Invigorating gymnastics after sleep in kindergarten middle group. Gymnastics of awakening in verse. "Hares - gray balls"

"Butterfly"

In the morning the butterfly woke up, smiled, stretched.
Once - she washed herself with dew, two - gracefully circled,
three - she bent down and sat down, at four - she flew away.

"Bear"

Bear paws up, bear paws down
Mishka, Mishka spin around, and then touch the ground.

And rub your tummy one, two, three - one, two, three!

"Wake up and smile"
Eyes open, eyelashes rise.
(Light massage faces.)
Children wake up, smile at each other.
(Turn head left and right.)
We breathe evenly, deeply and freely, and easily.
(Take a deep breath in and out, inflating and drawing in the stomach)
What a wonderful exercise - how it helps us,
Mood improves and health strengthens.
(Rubbing with palms chest and forearms).
We squeeze our fists tightly, raise our hands higher.
(Slowly raise your hands up, quickly clenching and unclenching your fists).
Pull hard, pull hard. Smile wider to the sun!
(Arms outstretched, stretching)
Stretched! Smiled!
Finally - we woke up!
Good afternoon It's time to get up!
Make your bed.
"Get up kid"
Get up, kids!
Quiet hour is over, daylight meets us.
We woke up and stretched. Stretches, twists.
We raised our heads, we clench our fists deftly.
The legs began to dance, we do not want to sleep anymore.
Let's lean on our feet, let's rise a little.
Everyone caved in, rounded off, the bridges turned out.
Well, now it's time to get up, get up, kids!
All on the floor barefoot, and then easily running.
Take a breath and get up, get up on your toes.
Lower yourself, exhale and repeat again.
Knead your foot - walk.
Now they are fully awake and back to their business.
"Let's play"
Guys, wake up! Eyes, open up!
Legs, stretch! Hands up!
We will go at a very small pace first.
And then a wider step, like this, like this.
Get on your toes, stretch your arms up.
Raise your legs above and walk like a heron.
The planes were sitting at the airfield, and then they flew.
They flew across the sky for a long, long time, then they landed - they got tired.
The ball bounced high - high ...
Rolled far - far ...
He twirled around, now he stopped.
Ah, how butterflies fly and dance and flutter.
Suddenly freeze, do not move,
They sit on a flower.
Finally, we woke up and got back to our business.
"Cheerfulness"
Hey guys, what are you sleeping? Wake up, don't be lazy!
I will drive away the remnants of sleep, the blanket to the side,
I need gymnastics - it helps a lot.
Look to the right, look to the left, tilt your head down.
We look to the right, we look to the left, look at the ceiling.
Sit straight, legs together, arms up and bend over:
Bend over, pull yourself up, obey your legs, do not bend.
And now they quietly sat down, looked at each other,
They smiled, looked back and stumbled upon the slippers.
They squeezed their fingers, opened them, repeated this many times,
Do it quickly - your fingers will become stronger.
Hands like two wings, step march around the table
Directly to water procedures, and then to business.
"A rise is announced!"

Rise is announced! The dream is over - get up!

But not at once. At first, the hands woke up, stretched.

The legs are straightened, they danced a little.

Let's roll over on the stomach, bend.

And then on the back again, now the bridges are ready.

Let's go on a bike for a bit.

We raise our head, we do not want to lie sick.

One, two, three, and exactly at the same time we need to hit the mat.

This rug is unusual, buttoned, cute.

This rug is very important. It is therapeutic, it is massage.

Stomp, walk around and run a little.

Now let's walk on the floor on toes, on heels,

On outside feet, and then squat!

We'll go jogging, we want to dance a little.

After a slight whirling, we will make the figure surprisingly.

Raise and lower chest

We inhale and exhale.

We finally wake up and get down to business!

"Dreams fly out the window"

Dreams flew out the window, ran along the path,

Well, you and I woke up and, waking up, smiled.

Open one eye, open another eye

We will now do "pulls" with you,

Lying on a pillow.

They pulled the blanket, we hide in it first,

We bend slowly, together we are looking for a baby.

In order to teach children to wake up (not all children love this and know how to do it calmly), you can periodically play hide and seek with them under the covers. Then we sit down in the crib and “push” the ceiling with our hands. To see the sun. Alternately we stretch either with the right or with the left hand up, while we say: “Pips - spills”.

We pull the handles, we pull the ears,

They took out the cloud with a handle and steel a little higher!

To wake up the head, you need to twist the neck

We do various swings, rotations.

To wake up the hands. We will clap to teach them.

Right, left, and above, behind and below.

Hide the tail on the pillows. We will make turntables.

Children make turns to the pillow lying behind them, looking for a "tail". To maintain interest, you can look either to the left or to the right under the pillow.

And where are the legs? How will we go along the path?

We lifted the blanket. Legs immediately ran.

One, two. Three! Come on, legs, catch up!

Children sitting raise their legs and do the exercise "Legs run."

They rolled over on their stomachs and quickly dived into the water.

And swam as best they could! If you can - catch up!

Lying on their stomach and raising their heads, looking at the teacher, the children work with their hands and feet - the back gets a deflection back. At the same time, the muscles of the upper and lower girdle are tense.

Now we are all dogs.

We get on our knees.

The teacher shows the children how to get on all fours (knees-palms)

And we all wag our tails.

You can turn the pelvis left and right, you can raise one leg instead of the tail (as a more complex version).

And now you and I are bunnies: get out of the crib,

Be barefoot and jump lightly.

Breathing exercise:

Bunnies smell flowers, how can you smell:

Inhaled through the nose (we inhale through the nose)

Mouth blew (3-4 times).

We breathe in the sun, we breathe out the dream.

We inhale a smile - we exhale “whims”.

We inhale health - let go of the disease!

"Bears"

Wake up buddy and smile.
Turn from side to side and turn into a teddy bear

Bear cubs lived in more often, twisted their heads!
Like this. That's how they turned their heads
(head turns).
Here our bear is coming, it will never fall.
Top-top, top-top, top-top, top-top.
(imitation of walking).

Bear found honey in the forest - little honey, a lot of bees
(wave hands).
The bear walked through the forest, met the musician.
And now in the dense forest he sings under a bush.
Breathing exercises .
Take a deep breath, exhale: "M-M-M."
Were cubs, become guys.

"I'm lying in the sun"

The sun woke up and smiled at us all
(children smile).

Let's remember the sunny summer, let's remember the free time.
Let's remember the blue river and the sand on the shore

(The teacher says: “Turn on your stomach, let your backs warm up in the sun”).

I lie in the sun, I look at the sun.
Only I lie down and look at the sun
(lying on the stomach, moving the legs).
And now they swam together, you need to do it with your hands
(hand movements).
Went ashore steep, and went home
(imitation of walking).

Breathing exercises:

"Rowing the Boat" (sitting, legs apart)

inhale - draw in the stomach (arms forward),

exhale - stick out the stomach (hands to the side). (5-6 times).

And now, in single file, in single file, run to the washstand.

"Rain"

What is it that we hear? It's rain hitting the roof.
And now he went stronger, and hits the roof faster
(hit with the fingertips of one hand on the palm of the other).
Let's raise our hands up and reach for the cloud
(raise hands up, stretch)
Get away from us soon, don't scare us children
(wave hands)

Here the sun came to us, it became fun, light
(turn head to the right, to the left).
And now let's stand on our feet and become big.
(I.p. feet shoulder-width apart, arms along the body. Raise clasped hands up - inhale, lower down - slow exhale with the pronunciation of the word Wow)

"Tili-Tili-Tili-Dong"
Tili-tili-tili-dong, what a strange chime.
Then our alarm clock rings, it tells us to wake up.

I'll push the remnants of sleep the blanket to the side.
We need gymnastics, it helps a lot.

We woke up and stretched.

They turned from side to side, and stretched back.
And one more time, turned from side to side,
And pulled back.

We raised our legs, stood on the pedals.
I pedal faster, and I roll, I roll, I roll.
Felt in the meadow.
Motley wings flutter, these are butterflies flying.

Let's stand by the bed together. And we look out the window.
A rooster walked around the yard, shouted to us “Ku-ka-re-ku!”
He flapped his wings, stamped his feet.

Well, in response, we will shout to him all “Ku-ka-re-ku!”
Our legs, our legs ran along the path.

(Movements are performed in accordance with the words).

"Bunny"

Wake up buddy and smile.
Turn from side to side
And turn into a bunny.
(turn right, then left).

To jump the farthest, the bunny paws raised up.
Stretched and... bounce.
(stretch, lying on back, hands down).
On the back are bunnies, all bunnies are naughty:
The legs all bend together, they hit the knees.

So he saw a fox, got scared and calmed down
(pull hands to chest, hold your breath).

We will outwit the fox, we will run on toes
(lying on back leg movement, imitating running).

"Good afternoon!"

1. Exercise in bed

Handles, legs, cheeks, ears are very fond of pulling.

We will stroke them lightly and wake up slowly.

Where, where are our eyes? Answer without prompting.

We covered them with our palms and stroked them a little.

We raised our eyes up, and blinked, and blinked.

Eyes, eyes, good afternoon! We are not too lazy to wake up!

Right ear with palm, left ear with palm

Everyone stroked, guys, and pulled a little!

Ears, ears, good afternoon! We are not too lazy to wake up!

Cheek with the right hand, cheek with the left hand,

Everyone stroked, guys, and clapped a little!

Cheeks, cheeks, good afternoon! We are not too lazy to wake up!

Let's play with the right handle, play with the left handle -

We connect the fingers, and then we separate them.

Hands, hands, good afternoon! We are not too lazy to clap our hands!

Right leg with palm, left leg with palm

Everyone stroked, guys, and stomped a little!

Legs, legs, good afternoon! We are not too lazy to stomp together!

So let's wake up, wash, dress!
2. Walking on a path with footprints

We will all stand on our feet - we will grow up at once.

Let's all get on our feet and let's go.

Back straight - look forward. Don't tap your feet.

Learned how to walk and show mom.

3. Exercise "Charging"

And now, in order, let's get up together for exercise.

Hands to the sides, bent,

lifted up,

They sat down together, touched their heels.

They got up on their toes, waved,

They hid them behind their backs, looked around:

Over the right shoulder, over the left again.

They sat down together, touched their heels,
Raised on tiptoes, lowered hands down.

(Children follow the text.)

4. Breathing exercise "Funny ball"

I.p .: stand up straight, spread your legs. Raise your hands with an imaginary ball to your chest, inhale and throw the ball forward from your chest, while exhaling, say "y-x-x-x" (5 times).

5. Water procedures- extensive washing(hands, face).
"Kisonki"

Well, have the kitties woken up?

Sweetly sweet stretched and turned on the back

And now we are interested in looking around.

Let's turn the head to the left and see what's there?

And now we will pull the paws and show the claws.

Let's count how many fingers, where are your fists?

We were almost awake, ready to run.

Well, are your legs ready? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

In order not to yawn out of boredom, they got up and rubbed their hands

And then with a palm on the forehead - clap-clap-clap

Cheeks bored the same? We can clap them too

Come on, do not yawn together 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

And now, look, they got to the chest

Let's knock on it for glory from above, below, left, right.

Slightly bend down, breathe evenly. We clap as high as we can.

Well done my kittens, now let's go play.

We just need to line up one after the other first.

We walk along the path, the path is not easy.

On uneven, on prickly, on rough - that's what!

We walk along the path raise our legs above.

We fly, we fly, we catch up with the warm wind.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - we all know how to walk.

Raise your hands to the sun. Squat a hundred times in a row.

We can do the same. Let's put our hands behind our backs.

Raise your head higher and breathe easily, easily.

"My back is straight"

"My back is straight" I.p. - narrow stance, hands behind the back, clasped into the castle.

"I'm not afraid of slopes" (forward bends)

"I straighten, I bend, I turn"

“One, two. three, four, three, four, one, two!" (turns of the torso-hands on the belt).

“I walk with a proud posture, I hold my head straight” (walking in place)

"One, two, three, four, three, four, one, two" (torso twists)

"I can sit down and stand up, sit down again and stand up again" (actions according to the text)

"I'm leaning back and forth! Oh, straight back!” (tilts of the torso, hands slide over the hips).

"Kittens"

(Children lie down on the bed, "curling into a ball")

Our kittens are sleeping. Murmur, murmur!

They don't want to wake up. Murmur, murmur!

They sleep quietly back to back and purr in their sleep:

(turn on back

and do rotational exercises with arms and legs)

That's all on the back. Murmur, murmur!

They all messed up. Murmur, murmur!

Paws up, and everything in a row, everyone is purring, naughty.

Murmur, murmur! .mur-mur-mur!

Back massage "Rain"

Rain runs on the roof - Bom-bom, bom-bom!

On a cheerful sonorous roof - Bom-bom, bom-bom!

(stand behind each other like a train and pat each other on the back)

Stay at home, stay at home - Bom-bom, bomb-bom!

Don't go anywhere - Bom-bom, bomb-bom!

(tapping fingers)

Read, play - Bom-bom, boom-bom!

And if I leave, then go for a walk ... Bom-bom, bom-bom!

(beating with fists)

"Hares - gray balls"

Jumping, jumping in the forest Hares - gray balls.

Six! Everyone got back in line

Walked like a squad Marching in circles

"Hoops"

Children are having fun, they are carrying hoops.

(walk one after another, holding a hoop on your shoulder)

They began to raise the hoop, they began to lower the hoop

(raise the hoop up and down)

They looked out the window, and everyone sat down friendly

(sit down, stretching your arms with a hoop forward)

Together we will make an inclination, and we will bend all the back

(leaning forward, stretching your arms with a hoop in front of you)

Turn the hoop to the right, turn the hoop to the left

(turns to the right, to the left with a hoop)

We do not let go of the hoop, we crawl through the hoop

(pass the hoop from top to bottom)

We'll take it with our hands, we'll step over it with our feet

(keeping hands close, take the hoop with both hands and

step over it back and forth, raising your legs high)

and then they took off.
For a long time they flew through the sky,
Then they landed
Tired.
The ball was jumping
High - high...
rolled
Far, far...
He twisted his head,
It's already stopped.
Oh how butterflies fly
And they dance and flutter.
Suddenly they freeze
don't move,
They sit on a flower.
Finally we woke up
And they returned to their work.

Do the walk.
Now completely awake
And they returned to their work.

So that your breakfast is not eaten
No bus, no tram!
One tram, two trams -
Everyone shouts to you: "Get up!"
Quickly wipe your eyes
