The famous poem by Samuil Marshak "The Unknown Hero" is no longer remembered by many. But in Soviet times, almost every schoolchild could recite it by heart, because it was a kind of hymn to the TRP physical culture and sports complex.

Looking for firefighters
Looking for the police
Looking for photographers
In our capital
Looking for a long time
But they can't find
some guy
Twenty years.
Medium height,
Shouldered and strong
He walks in white
T-shirt and cap.
Sign "TRP"
On his chest.
Don't know anymore
Nothing about him.

It was not by chance that we remembered Samuil Marshak's poem and the TRP complex, with which we all will have to make friends again. The Decree “On the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” (TRP)” was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin back in the spring, on March 24, 2014, and was put into effect on September 1.

About how this long-term and multifaceted program will be implemented in the capital, the correspondent of "M-SPORT" decided to ask the deputy head of the Moscow Sports Committee Alexei Pyzhov.

Veterans are ready to lead by example

Alexei Nikolaevich, not much time has passed since the entry into force of the Presidential Decree to talk about any success. The main work on the introduction of the GTO complex into our everyday life still ahead. How prepared are the capital for it?

Moscow, along with the Yaroslavl, Sverdlovsk regions and a number of other regions, has taken on the role of initiator in the revival of the TRP complex in our country. Of course, already on a modern basis. We were well aware that without such programs, which, of course, include the TRP complex, it is very difficult to develop physical culture and sports. It was especially hard in the early 90s. And later, when the TRP complex ceased to exist in essence, we came up with a kind of analogue for it - the multi-purpose program "Moscow Athlete", which at a certain stage helped us out and justified itself.

The task that faces us now is also not as simple as it might seem at first glance. But since we have already accumulated certain experience inherited from previous generations and acquired already in modern conditions, we will certainly cope with it. The revival of the TRP complex is not a one-time action that was carried out and forgotten. This is a long process that requires competent analysis and a well-thought-out approach. We are actively involved in the work that present tense is still in test mode, since both we and representatives of other regions continue to make amendments and proposals to the TRP complex - until the program is formed.

You belong to the generation that did not need to explain why the TRP complex is needed. By the mid-60s, when it was time to pass the standards, the TRP complex had already received such development in our country that no one had any questions about its expediency. Every self-respecting citizen, regardless of age and belonging to a particular social group, was obliged to comply with the existing standards, despite the fact that this was considered a voluntary matter. Otherwise, schoolmates began to look at you with some bewilderment and even reproach. How so - do not pass the standards of the TRP complex, they are not so complicated?

At the time, that's pretty much how it was. We passed the first serious test of physical readiness in our lives. And no one objected to it. On the contrary, everyone tried to show the most top scores. And if someone did not succeed the first time, he came for the second, third time ... It could not be otherwise, we were brought up and taught that way. Having received the TRP badge as the first award, we then proudly wore it on the lapel of our jacket - like that unknown hero of Samuil Marshak.

At the same time, no one was embarrassed to wear their first awards. By the way, over time, I managed to assemble a unique collection in which all issued TRP badges are presented, starting from 1931. It is still intact and, hopefully, will soon begin to replenish again.

- And why are badges not yet issued to those who comply with the standards of the TRP complex?

Because badges are not supposed to be issued for test standards. You must have noticed the grade books during the Moscow TRP Festival, which was recently held at Luzhniki. It is written on them in black and blue (this is the color that was given to the participants in the books) that they are intended for test passing standards. By 2017, when all the work on the formation of the TRP complex will be completed, I hope badges will appear.

- Wasn't it easier to rehabilitate the old system than to create some new one?

If you formally approach the task at hand, it may be easier. But we are not going to blindly copy the old system, it is outdated. Today is required new approach and new offers. Although we will try to preserve the foundation on which the TRP complex has been based for many years. Of course, making certain amendments. The specialists of the Ministry of Sports constantly accept them from us, process them, consult and give recommendations: what to remove and what to bring into the new TRP complex.

There are plenty of questions too. For example, where and how is it better to pass the standards of the TRP complex? Since we do not have universal sports facilities at our disposal, which would have a swimming pool, a shooting range, an athletics stadium, and in winter a ski stadium, we have to think about a suitable place for passing the standards every time. Or here's another one difficult question associated with grenade throwing. Where to do this exercise? On the football field it is impossible, you can spoil the grassy lawn. And it is not so easy to find some specially designated place. So you have to think about what to do: either decide on a place, or with a test that makes life so difficult for everyone.

So it will be useful to test all the standards again. Maybe not even once. To end up with as few contentious issues as possible. For example, when choosing positions such as pull-ups and push-ups. On the one hand, there seems to be nothing complicated: someone chooses push-ups for themselves, and someone pulls up. But, if you look closely, study both processes, it will not be difficult to notice that the number of pull-ups in terms of effort and energy consumption does not correspond to the number of push-ups.

Therefore, various proposals are being made.

We, in turn, are also waiting for proposals. From physical education teachers who can give us some tips or recommendations, from physical education instructors in the workplace. They can also offer us something useful. Then these data will be collected and transferred to the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation.

Specialists of our main department of the country informally approached the development of standards for the TRP complex, involved science, medicine, coaches, athletes, and physical education teachers in this process. And today they develop not only the standards themselves, but also give certain recommendations for their implementation.

This is very important because there are many different nuances. For example, how to properly pull up on the horizontal bar? Where should the hands squeezing the crossbar be directed: inward or outward? It is clear that with the internal grip of the horizontal bar, pulling up is much easier. But this is wrong, you need to wrap your arms around the crossbar on the contrary, otherwise the result will not be counted.

Or take, for example, the standard for walking - for older age categories. Some believe that 3-4 kilometers a day is enough for the elderly, while others do not agree with such norms. Which of them is right, obviously, tests will tell. Therefore, it is necessary to experiment, discuss, before making additions and adjustments. It was on this principle that we, at one time, implemented the program "Moscow Athlete". Now this experience is useful to us.

Motivation matters in every business.

- What do you think is the most important thing in the TRP complex?

If you do not go into details and nuances, then the most important thing is the incentive. First, in order to test their physical capabilities. Secondly, on the basis of the audit carried out, adjust your training process, or to make some amendments to independent physical education and sports. And, thirdly, to harden the body, make it stronger, more resilient and healthy. This is not just my personal opinion. The experts involved in health care and education, with whom we have to work together on the development and implementation of the TRP complex, think in the same way.

- Why is testing given so much time?

In order not to make mistakes and not ruin the whole project in the end. The test is an indicator that will help you find the right solution. Before offering people to comply with certain standards, you need to make sure that they are suitable for the majority both in age and in strength. A person decides to test his physical abilities not because he suddenly felt like it, or at one fine moment came into his head. If this were true, then he would go out into the clearing, take a cobblestone instead of a grenade and hurl it as far as he could. I measured the approximate result and went on - about my business. But he doesn't want that. Firstly, it is not interesting, and, secondly, there must be some definite meaning. For example, a person wrung out twenty times, having fulfilled the standard set for his age group. It's one thing if he did it with a margin, and quite another - with the last of his strength. He cares about potential. And not only potential, but also some element of competition. It doesn't matter with whom - with a friend or with yourself. The result sometimes depends not only on strength, but also on technique, speed and endurance. I looked at how others do it, tried it, and got a completely different indicator. In other words, he approached the task more prepared and, thanks to this, achieved a good result.

So in any case there must be an incentive. At first, I pulled myself up on the horizontal bar only five times - it's okay. Next time you can try more. And so as not to forget - here's a reminder for you - in the grade book. It is not necessary to pass the standards every month. It is better to do this in a year to compare what kind of physical shape you are. And this is another additional incentive.

Charge, stand up!

Do you agree that the TRP complex should have some kind of family origin? Because it is one thing when a child is shown an example at school, and quite another when parents pass the standards in parallel with him. If dad did twenty push-ups, then the son will try to keep up, and the daughter will try to keep up with her mother. Also a kind of incentive.

I agree that parents should set an example for their children. I remember well how, as a child, my father woke me up for exercises, which were regularly broadcast on the radio. He was not an avid athlete, but as a wise man who went through a difficult and harsh war, he perfectly understood how important it was for me to grow up strong and healthy. Sometimes I didn’t want to get up, laziness overcame, but seeing the example of my father in front of me, I tried not to let him down, and regularly did exercises with him.

Now it may seem ridiculous to many - charging by radio. But after all, this idea justified itself in its time. Maybe you should think about how it can be modernized? In Moscow, sometimes we exercise with the champions. It is worth thinking about what else can be interesting. And then we have so many people for various reasons rarely leave the house. Some are embarrassed by fullness, others - by poor coordination, therefore, every time they are complexed when they are offered to lean forward or squat. And there are still others who cannot be dragged away from the computer. They crawl away when the back already starts to hurt and the eyes are hard to see. They go to the doctors, but it would be possible to do without them if every day, at least half an hour, were given to exercises.

The same can be said about industrial gymnastics. It used to be broadcast over the radio on a working afternoon. Then they canceled, they say, outlived itself. But some modern leaders have again introduced production gymnastics at their enterprises and institutions. And in every possible way encourage employees who regularly engage in physical education and sports. And they don't do it for fun. They understand that physically strong and healthy employees work better and more productively. Therefore, in such modern enterprises and industries, fitness and GYM's, recovery and treatment rooms. I have no doubt that workers and employees of such enterprises without special work will be able to fulfill the standards of the TRP complex.

- On what principles should the system of the TRP complex be built?

On fairly simple and well-known for a long time: voluntariness, accessibility, varia-

activity, since the TRP complex should provide not only some clear standards, but also some elements of the game. For example, hit basketball into the ring. In addition, the regions, at their discretion, are allowed to introduce two of their own standards into the TRP complex - one for some national sport, the other for a popular sport among young people.

We do not need fictitious indicators

There is no need to chase indicators: who has more TRP badges in the district or district. It is necessary to pay more attention to quality, then there will be no postscripts. Why do you think you have become more actively involved in physical education and sports in Moscow? Because there are conditions and opportunities for independent sports in the capital. Look how much has been built in recent years sports grounds at the place of residence, how park and forest park zones began to be equipped, how the embankments of the Moskva River were transformed, how many bike paths were laid and the so-called health paths were trodden, areas for workout. All these are links of the same chain aimed at the implementation of the state program for the improvement of the population. Today we want to return physical education not only to the stadiums, squares and streets of our metropolis, but also to Moscow courtyards.

Previously, the delivery of the standards of the TRP complex has always been massive. As a rule, in stadiums or some other large sports facilities. Today there are not many such places in the capital. Where are you planning to host these events?

Obviously where there are opportunities. To feel the strength and power, energy and enthusiasm of the younger generation, it is not at all necessary to gather everyone in one place. And to arrange the pursuit of mass character contrary to common sense. It is much more useful to think about how to use all mass competitions held in Moscow. We believe that they should contain at least one or more TRP elements. Then the mass character will increase and some additional interest and incentive will appear.

- We started with the TRP complex, and then gradually switched to physical education in general.

Indeed, it all starts with physical education, with exercises, with determining the physical capabilities of a person - this is already a TRP complex. And then, if a person is hardworking and talented, he can try his hand at sports or support his physical form like a sportsman.

Both are useful and interesting. We just need to decide what suits each of us best.

Our reference

The program of physical education in general education, professional and sports organizations of the USSR was adopted in 1931. The Komsomol was the initiator of the creation of a special TRP sports complex. May 24, 1930

yes, the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper published an article in which it proposed to establish uniform criteria for assessing the physical readiness of young people. And then, according to these criteria, conduct tests for strength, agility, endurance and speed. The initiative quickly found supporters and soon addressed the Komsomol organizations and the All-Union Council physical education various proposals began to arrive at the Central Executive Committee of the USSR on the creation of a TRP complex. I even had to create a special commission in order to select the best of them. As a result, the 20-year-old Moscow athlete Ivan Osipov, who proposed the most interesting option, was named the author of the TRP complex.

The first TRP complex, approved on March 11, 1931, consisted of one stage. In order to complete it and receive a special badge as a reward, it was necessary to complete 21 tests, 15 of which were practical. They included such disciplines as running 100, 500 and 1000 meters, long and high jumps, grenade throwing, pulling up on the crossbar, rope climbing, swimming, as well as the ability to ride a bicycle, drive a tractor, motorcycle, car, horseback riding. riding and advancing in a gas mask. Theoretical tests required military knowledge, as well as a history of physical achievements.

The TRP program, created in the 1930s, subsequently covered almost all segments of the population from 10 to 60 years old. It consisted of two parts: "Be ready for labor and defense of the USSR" (BGTO, designed for schoolchildren in grades 1-8 (four age levels) and the TRP - for students and various age groups over 16 years old (three steps).

Students who successfully fulfilled the standards of the TRP complex were awarded a special badge. To get it, it was necessary to perform a certain set of exercises: to wring out a given amount of

in time, run a hundred meters, long jump or throw a grenade. Depending on how prepared the teenager was, who passed the TRP standard, he was awarded either a silver or a gold badge.

In 1940, 1947, 1955, 1959, 1965 changes have been made to the program. Last All-Union sports complex The TRP was approved by a resolution of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR on January 17, 1972. It provided for five age levels (each had its own requirements). The first step is "Brave and dexterous" (10-11 and 12-13 years old). The second step is "Sports shift" (14-15 years old). The third step is "Strength and Courage" (16-18 years old). The fourth step is "Physical Perfection" (for men aged 19-28 and 29-39, as well as women aged 19-28 and 29-34). Fifth step - "Vigor and health" (men 40-60 years old and women 40-55 years old). In the Armed Forces of the USSR, starting from 1972, there was a military sports complex (VSK) that meets the standards of the 4th stage of the TRP.

In the period from 1931 to 1941, more than 6 million people fulfilled the standards of the TRP complex of stage I, and over 100 million people completed stage II.

The army of athletes and athletes in our country continued to grow further. If in 1948 in the USSR there were only 139 physical culture teams and 7.7 million athletes, then by 1977, thanks to the TRP complex, there were already 219 thousand physical culture teams and 52,300,000 athletes.

In the period from 1972 to 1974, the standards of the TRP complex were fulfilled by 58 million people. Since 1974, the All-Union TRP all-around competitions began to be held in our country. Over 37 million athletes took part in the mass starts in 1975. The winners and prize-winners of the final competitions (about 500 people) were awarded the title of Master of Sports of the USSR and Master of Sports international class. Seven people in our country became TRP all-around world champions after the most massive physical culture movement stepped outside our country.

- As you may have guessed, today we will talk about physical - re and sports

History of the TRP

CONVERSATION - the discovery of a new . Slides 9 - 13

- Let's see what is the GTO?

In the young years of your grandparents, when our country was called the USSR or the Soviet Union, you could often meet a boy or girl with such a badge on his chest. This badge bears the inscription "Ready for Labor and Defense". It is that generation that remembers well these cherished letters - TRP.

What does this mean? Let's figure it out.

What do you think, what kind of person can consider himself ready for work and defense: weak, lethargic or strong, physically developed? (children's answers)

So, a person who was engaged in physical education, improved himself, was awarded, as a reward, such a badge as confirmation that he was ready at any moment to cope with difficult work or stand up for the defense of his country, if necessary.

How did it turn out how strong a person is, athletic, fit, dexterous? Was it measured by some device?

No. To establish this, it was necessary to pass certain standards (TRP standards).

TRP or Ready for Labor and Defense is a sports complex that aims to improve health, comprehensive physical development people, preparing them for labor activity and defense of the motherland.

Existed since on . Covered the population aged 10 to 60 years. For each age group, the corresponding requirements and standards of physical training were established.

Slide 14 - 18

AT physical complex included gymnastic exercises, running, jumping (long or high), throwing (ball, discus, spear, shot put, etc.), swimming, ski race

All these exercises you will learn in physical education classes.

Passing the standards was confirmed by special badges.

Depending on the level of achievement, those passing the standards of each stage were awarded a gold or silver badge.

Those who passed the standards for several years received the badge "Honorary badge of the TRP".

Children, youth, famous scientists, athletes, heroes of labor took part in the competitions for the delivery of the TRP.All Soviet cosmonauts were owners of TRP badges. Yuri Gagarin, while still studying at a vocational school, played basketball and hockey and passed the TRP standards for a gold badge.

It was the person who was engaged in physical education, improved himself, who was awarded such a badge as an award - confirmation that he is ready at any moment to cope with difficult work or stand up for the defense of his country, if necessary.

Physical education minute (Slide 19 - 26)

TRP in modern times

Teacher: In 2004, having decided to revive the All-Russian physical culture movement, they conducted an experiment in which 6,000 boys and girls took part. Schoolchildren were asked to pass the 1972 TRP standards. Unfortunately, today's youth has shown low level physical training - only 9% were able to cope with sports standards. That is, those standards that your grandparents passed, only a few can do it.

Slide 27 - 28

By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, on September 1, 2014, the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (GTO) was introduced in our country to solve the problem of promoting the values of a healthy lifestyle and strengthening the health of children. The updated transcript of the TRP sounds like: “I am proud of you, Fatherland!”

Also, the need to re-introduce the TRP is explained by the fact that the majority of the Russian population is not actively involved in sports, leads an unhealthy lifestyle (a sedentary lifestyle, a passion for computers, alcoholism, smoking, drug addiction).Slide 29

Therefore, the goal of the revival of the TRP is an attempt to instill in schoolchildren the habit of a healthy lifestyle and mass sports. To instead computer games children went in for sports.

Schoolchildren who fulfill the standards of the complex will be awarded gold, silver or bronze badges of distinction, and will also receive sports titles. The possession of such insignia will give bonuses for admission to higher educational institutions.slide 30

Game - chant "Useful - harmful"

Teacher : Let's take a break and play a game.

Do sport

Analysis of the poem "The Story of an Unknown Hero" by Marshak

The work "The Story of an Unknown Hero" by Samuil Yakovlevich Marshak was first published in the same year both on the pages of the Pravda newspaper and in Murzilka.

The poem is dated 1937. At this time, the author of his hero of the day, he turned 50 years old. He is going through one of the most difficult periods for his work: the publishing house he heads has been dispersed, employees have been fired or even arrested. The writer went headlong into translations of English poetry, patronizes the publication of the book "The Wizard of the Emerald City" by the then unknown author A. Volkov. In terms of genre - a poem, a ballad based on a real incident described in a newspaper. However, the poet reworked the plot for a children's audience. The hero saves not a girl, but a girl, and remains unrecognized. The rhyme is sonorous, in fact, adjacent (if you line up the lines in slightly longer rows). The poem begins with a reception straight from a fairy tale: throughout “a certain kingdom, a certain state”, messengers are looking for a hero. His verbal portrait is passed from mouth to mouth: young, dexterous, in a cap, and most importantly - with the TRP badge on a T-shirt. It would seem that according to such signs, both policemen and other enthusiasts should have found it. What kind of bird: idiom. Meanwhile, the people are already making up legends. So, it was spring, a citizen in a cap was riding a tram. Suddenly - a fire! A whole crowd gathered outside the house, paralyzed by the spectacle. “The child held out his hands to them”: perhaps one of the most terrible lines in children's poetry. It should be noted that the topic is actually not childish, but it is important in everyday life, forcing you to empathize and take an example, which is why the poet took it up. In the blink of an eye, a broad-shouldered stranger overcomes several floors through the pipe. Then the heartbreaking stanzas of the descent of a guy with a precious burden on his hands begin. Finally, firefighters arrive, the well-coordinated work of professionals is in full swing. It is felt that the author himself worries about his characters. And when everyone began to consider the brave young man and the dead child - they suddenly appear in the yard. Mother and people are happy. The guy on the go jumps into the right tram and waves goodbye. The composition becomes circular, in the finale the words sound: everyone is ready for a feat! Details give special realism, tension to the poem. Deliberate prosaisms make the text even more colorful, comparison (as in a fairy tale), inversion (he kept), there is a description of the urban landscape, an apartment building.

“The Story of an Unknown Hero” by S. Marshak is a civil lyric for children, an educational example and a guide.

No matter what the Soviet Union said, it was very fashionable to be healthy and play sports in those years. Now everyone thinks that a healthy lifestyle is a trend of the "West". No matter how! Soviet people loved physical education. In 1931, the first sports movement was founded in the USSR, uniting all those who lead a healthy lifestyle - the TRP. The abbreviation stands for: "Ready for Labor and Defense."

The movement became so popular that the TRP badge, which was given to everyone who more or less fulfilled the standards, was sometimes a special sign:

Medium height. Shouldered and strong. He wears a white T-shirt and cap. Sign "GTO" On his chest. They don't know anything about him anymore.

However, few people know that the prerequisites for the TRP were born long before its appearance. In 1918, by the April decree of V.I. Lenin introduced military universal education. The competitions were sports camp for 8-10 days, in which everyone from 18 to 40 years old could take part. The program was taken from military training.

Later, in May 1918, the first sports parade was held on Red Square. General education remained relevant throughout the country until the outbreak of the Civil War. By that time in sports events about 4 million citizens actively participated. However, after this movement did not resume its existence.

It was replaced by OSOAVIKHIM - Society for the Promotion of Defense, Aviation and Chemical Construction. The new movement was significantly different from the previous format. Now everyone could not only develop physically, but also learn how to jump with a parachute, ride a horse and even shoot from military weapons.

It was in those years that the government began to think about creating an alternative Olympic Games. Since the country did not participate in international competitions due to low sports training undermined by political upheavals. In addition, the Bolsheviks were of the opinion that the Olympic paraphernalia should remain in the past, as remnants of the bourgeois system.

Sport is obliged to benefit the whole country - under this motto, the TRP was born. The goal of its creation was to involve as many people as possible in the movement, regardless of their level of physical fitness. By the way, the term “health care” became synonymous with the word “physical education” On May 24, 1930, the first secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League, Alexander Kosarev, signed a decree to publish an article in Komsomolskaya Pravda, where the term “TRP” was first used.

The material was about a healthy lifestyle, sports spirit and a call to create sport competitions countrywide. The idea was successfully supported by all sectors of society. Thus, on May 11, 1931, the TRP complex was established. And while Soviet residents enthusiastically improved their physical form, foreign media guessed that this is a new "powerful weapon Soviet Union”, which even published the headline of the British “Times”.

Despite the fact that participation in the TRP was exclusively voluntary, almost everyone had a desire to try their hand. Various disciplines were offered to choose from, but the standards were set the same for everyone. The TRP included several blocks: the ability to provide first aid, demonstration of military and technical skills. The second block was the actual delivery of sports tasks, such as: jumping, swimming, pulling up, running, shooting, skiing and cycling, etc.

Later, the tasks of the TRP underwent changes and were aimed more at military theme. So, for example, since 1933, the participants of the competition crawled a certain distance with a rifle in their hands, after which they shot at targets. By the way, by this time the movement had its own special icon. The idea of its creation belongs to Vladimir Tokarev, an ordinary schoolboy from Moscow. The idea of a fifteen-year-old teenager was embodied in reality by the artist Mikhail Yaguzhinsky. The first copies began to produce two types: silver and bronze.

Each badge initially had its own number, and special supporting documents were attached to it. Honored Master of Sports in speed skating Yakov Melnikov. Over the years, the TRP system has been complicated by adding more exercise. Since 1932, it included 32 standards.

Now, in order to pass everything "excellent", a considerable amount of advance physical preparation was required. All cosmonauts had a TRP badge, and Yuri Gagarin received it while still studying at a vocational school. By the way, the first women to receive TRP badges were students of the Air Force Academy.

By this time, the total number of athletes who managed to adequately perform all the exercises amounted to 465,000 people. And three years later, this figure increased to a million. And the peak of participation in the TRP came in the 70s, when 60 million athletes across the country received TRP badges! To date, the norms of the TRP have been revived and have become popular again. In schools and universities, they pass standards, which, although they have changed over time, still pursue one goal - to improve physical training children and teenagers. And this is not just another school reform, but primarily the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and concern for the health of the younger generation.

In 2007, Russia receives the right to host the Olympic Games. This is what started sports movement in the country. To commemorate this, Vladimir Putin signed a new sports law. In 2013, the President proposed to revive the TRP movement. Two years later, he signed the corresponding Decree. It was proposed to implement the program with funds received from the Sochi Olympics, the profit from which amounted to 1.5 billion rubles. The program received a new name - "I'm proud of you, Fatherland", abbreviated as TRP. The concept and standards have been changed. For the first time, the changes also affected employers, who were asked to compensate their employees for sports. And recently, people have the opportunity to receive a tax deduction for this.
