Skiing competitions play an important role in popularizing skiing and attracting a large number of students. The first stage of skiing competitions at school is the class championship, where the winner (champion) of the individual championship is determined. Based on the results of these competitions, a class team is completed for various intra-school competitions.
School championship competitions can be held on different program: 1) between parallel classes (VIIA, VIIB, VIIB, etc.); 2) between groups of classes (adjacent classes -III-IV, V-VI, VII-VIII, IX-X, X-XI); 3) between all classes of the school. The composition of the class teams by gender and the number of participants is determined by the position. In the second and third cases, the calculation of team results is carried out according to the score tables, which allows you to correctly evaluate the results of participants in various distances and, regardless of gender and age of students, determine the winning team for the school championship. In the individual championship, school champions are determined in each age group at various distances.
When preparing cross-country skiing tracks, it is necessary to pay attention to the compliance of the track profile (its complexity) with the gender, age and preparedness of young skiers. When drawing up a calendar plan and a program, it is necessary to take into account the gradual increase in the load both in terms of complexity and the length of the distance. At the beginning of the season, it is recommended to hold competitions on slightly rugged terrain and on tracks of shorter length. So, for example, older girls are allowed to compete at distances up to 10 km, but at the beginning of the season they should be limited to distances up to 3 km; young men are respectively allowed up to 20 km, recommended no more than 5 km. In other age groups - in boys and girls -
teenagers and younger girls and boys - distances are also reduced by about half of the maximum allowable for each age. Here is a table of allowable distances:
At mass competitions distances that are the maximum allowable for a given age, even in the middle of the season, are not recommended.
At school, you can hold biathlon competitions for high school students with small-caliber or air rifles. They can be considered as one of the forms of pre-conscription training of young men; teachers - organizers of the course "Fundamentals of Life Safety" should participate in their organization, preparation and conduct. If there is a shortage of small-caliber rifles for all participants, the competition can be held according to simplified rules. Participants go through the race stage with mock weapons or training rifles, while target rifles and ammunition are located directly on the shooting range. The young man, coming to the shooting range, takes off his training rifle and starts shooting from the one located at the turn. Having shot, he leaves it at the turn for another participant, and he puts on his training and goes further to the distance. Young men are very interested in participating in such competitions. Training can be conducted during the section. In addition, there may be several specialized training shooting from the move.
When organizing such competitions, it is necessary to pay the most serious attention to safety when shooting. The line for shooting should include a high shaft, a cliff for bullet-catching. The appearance of people in the direction of the shooting is excluded.
During competitions in cross-country skiing temperature must be taken into account. In the regions of the middle and southern strip of the Russian Federation, it is impossible to hold competitions at temperatures below -20 ° C; in the northern and equivalent areas - not lower than -30°С. In case of strong wind (6-10 m/s) competitions are also prohibited.
The chief referee of the competition is a member of the Presidium of the St. Petersburg cross-country skiing referees, a referee of the All-Russian category.
VI. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS AND CONDITIONS FOR THEIR ADMISSION
Teams of students of St. Petersburg sports schools in cross-country skiing of the year of birth are allowed to participate in the competition.
The team consists of 10 people (5 boys and 5 girls). From one institution, an unlimited number of teams are allowed to participate in the competition.
Teams participating in the competition must have a sports uniform corresponding to the sport of cross-country skiing, bibs, equipment necessary for this sport (skis, ski poles and boots).
Teams are allowed to compete in accordance with the submitted applications.
V. COMPETITION PROGRAM
Competition starts at 12.00. The arrival of the teams and the beginning of the work of the credentials committee at 11.00.
Distance: boys - 3 km, girls - 2 km.
Competitions are held according to the current competition rules of the Russian Ski Racing Federation, as well as on the basis of this Regulation.
Each team participating in the competition must have its own official representative. The representative is responsible for the discipline of the participants and their timely appearance at the start.
VI. CONDITIONS FOR SUMMING UP
Individual and team competitions.
The individual championship is determined by the best time in the individual race ( classic style).
The winners and prize-winners in the relay are determined by the best time among boys and girls.
The team standings includes the sum of the 5 best results of the boys in the individual race, the 5 best results of the girls in the individual race and the sum of the results of the relay race among boys and girls.
Protests are submitted by the official representative of the team to the chief referee no later than within an hour after the end of the competition.
Protests are considered by the panel of judges on the day they are submitted. The decision on the protest is drawn up in a written conclusion and attached to the report of the panel of judges on the competition.
VII. AWARDING
Winners in the individual championship are awarded with medals, certificates and valuable prizes. Winners of the individual championship are awarded with medals and certificates.

VIII. FINANCING TERMS

The costs associated with providing travel to the venue of the competition and the insurance of participants are borne by the sending organizations.
IX. SAFETY OF PARTICIPANTS
Competitions are held on the basis sports facility that meets the requirements of the relevant regulatory legal acts in force on the territory Russian Federation and aimed at ensuring public order and safety of participants and spectators, as well as in the presence of acts of readiness of the sports facility for holding competitions, approved in the prescribed manner.
X. INSURANCE
Participation in competitions is carried out only in the presence of the original contract on life and health insurance against accidents, which is submitted in panel of judges for each competitor.
XI. APPLYING FOR PARTICIPATION
Preliminary applications for participation in competitions in the prescribed form (application) are submitted on February 20, 2012 from 11:00 to 12:00 in the conference hall of St. Petersburg GBOU DOD SDYUSSHOR for cross-country skiing, at the address: St. . 5, lit. BUT.
The final applications for participation in the competitions are submitted during the credentials committee.
All participants in the competition, when passing the credentials committee, must have with them:
An application certified by a doctor and the head of the institution;
Passport or birth certificate (copy certified by the director of the educational institution);
The original contract for life and health insurance against accidents, drawn up in the prescribed manner in an officially operating insurance company.
In the absence of these documents, the team is not allowed to compete.

All-Russian competitions among general students educational organizations in cross-country skiing for the prizes of the Pionerskaya Pravda newspaper (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) are held in order to organize physical culture and sports work in educational organizations.
The main tasks are:
involvement of schoolchildren in regular classes physical culture and sports, strengthening their health;
further development of mass skiing;
preparation for passing the standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP).
II. PLACE AND DATES
Competitions are held in three stages.
Istage - competitions in the municipalities of the Russian Federation (January 2019);
IIstage - competitions in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (February 2019);
IIIstage - All-Russian final competitions are held in the city of Pervouralsk (Sverdlovsk region) from March 26 to March 31, 2019, including March 26 - the day of arrival, March 31 - the day of departure.
III. EVENT ORGANIZERS

Cross-country skiing competitions among students of educational institutions (hereinafter referred to as competitions) are held in order to organize sports and recreational work in educational institutions.
The main tasks are:
involvement of schoolchildren in regular physical education and sports;
promotion of a healthy lifestyle;
strengthening the health of schoolchildren;
development of mass skiing.
II. Venue and dates
Competitions are held in four stages:
Stage II: February 2014 on the territory of urban districts and municipal districts;
Stage IV: final all-Russian competitions March 26-31, 2014, Pervouralsk, Sverdlovsk region.
III. Organizers of the event General management of the organization and conduct of the I and II stages of the competition is carried out by the executive authorities in the field of education, physical culture and sports of urban districts and municipal districts of the Republic of Karelia.

Requirements for participants and conditions for their admission III.
Competitions are held among boys and girls in two age groups: born in 2000-2001. (13-14 years old) and born in 2002 - 2003 (11-12 years old) - students of educational institutions.
The composition of the team of one educational institution is 6 people (5 participants, 1 coach) in each age group separately among boys and girls.
Teams of educational institutions are allowed to participate in the competitions of the III (republican) stage of the competition - winners of municipal competitions in each age group separately among boys and girls, as well as winners and prize-winners in the individual championship who were not included in the winning team.
Petrozavodsk city district is allowed to compete by two teams of secondary schools.
Teams of educational institutions are allowed to participate in the competitions of the IV stage (zonal competitions) - the winners of the republican competitions in each age group separately among boys and girls, as well as winners and prize-winners in the individual championship of the republican competitions, who were not included in the winning team.
IV. Physical education program

VIII. Financing conditions
The costs associated with holding competitions of I and II stages of the competition are provided by municipalities of urban districts and municipal districts of the Republic of Karelia.
Financing of the competitions of the III (republican) stage of the competitions (rent of a sports facility (as agreed), refereeing of the competitions, medical care, awarding is carried out by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Karelia.
Expenses for sending teams to the III (republican) stage of the competition (food, travel, daily allowance on the way, accommodation) at the expense of sending organizations.
Expenses for sending participants to the IV stage of the competition are covered by the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Karelia.
Competitors can be insured at the expense of budgetary and non-budgetary funds, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

protocols of competitions of the previous stage;
certificate of the student with a photo, indicating full name, date of birth, place of study, certified by the signature of the director of the educational institution and the seal that is placed on the corner of the student's photo, for each member of the school team (Appendix 4).
Responsibility for the correct staffing of the team rests with the sending organization and the team leader.
