level.

Always use only clean plates.
Do not bend the plates. Avoid touching the plates with metal objects such as belt buckle, chain, etc.

General rules

Session time. The optimal number of sessions and the level of intensity of exposure.

The standard massage time for one area is 10-15 minutes. A full massage session should not exceed 30 minutes, and for this you will have to turn on the device again.

Optimal number of sessions: 1-2 per day.

The choice of intensity and frequency depends on the physical condition of the person. Therefore, these parameters are selected individually. In the first few days of use, determine the massage regimen that is most comfortable for you by trying different intensity and frequency of exposure. If you feel tired or uncomfortable after a massage, reduce the intensity and frequency of the impulses next time, or shorten the session time.

Please note that the intensity of exposure may vary depending on the battery level and condition of the electrodes.
