I am often asked what is the main difference between the Mirzakarim Norbekov system and other health systems.

The Norbekov system is a learning process that begins during a ten-day cycle of classes in the gym and continues throughout life, as a person never gets tired of learning and improving himself.

What is the essence of the system of psychosomatic self-regulation of the human body according to the method of Academician Norbekov? In my opinion, and I am firmly convinced of this, the discovery made by him in the field of human psychophysiology belongs to the medicine of the XXI century!

The essence of considering the disease with almost all methods is as follows: the disease is the main part. This is the point of view including orthodox medicine. According to the Norbekov system, the disease is considered only as a consequence. Norbekov saw through this ailment the root - the cause of disturbances in the body. When the spirit is weakened, consciousness loses its bearings, it is clogged with false attitudes, and the body becomes homeless and withers away, because the mind leads it poorly or does not lead at all.

First of all, the spine begins to suffer from inactivity - the second most important (after the brain) element of our body, because it contains the nerves leading to all vital body organs. Their health directly depends on the condition of certain vertebrae.

For example, disorders in the 4th cervical vertebra entail trouble for the eyes, face, neck, teeth, throat, nose, ears, lungs, heart, liver, diaphragm, adrenal glands, spleen.

The 2nd thoracic vertebra is directly connected with the lungs and pleura, the 5th with the eyes, thyroid gland and pain in the throat and abdomen. The heart, intestines, sense of smell, vision may also suffer from subluxation of the 10th thoracic vertebra.

Exercises

1. Relaxed run. jogging.
2. Breathing exercises.

Tasks: a) saturate tissues with oxygen and expel carbon dioxide; b) clear and strengthen the airways.

Effect: multiple increase in the efficiency of the body.

Breathing technique: inhalation - through the nose, exhalation - through the mouth, and the inhalation is twice as short as the exhalation.

Breathing in static (calm): inhale (by counting) - 2-3 s, exhale (by counting) - 4-6 s.

Breathing in dynamics: inhale - 3-4 s, exhale (in portions, as if sobbing or laughing) - 6-10 s.

This breathing system is over 2,000 years old.

3. "Fence". We pull the top of the head up, try to look out from behind the hand. In this position, turn to the right and left (25-30 s) (Fig. 1).

4. Development of the vertebrae and muscles of the neck (Fig. 2).

5. Massage of the cervical nerves and capillaries of the head. Full turn right and left. The muscles of the head are completely relaxed (Fig. 3).

10. Hip joints. With the pelvis we try to outline the largest possible circle - right and left (5 times each). Breathing through hip joints, inhalation - coolness, exhalation - warmth (Fig. 10).

11. Knee joints. Before performing the exercise, grasp the kneecaps and warm them up with your palms for 15-20 seconds. Holding on to the kneecaps, we unwind them in a large circle to the right and left (5 times each). Inhale-exhale - through the knee joints (Fig. 11).

12. "Drunkard". We develop the ankle. Legs shoulder width apart. We get up on our toes, go to the outer edge of the right foot and the inner edge of the left, go to the heels of both legs, go to the outer edge of the left foot and to the inner edge of the right. And so on in a circle - to the right and
to the left (5 times). Inhale-exhale - through the ankles (Fig. 12).

13. Exercise, beneficial for the intestines.

Massages the abdominal region, eliminates constipation. Tilts forward (knees are straight), we take out the floor with our palms (7-9 times). On the last slope (helping with hands, holding the shins), we linger, counting to seven. Inhale-exhale through the abdominal region (Fig. 13).

Imagine that you are sleeping and look inside your breath when the brain and physical body are turned off for a few seconds.

There is a breath, then a long exhalation 3-4 times longer than the breath, then there is a pause and again the second to the next stages. This is the kind of breathing our body recommends to us.

I developed a group of exercises with "sleep breathing" in which bronchial asthma goes away in a matter of days; if asthma is started, then recovery occurs a few days later.

Before proceeding to the first stage of the exercises, pay attention to correct breathing. We press the tip of the tongue to the upper palate and take an arbitrary breath through the nose, so with this position of the tongue (child's breathing) you will not be able to inhale through the mouth. We exhale through the mouth, and the exhalation is 2-3 times longer than the inhalation. So eleven times.

Now an exercise. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth while counting "ones" aloud. The word “time” must be pronounced as if you are pressing an imaginary wall away from you with both hands. So nine times.

The same goes for one-two. And so nine times.

The same goes for one-two-three. So nine times.

You need to continue the exercise until the count of five or seven. Immediately after this exercise, some will feel a cough (this is the collected mucus in the bronchial tree), some dizziness (from constant improper breathing).
