School of figure skating "Academy of Sports" exists for more than 14 years on the basis of its own ice rinks and the best ice palaces in Moscow. It brings together strong specialists in figure skating, general physical preparation, choreography and ice dancing in its coaching staff. The activities of the school are carried out in close cooperation with the Moscow Figure Skating Federation. Amateur and qualifying competitions held by the school are included in the official calendar of the Federation and municipalities of the capital.

Our school has two departments:

Wellness Department where everyone is taught to beautifully skate, regardless of age and level physical training. The students of the department participate in staging ice fairy tales on ice, prepare solo and group performances for amateur competitions, and go to training camps with the whole family. In addition to ice classes, choreography and general physical training classes are held here.

sports department is intended for those who want to engage in figure skating more seriously, get sports ranks and participate in Russian and international competitions. The students of the department are engaged in group and private lessons on ice, without fail attend classes in general and special physical training, choreography and a dance class.

Our school provides an opportunity to learn how to confidently skate, regardless of age (from 3.5 years old) and level of physical fitness. Moreover, figure skating classes can be attended by whole families! We have 9 levels of mastering the skill of figure skating, after passing two of them you will already be able to take part in international competitions among figure skating fans! When developing the figure skating program, the advanced experience of the USA, Germany, France and other countries was used.

For babies The school of figure skating provides special game equipment on ice, simulators in the form of fairy-tale characters are used, which turn figure skating into an exciting adventure, so time at the school flies by unnoticed. Our school is one of the strongest in Moscow (if we count Moscow and the region), and many athletes who started training in our schools in the "zero" years are now satisfied with how their sports career. School of figure skating "Academy of Sports" provides invaluable experience and the knowledge that is necessary for success in sports and life.

Adults in our sports league given as much attention as the children. In figure skating classes in Moscow, coaches use elements of sports and ballroom dancing on ice and the ice-fitness program, which is a novelty in Moscow and was developed by figure skating specialists and nutritionists to reduce weight and improve the harmony of the figure.

Another important difference- is rich club life a school that will make the sports activities of students interesting and intense, will allow them to show their creative abilities, learn something new about their favorite hobby. This is a regular holding of master classes (in Moscow) with famous athletes, holidays on ice, competitions, organization of trips to training camps in Russia and abroad. Figure skating can give you more than just sports training.

It doesn’t matter how old you are, what kind of sports training you have - for figure skating there are practically no restrictions on age, build and physical data. We will teach you how to ride, and you will enjoy riding, improving your skills, achieving new successes day after day. In our figure skating sections, classes are held on various dates and hours, so you can choose a sports mode that will allow you to combine sports and work (study).
