  6. We get on all fours. Exhale - we select the abdominal muscles, tighten the pelvis, round and arch the back up, inhale - arch the back down, relax. Gradually, you can increase the load: for this, we stretch our legs alternately back with tension.
  7. Lying on the mat, on your back, we throw one hand behind the head, and with the other we try to pull the knee of the leg to the opposite elbow. We perform five times with each leg, then five times we pull both legs to the head.
  8. "Bicycle", then we complicate it. We take our hands back and lean on our forearms, legs extended forward in full length. Inhale - raise your legs one by one, exhale - lower. Repeat five times with each leg. You can complicate the exercise by raising both legs at the same time. The next stage is to raise the legs without stopping at a fast pace, then pull the legs to the chest, every day we increase the number of exercises.
  9. We pull both legs strongly to the chest, clasping the hips with our hands. We sharply straighten our knees and arms, the back is straight, the head looks up. We hold in each position for 20 seconds.
